Yes indeed we do, thinking we don't have the correct tools to do our job against all the CC and interrupts in game at the moment however I have discovered why this is. It is not that we don't have the right tools to be effective healers it's that we are in fact not a healer! We are a Healer-Tank Hybrid! "But Abbyssion the tree says it's for a Healing Spec!" Well good sir I'll have you know all tank specs are the furthest left tree "But Abbyssion the same can be said for Healing Trees!" Well good sir how many healing tree's make use of the most powerful taunt in the game? "But Abbyssion....what?" Thats right this Healer/Tank Hybrid is equipped with the single most over powered taunt in the game and its called the Big Green **** Me Beam "But Abbyssion it doesn't mitigate damage like other tanks taunts!" Well this taunt doesn't work like how the other taunts work in pvp, no sir! You know how in pve taunts force enemy's to attack you? Well the Big Green **** Me Beam does just that but in pvp. How many dps do you think can resist the call of the Big Green **** Me Beam? NONE! The strategy behind this spec is to use your Big Green **** Me Beam to lure your enemys away from the real healer on your team (the operative) and use your heals to keep yourself alive so the op can heal your dps while they kill the enemy healer who does not have the pleasure of being protected by the Big Green **** Me Beam. I fixed the infinite loading screen using info from a page or two back but now the game plays like *** when I used to be able to play at a stable 40 fps at near max settings, now I can barely get 15 fps on VERY LOW settings, It is rather magical.

Damn your right everything in pvp is a adapt problem. You a mando healer getting interrupted and can't do ****? adapt dammit! You a Sorc and having trouble staying alive in arena's? adapt dammit! I'm about to hit 55 on my new PT and was looking for help on how to gear it up. The reason I'm here and not in PT land is because that section of the forum is just filled with AP hybrid fan boys and is quite dead anyway. I've got a general Idea of what stats I am going to be focusing on but never really done the super calculated endgame min/maxing. As a side note which pieces of pvp gear are the best bang for your buck to purchase once you hit 55 with max comms?

Someone sounds butt hurt, might want to get that checked out. To say they are the only well designed turret class in comparison to the commando is silly because a well designed class will have a set pro's and cons that one can abuse to beat them. The biggest con for a sniper is the fact that they can be LOS'ed well so can the other turret classes so whoopdy doo. Every flaw a turret class is supposed to have to give melee a chance to combat them snipers have a counter to. Stealth? get more stealth detection the longer your in cover. Interrupts? ....Commando's cry snipers don't know they exist for the most part. roots to stop them from running? roll cleanses that. Dots? marksman get health back overtime in cover and snipers also have a dot tree that is probably the best dot tree in the game. Their one or two flaws can barely be abused to beat them, that is great class design bro.

Still trying to bring myself to make a male but every time I get to the end of Tython I'm like "holy crap I really need my own music to cover this, this is getting boring and grating" which is really sad because even on second play through's of most other stories I've turned my own music off at story moments it's just that distracting to me. It's really sad too I'm really liking the whole diplomat/ Non-war hero vibe the story is giving me but by god. I've also just noticed something it's only the male bounty hunter and councilor that have voices that are basically you have to have a character in is mid 30's to late 40's or else the voice does not match up with your character it's even worse when both have romances that are like 16-18 years old from what I can tell.

I'm not sure if Bioware has something against the councilor archetype but they seriously got the freaking shaft. questionably the least liked story but also they have such horrid voice overs for both genders. For the males you got Nolan North who lets be honest has one god damn voice for everything he does but apparently he decided to actually change it this time around and we get... what has to be a *********** bored *** robot or something this voice takes all emotion out of a room which would be a pretty boss power against Sith tbh but damn listening too it is torture. The Female voice over is not too bad but it is still incredibly bland which again goes with the whole jedi code but then you look to your right and see every other jedi in the galaxy and see average talking people who just don't get angry and your like... I'm a *********** robot. I'm finding it almost impossible to even get off Tython just due to the fact I cannot enjoy hearing my character say the things I've decided to make him say, unlike my Smuggler who's story ain't stellar but by god that guy is having fun with that voice and his lines and I'm having fun listening to it. Anyone else having this problem with this class? TL DR: Councilor voices are *** how the hell did this make it to final cut?

What exactly makes Guardian tanks harder then anything else? if anything they are easier due to the fact you have so much CC and ways to control enemy's. Whats that? silver commando droid? okay ill use my 4 interrupts force push, choke, interrupt or backhand. Or is it slow because your using your healer companion? Well don't If you can't outlast a fight against two silver mobs your tanking wrong and need the practice. Downtime isn't a problem because groups of grey enemy's will barely hurt you and any silver enemy's will be losing all their damaging moves due to all the interrupts I've mentioned . If all else fails grab biochem if your really not doing good at staying alive.

Man you have no idea how much I love the class but dear god. My merc is level 43 pyro spec sure I can do a lot of damage and usually at the top but then I jump on my level 32 Powertech who hasn't even got thermal detonator and I can just facecheck the enemy spamming flame burst ,railshot and my taunt and get the same numbers without even trying and pressing 3-4 buttons spamming space bar for the lolz.. The moment a sentinel or shadow attacks my merc I basically gotta hope they are retarded or a ally is nearby. My powertech kinda just side strafes and kites the hell out of them spamming flameburst and laughing his *** off Im really thinking of shelfing my incomplete merc and just leveling the powertech seems like he will be less of a headache to play at 50 where people "kinda" start having a brain.

No mention of Merc/commando yet I'm very sad, can't believe after all the evidence the datamined changes don't do anything to mercs.

To me it seems Bioware has forced both AC's to use Kaliyo the whole darn game with the exception maybe being operative healer who could get away with healing a dps. Firstly the second companion you get (not counting ship droid) is on alderean which to me is insane @_@ considering if you really don't like kaliyo your ****ed for a good 10-20 levels. Secondly your a dps class (or healer) so your probably going to want to be using a tank companion for most situations (not counting trash mobs below silver) and you only other tanking companion (which you get at belsavis have you) is a damn droid so unless your a cybertech or want to waste credits you going to continue using kaliyo. This is just my opinion on the matter, it really feels hard to level with your other companions if your trying to do heroic 2's solo and the such.

pretty sure I've seen guardians wearing that armors model but I think the texture has been changed.

At least Revan is mentioned and in the game, Darth Nihilus has been erased from history and turned into a mask with weird proportions!

The only reason they did it was because they were losing subs and hoping people would try the game again, I'm also pretty sure there was a really bad patch or something not sure about that.
