  1. My Jedi Sentinel just recently arrived on Corellia, and I was given a story quest to recruit some Jedi to help take back the planet. One of the Jedi I encountered was the final story boss on Tython (Master Orgus' old apprentice), and another was an ex-sith that I convinced to defect on Tatooine (the other 2 were some random Jedi and Kira's old master). I remember that the Sith on Tatooine can be killed instead of recruited, and you don't have to redeem Master Orgus' apprentice, instead, he can head out into the galaxy to spread word of your glory, or something like that. So, my question is, if you took the dark side options for these two quests, what happens on this particular quest? Do you recruit other Jedi, or no extra Jedi? Does Master Orgus' old apprentice still show up? Thanks in advance.
  2. You don't have to flirt with Vette's friend to start the romance with Vette. I picked the option where you refused to flirt, and instead said something like "I already have all the beautiful twi'lek girl I need" (can't remember the exact way it goes), and I was able to romance Vette.
  3. In terms of story, I think the agent's is the most interesting, but the warrior gets the best companions. The bounty hunter has my least favorite story. This is just for Empire characters, I have not finished any of the republic stories. For gameplay, Assassin and Juggernaut are my two favorites. Doesn't matter if I am tanking or dpsing, it is still a lot of fun. I also have fun dpsing as a powertech or marauder, and healing as an operative.
  4. The rotation you use is dependent on which skill tree you are invested in. For example, you should only be using rupture if you are annihilation specced. I will try to give what advice I can: Any spec: Start most combats with force charge. If you are consistently getting knocked back, however, try running into combat, and then using force charge after the first knockback to surprise them. Use cloak of pain often. Its cooldown time is pretty short, and it lasts as long as you are taking damage. Marauders are very squishy without their defensive cooldowns. Assault, Battering Assault, Vicious Slash, and Ravage are useful attacks regardless of spec. Deadly throw should usually only be used if you need to attack from mid range. If you are high enough level for force grip, it is also useful for keeping you alive and attacking. Carnage spec: Add force scream to your rotation, especially when you get the ataru form buff for it. Annihilation spec: Use rupture every chance you get, to keep the dot up. Force scream is not very useful, unless you need to attack from outside melee range for some reason. Also, you should check to see if your gear is close to your level. If not, there are many ways to get better gear (level 20 pvp gear on dromund kaas, planetary comm vendors, and flashpoints.) I hope my advice is helpful.
  5. Calcifur, Sith Juggernaut Vette - Tons of fun, and one of the few people who gets my sense of humor. Glad I finally convinced her of my sincere feelings for her. Quinn - Needs to learn to think for himself. Until then, he is still a useful servant, despite certain... events that have recently occurred. Jaesa - Talking with Jaesa has taught me much about the Jedi, and she has helped me forge my path, but she needs to learn that there is more to life than just the mission. Pierce - Highly efficient when I need something blown up, and a fun guy to have a drink with and tell war stories. If only he didn't try to blow up every problem. Broonmark - Who? Oh, the fuzzy thing. Uh... he is usually off on some mission or other. Not very talkative, likes to kill.
  6. As an assassin, willpower is your primary stat. Strength is completely useless for you, because willpower improves an assassin's force powers and melee damage.
  7. I am also hoping that they will sell character slots in the Cartel Market. That is definitely something I would spend money on.
  8. I would recomend either doing some pvp to level or trying the Colicoid War Games Flashpoint. If you don't want to do either, then you should probably go back to Belsavis and do the sidequests that you missed.
  9. Yeah, I don't like it either. I spend more time doing flashpoints and pvp then anything else, so I would really like it if you returned the group finder to as it was before, so I can queue for flashpoints while pvping. Sitting in the fleet doing nothing but hoping you get a flashpoint isn't much fun.
  10. For the most part, I like the changes announced here. The overload change kind of concerns me, although giving it a 15 meter range sounds cool. Other changes seem great, especially the assassin buffs, looking forward to trying them out. However, I hope this won't be all the balance changes you plan to make for 1.4.
  11. My favorites, in order: 1. The Foundry 2. The Black Talon 3. Colicoid War Games 4. False Emperor 5. The Battle for Ilum
  12. My favorite jedi is Kyle Katarn, from the Dark Forces series of games. Second favorite is Obi-wan Kenobi. My favorite sith is Darth Maul.
  13. My Sith Assassin believes in the sith code, but does not think it means that you should be evil and selfish, so he picks mostly light side options, but does pick the occasional dark side choice. Also, partially due to his past as a slave, dislikes the Empire and the sith he has to deal with, seeing them as blind and foolish, believing they can not see the big picture. He also enjoys battle, and lets his emotions drive him.
