  1. Wait so your saying you had a full 8 man group compared to the imps five and yet somehow you lost. I'd say that's your own fault, you should get better at pvp.
  2. With the changes to Target Acquired in 1.3, the 2 piece PvE set bonus seems to have lost its value. It used to provide the additional energy needed to counter the affects of extra alacrity with a little bit left over. Now 10 extra energy on a two minute cooldown seems worthless, as though it hardly makes a difference. Is there any chance this set bonus could be changed?

    Every time people complain about marauder godmode defensive cooldowns they claim all it takes is CC. So now you're saying we can't do that?
  6. Snipers have two knockbacks, one of which they must spec for, and only one has a five second root...
  7. If your surge is at least 70% then I would go with cunning.
  8. So many FOTM rerollers in this... seemed like every mara and tanksin i saw sucked.
  9. Just like the title says, I'm curious as to why they happened. Pre-1.2 I saw marauders and sentinels doing fantastic in pvp. The bad ones failed, as it should be. Their DPS was top of the line, and their survivability was also exceptional. Could someone explain why they needed to be buffed?

  14. I liked the part where he listed sniper and gunslinger as different classes and said to nerf them for different reasons. Also, just because a marauder can't jump to snipers doesn't mean they'll win every time. In cases where they arent noticed, then yes the sniper will dominate the mara. But the Mara can just force camo up, maybe Los until entrench wears off, obusfucate and destroy the sniper.

  16. I would definitely take the immunity to knockbacks off the list unless it is granted to other melee classes. As an example, scoundrels and operatives already have the hardest time with knockbacks because they have no gap closer, and they have no way to be immune to them.
  17. May as well address all of these... Burst dam: The OP's biggest hit was 3.2k. That's not burst CC: Op's have to mezzes. Sleep dart, must be out of combat and in stealth to use, so doesn't really affect any fights. Flashbang is actually pretty decent, but only lasts 8 seconds. They have one 4 second, melee stun, and one as long as the GCD. Sins can stun lock longer than ops. Evasion: This only works on melee and ranged attacks. Every single class has enough force or tech attacks to still be DPSing while this is up. Stealth: LOL. Ops with no stealth would be so rediculously broken.... I can't even describe it. Ignore CC: That's a sniper ability, Do your research please. Self Heals: They aren't good if not specced for it. I find it funny how the marauder actually has better defensive CD's, stealth, self heals, and only slightly worse CC.
  18. You know what other class owns with all their adrenals and relics popped, and even faster? Sentinels.
  19. Same deal with Hanharr. Very balanced factions, pubs had i believe one more player on that imps last night.

  24. If you didn't play Lethality/Dirty Fighting pre-1.2... You have not played a spec that literally did almost no damage when cleansed.
  25. That might actually be acceptable in a PvP based game. However, SWTOR is PvE based, and removing healers from the game would require completely redesigning all flashpoints and operations above Hammer Station. Do you honestly think that will happen?
