    How about a useful pet that does the looting for you? I used to have such a very practical pet in another MMO called Aion.

    Three months ago I was billed twice and only got 30 days. I phoned Customer Support and the issue was resolved within 2 minutes. The woman on the phone was very friendly and apologized. She even gave me a few hundred cartel coins to make up for it.

    What is a typical PW setup for you? This game gives you either the choice of using a security key or OTP. I did not find any other way to log in.

    I fully agree. The security measures for this game is overkill and I feel like I'm being treated like an infant.

    That is possibly because the OTP came later than 15 minutes. Its ridiculous.

    So after 6 (!) bloody hours I finally got my OTP. Wonderful. MIraculously, the next one (because the first is invalid after so long) came in 10 minutes. What an improvement! NOT. I really like this game. But whoever is maintaining it (yeah right), does not.

    Nothing is resolved. I've been waiting for 2 hours for my OTP and I've had it. I have unsubscribed and I am downloading Elder Scrolls Online. Their OTP come instantly. Thanks for nothing.

    Its Sunday and I still have to wait for a very long time. I think I'm gonna go check out ESO, I didnt play that for a long time.

    ...and then I finally get the damn password and then it tells me its not valid. My subscription is running out in two days. Not very motivating to continue.

    Funny... I was playing as inquisitor today on Taris and at the enclave I was given the option to kill Ashara.

    Whatever the devs are telling us, its a bunch of BS. I am still waiting forever for my OTP. I normally get it in one minute, but when it suddenly takes 40 mins or more, that is just not funny.
