Just an FYI. If you create any new characters influence level no longer triggers the companion stories. When I can back from a 2 year break and made a new character I noticed that the companion missions were triggering based on story progress rather than influence level as the used to.

I always thought this is really stupid since the game is considered F2P. I don't think most people think of posting on a forum as a 'benefit' of subbing. So I guess F2P players don't rate an opinion or being able to ask for help on the forums.

^^^This right here ^^^ Leveling is really easy. When I came back a little over a month ago I fully leveled a new toon in about 2 weeks of very casual (1-2 hours per night) play.

Not a new player, but never knew this. Good information! I always relied on random drops for circlet type head gear.

Everyone else has good thoughts on this. Ryzen 5 should run this game with little issue. I run it just fine at max graphics on the highest settings. What GPU and how much Ram are you running? If you are running integrated graphics that could be your issue.

I haven't experienced this (haven't tried and unable to log in the game from where I am at), but I would bug report it since neither you nor your friend can follow right now.

Not sure how Amazon works in the UK, but that looks like it was sold by Amazon so I would contact their customer support.

As far as I know there is no way to buy a slave in SWTOR. The closest would be the companion Vette who starts off as a 'gift' (slave) to your Sith Warrior.

In my experience level 20 is sufficient for all the content. Heck 10 is probably fine now that I think about it If you have the excess gifts and want to go to 50 that is fine they will be more efficient, but as you may have noticed if you set you companion to heals it is almost impossible to die while doing the story (or even Heroics +2).

From personal experience if you entered the code correctly and it has been used then it is out SWTOR customer services hands. You need to contact Amazon customer service and request a return/refund. If it is an item sold directly by Amazon it may not be too bad, but if it is a 3rd party selling on Amazon then you may have to deal with the 3rd party. My issue with a SWTOR card was not with Amazon, but luckily I used PayPal and I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute. Good Luck and Godspeed.

From what I have seen crates (the new ones) go for 8-9 mil each so at 200cc each that is not bad. There are certain sets of armor from the CM that can fetch quite a good price. Look around and see what is getting a good price on your server. I personally make a lot of money opening crates. I sell pretty much everything from them and usually seem to come out ahead. I also cherry pick some items for my personal collection this way. Though I would imagine just straight up selling them might average out a bit more in the long run.

If you have ever subbed (which you have) you will be Preferred.

I have been wondering this since launch it is annoying. Especially when the 1st unstuck doesn't work. The only thing I can come up with is if it was unlimited could it be used as a mini teleporter/hack to get into places you weren't meant to go or maybe to avoid attacks in PvP? Just random thoughts.

When KotFE dropped starting it closed all the open class story lines if I am not mistaken (it has been awhile so my memory may be off). I would assume starting Onslaught would close out the KotFE and KotET lines much in the same manner as it is a continuation of the story. Also if I am not mistaken there was a warning before you started KotFE that this would close previous content for the character. All that said the new content drops tomorrow so you can always take a wait and see approach.

Kira is going to be pissed at my JK if she ever comes back. Though a cat fight between her and Lana might be interesting with the JK forced to make a choice and then losing one or the other forever.

If you go to the end of your character list when you log on. There should be a button to create a character. The smaller font below it should say how many boosted characters you have available. If you don't have any you can buy boosts from the Cartel Market if you are willing to pay real money for the boost,

Hi there. You may have heard there is a new expansion coming on October 22nd. There will be a level cap increase and a major revamp of gearing. My advice is to wait and see what the changes bring before investing any significant time min maxing gear. I have 11 characters all level 55 - 70 and I have recently come back after a 2 year break and I am taking the wait and see approach for gearing until the xpac drops.

I recently came back from a 2 year break as well. My level 70 concealment Operative still feels really good to me. I noticed my proficiency with her rotations was pretty bad until I got back in the swing of things. Maybe its just a timing thing? My JK Guardian feels sluggish to me, but I am hoping that is the same and I just need some time with him and to relearn the style of play.

I am in the same boat leveling a couple of new characters after returning from a 2 year absence. To me it seems that some of the smaller side quests aren't there anymore and not just on Thython. Either that or my memory is really slipping. I will be following to see if you get an answer. Edit: I see the answer above. Thanks!

While in game hit esc and select the interface editor. It will let you move parts of your UI around and you may be able to rearrange your windows so they don't overlap as much.

JediQuaker is exactly right. If you want to check out youtube and search for SWTOR how to mod weapons and armor there are some really nice visual tutorials. Most are pretty old but I think they still seem valid.
