The skillful utilities I'm using are 30% AOE dmg reduction, 5% dmg reduction, and 15% movement and 3% stealth. All the skillful utilities apply only to you. I don't have an answer as to why there aren't any healing boost options but they aren't that necessary to be effective. If you are a primary healer, you should focus on healing. If you are getting attacked by mobs that means that the tank and DPS aren't doing their jobs of peeling the mobs off of you. That being said, for scoundrels I would keep slow-release medpac x2 on your group at all times, kolto pack on the tank, and underworld medicine + emergency medpac for burst. Try to maximize the benefits of AOE heals, don't waste them on single targets if you can help it. Diagnostic scan for energy regen when you are around 30-40 energy. 1 = Kolto pack (heal+HOT), 2 = Slow-release medpac, 3 = underworld medicine, 4 = emergency medpac, 5 = kolto cloud Q = triage (cleanse), E = Kolto waves (lvl 57 AOE heal), R = diagnostic scan. I use a Razer naga so my other abilities are bound to mouse buttons. But the most common cooldowns to use are Surrender (Aggro drop), Scamper (roll forward 12m), Pugnacity (Free upper hand/alacrity boost), Disappearing Act (stealth out), Defense Screen (Shield), Dodge (resist next melee/range attack), and Cool Head (recover 50 energy). I just click them. Hasn't failed me so far. This is up to personal preference, but I would suggest whichever setup allows you to see your environment to ensure you don't get tunnel vision.

The Savage Hunter reminds me of Predator, so I'm using that on my AP Powertech (retractable blade). For blaster pistols, I'm using the Czerka CZX-4 from the Cartel Market. -
Commando healing and alacrity - what's your approach?

I've tried both 6/4 alacrity/surge and 7/3 alacrity surge and I find myself preferring 6/4 for HM Ops. That's 6 pieces of alacrity and 4 pieces of surge (earpiece/implants/enhancements). I'm running with 2 pieces of crit because I'm using reflex augments at the moment. -

After the first set of shields drop off the first 2 adds, the tank needs to get aggro on the boss and the remaining adds and face them away from the dps while they kill the first set of adds. After the adds are down, the tank and the DPS switch sides, with the 2 dps planting orbitals on the 2 adds until the shields go down. The tank continues to face the boss away. As a tank you can plant mortar volley, so it's best to stay at max melee range and offset from the boss. I did this as a guardian tank. As long as people pay attention and move immediately, there is plenty of space to maneuver. It also helps to clear the adds along the bottom of the platform before you attempt the boss. -
I've just read Scoundrels by Timothy Zahn. It's about Han Solo setting up an Ocean's 11-style caper in the time period right after the Battle of Yavin. Highly recommended and there's no Sith or Jedi in the story.

None of the 192 Legacy Main Hands good for Yuun/Akaavi?

The companion main hand rewards are class specific. Operative will have access to Vector's and Scorpio's techstaff, Trooper has Yuun's etc... -

I think it might have happened when I had an odd number and I capped out the weekly progress at some point. Doesn't matter too much, I'll just even it out when I max it at 300. Thanks for all the replies. -
