  1. I continually die to fall damage when getting knocked back by the first boss in Ruins of Nul. Can’t progress past it. Is there a work around or a place to tank him that keeps me from getting knocked through the textures?
  2. As someone who is pretty much a solo player, and a conquest player, the changes to conquest are going to make my weeks a little different, it isn't going to be that much different. I am probably only going to 10-12 encryptions a week instead of 20-25......My one-man-guildship is fully unlocked so that piece doesn't really bother me. As far as gameplay goes........I can still chose what planet size I want to hit depending on what I see my week looking like. I can still solo Vet Athiss, HS, Red Reaper with my Shadow in base gear haven't tried any others yet as those are the ones i spam. I can almost solo Vet Hammer Station in my base gear. The only new gear I won't be able to get is going to be HM Ops gear. Is it going to be a grind.... YUP. But hey.... It is still enjoyable to me. Heaven forbid I have a friend on and we Duo some of the Heroic Flashpoints..... Anything that doesn't make it easier is not always a bad thing.....But I know to some it is a swift kick to the nards. Edit: Changed "heroic Hammer station" to "Vet Hammer Station" Started as heroic...will always be heroic to me...haha
  3. @Zion Holy crap Z. I took a little break this summer with some RL stuff and I come back to see none other than the one... the only... ZionHalcyon. Good to see you back in the game. I am pretty excited to see how the changes in 7.0 turn out. Hoping some of my team comes back as well. Don't think I have seen any posts from you in over a year. Just wanted to say what's up!?!?
  4. I completely agree. I was typing on my phone so didn't go into the depth there of the 64B not being that much influx over the course of 2 years. The problem comes in where we have LOTS of objectives that give 64B across 2 years and very little way to get credits out of the system. There has to be a way to remove credits at a closer rate than credits are put into the game.
  5. Has this already been implemented on PTS fully? I see that the personal conquest is up to 100K, but I am not a member of a guild on PTS so I am not sure on that side of it. Right now all the missions seem the same, so just checking to see if this hit the PTS.
  6. I would not doubt that single objective alone put that many credits in. I know lots of people that would just spam KoTFE Chap 1 after completing it because it took all of 8-minutes to complete. That 64B is also across all 5 servers so that is around 12.8B a server. As for the part about regular credit sinks, that is a must in all games. Inflation has gotten so out of hand that there is little way to get it back under control without a significant one time sink and several ongoing sinks. Gear repairs is usually a good place in many games to get the credit sinks, however, with everyone being over geared after they leave the starter planet due to level sync's the last two xpacs, no one dies so gear repairs are not as expensive. I think allowing people to purchase copies of their CM decos they already own, up to 4 would be a good sink as well. This one is a little more difficult because you have to be able to separate, and track, how many are from CM and how many are from credits tied to each CM purchase. Purchasing old CM goods off a vendor for large amounts of money could be good as well.
  7. I understand some of these changes are seen as "necessary" at the personal level. With these increases, are the guild level requirements moving up as well? Doubling the personal goals is going to be very interesting because you are going to decrease the amount of flagship encryptions on the market. (which as of last night were 2 million per on Star Forge). This decrease is going to increase the price due to lower supply. You are also going to decrease the amount of credits hitting market (which probably needs to be left as is but put in an increase in credit sinks). This is going to greatly increase the power of the larger guilds and significantly hurt the smaller guilds. I have given up most of the group play as almost all of my guildies have left the game for one reason (gear grind) or another (conquest changes) through 5.X and 6.X. I just finished my one-man-guildship last week, so the conquest changes won't effect me too much. However, I still haven't seen any information on the guild quota.....or I just missed it....But my concern is for some of the smaller guilds that are trying to get their ships built out. If you increase the personal quota and leave the guild quota, at least they will still be able to get their plans, albeit a lot slower, without having to fork over insane amounts of now non-existent credits to guilds that are just collecting them to sell.
  8. I would be interested in doing something like that. I have always been more interested in doing a more "sentient" settlement/world than being held by the stringent barriers some have confined their RP to.

As I see it.......................Unless your guild is farming the Named Battle Masters, WINNING a planet gets you exactly 2 things, an achievement, and your guild name popping up when someone goes to your planet. If your guild IS farming NBM's, then yes, you have an advantage on that. You no longer have to be in the top 10 to get Encryptions either. SO....how many points B.A.Guild1 gets doesn't effect how many encryptions I get. It does effect the amount of crafting materials you get, and I have been in guilds that merge just to be able to get to the top tier 5Mil....not for playing purposes, not for winning planets, just for the added mats. So, i love the changes coming to conquest because I am going to be able to try to push to the 2M CQ to get a few increases in crafting mats now and then. The prices are going to fall because more will be out there so it will be good all around for the smaller guilds as well (Look at FS mats, they were coming down slowly before everyone had to stay home, and are lower than they have been in a LONG time now)
  11. There was also the bonus XP you get from being in a 16 man OP being converted into Conquest Points. The increase in health was to increase the time it took to kill the mobs, not "fix the problem". The "fix" will come when they only take the base XP to be converted excluding the bonus XP.

  14. I didn't think the 6.1.1 conquest changes were on PTS yet. Isn't that what they stated in the notice?
