Three months ago I was billed twice and only got 30 days. I phoned Customer Support and the issue was resolved within 2 minutes.
The woman on the phone was very friendly and apologized. She even gave me a few hundred cartel coins to make up for it.
So after 6 (!) bloody hours I finally got my OTP. Wonderful. MIraculously, the next one (because the first is invalid after so long) came in 10 minutes. What an improvement!

I really like this game. But whoever is maintaining it (yeah right), does not.
Nothing is resolved. I've been waiting for 2 hours for my OTP and I've had it. I have unsubscribed and I am downloading Elder Scrolls Online. Their OTP come instantly.

...and then I finally get the damn password and then it tells me its not valid. My subscription is running out in two days. Not very motivating to continue.
Whatever the devs are telling us, its a bunch of BS. I am still waiting forever for my OTP. I normally get it in one minute, but when it suddenly takes 40 mins or more, that is just not funny.
