  1. Hah, pathetic Dread Masters. I have stopped intergalactic conspiracies with posterity of millennia, I have battled against the worst of your paltry minions and destroyed your companion, Styrak on Darvannis. I have stopped the Hutt Cartel on Makeb, defeated the Shroud and saved Dromund Kass, and all in time for some Corellian Cocktail and some Bantha Milk aboard my ship. Your feeble cadre of Sith could not handle me, freelance Sith Imperial Agent, Cipher Nine. TIEM FOR PHAT LEWTS!
  2. It is a bug, there are videos on Youtube you can see from the PTS where there are like five or six conversations. She does have a story, it's just bugged.
  3. I have Treek at 10000 out of 10000 affection, and I have only been able to do the first conversation with her, even though I know there is more. When are we getting a fix on this so we can complete her story?
  4. If what you're getting at that racial emotes should be legacy unlocks, I support you 110%.
  5. Not a PVPer, but this is more than I expected. New Warzone Arenas look really fleshed out, and it looks like Ranked Progression may finally begin to matter. Also, making new Huttball maps is a fantastic thing, it is your best Warzone, and it is good to know you aren't giving up on 8v8 Warzones, and you also plan to lessen the restrictions on Free Players. Good on you BioWare.
  6. Any Q&A Transcripts Coming From The San Diego Tour?
  7. I liked the Shroud, and they aren't done with his story arc yet.
  8. Now with the verification of Arena content coming to SWTOR, how do you suspect BioWare will implement it? Will it be driven by the Hutt Cartel, similar to Huttball? What environments will it take place in? My personal biggest hope is that there will be traps in the map similar to Huttball (albeit, less damaging, the match needs to last).
  9. I am looking forward to the new content, especially Planet Oricon, but for BioWare's sake, I hope that... A: These Arenas are *********** amazing. B: Ranked Season 1 will be included. It has too!
  10. I doubt that, datacubes were a little bogus, but that couldn't have been the only purpose. A 'Soon' would be appreciated from a yellow post.
  11. Those cinematic pieces are like a million dollars a minute, and I am not exaggerating. The price to do one of those is sickeningly high. Bear you in mind they did have a cinematic for HK-51, so they may've been burnt out of money because of it.
  12. Simple, question, when are we seeing this fantastic villain again? And not just in Datacubes (though I admit I enjoy the bonus scenes), but in a mission series? Or anything of that form.
  13. Love- 1. Operations (Scum & Villainy, Terror From Beyond, Denova) 2. Galaxy Spanning Puzzle Driven Story Arcs (HK-51 Activated, The Shroud, The Seeds Of Rage) 3. Story (Class Story, Makeb Story, World Arcs) 4. Class Design (Each Class Being Distinct In Gameplay, Story, Companions, Starship. Each Representing A Role In The Star Wars Film) 5. Legacy Progression Hate- 1. Cartel Market-Revovled Development. 2. Recycling Old Content And Calling It New (2.2, I am looking at you!) 3. Hoth. 4. Lacking Player VS. Player Content 5. 14. "Without a thought of effort put into the quest,"..."one of the worst designed questlines in an MMO." What? It was a very creative mission. The Fatality and Theoretika are still some the most amazing group missions I have ever played. Surveying can get grindy, I suppose, but it should require some effort, there are online guides and it is worth it. HK is the most powerful companion in the game, and does even have his own story. If you think this is one of the worst quests ever, you don't understand a three things. 1. MMORPGs, no matter which way you go about it, contains tedium. 2. You need to put in effort to get a good reward. 3. You only have to do the quest once per faction, other times you can just unlock him with CC or credits.
  15. Operation Nightmare? Heh. Heheh. That is really...bad. Of course it's the only thing that fits.
  16. Sure hoping that PVP update are either arenas or Space PVP.
  17. Check the 2.1 page, there are going to be Legacy Cartel Collections. Thoughts?
  18. I tried the repair function, and that did not help. Should I just reinstall?
  19. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there any way I could remedy it myself? These questions are to prevent more of the smart alec above me.
  20. I have been experiencing disconnects ever since 2.0, and nothing is wrong with my Internet.
  21. SWTOR for the longest time didn't have something. And it was something important. A sense of living in the universe. SWG accomplished this, which is why it is revered despite it's many problems. You never felt you lived in the Star Wars universe. Questing was an immensely enjoyable campaign, with there being the acclaimed story, polished and immense amount of gameplay. There was fun group content and over time the elder game became robust and offered distinct fights and gearing systems to differ itself from other MMORPGs. The game did bring a number of unique things. But I never quite felt like a denizen of the Star Wars Universe. I never felt any incentive to visit older places, making that 'immensely enjoyable campaign,' not much, unless you replayed it (which they did encourage with the Legacy System). With Macrobinoculars and Seeker Droids, the ambient dig sites, GSI daily quests and Shroud and Seeds of Rage story arcs, I feel incentivized to go back, and see some different thing to do and achieve than before. Legacy Achievements work perfectly well in incentivizing and rewarding the players to do things and explore things they normally wouldn't, as well as give the game longevity, something that SWTOR lacked for a while. But it's here now. Now onto story. Story in SWTOR was always brilliant, but I feel RotHC went a step beyond. Not only did they provide us with the plethora of lore, fun characters, scenarios, choices, romances and antagonists that they did before, but they improved the gameplay in those scenarios (Questing In Makeb, Puzzle Questing for the Shroud and the Seeds of Rage), and more importantly told the story visually. With stunning new cinematography that SWTOR's story deserved, the story has much greater energy and momentum, especially considering how focused it is. Everything had to do with the main Makeb story, and I prefer that form of storytelling over Classic SWTOR's. For example, Makeb itself is a living world. I was immediately impressed with it's beauty, massive amount of questing, living environment with moving people and interaction. TL;DR: RotHC was pretty cool. Thanks BioWare.
  22. Any new Guild Features in 2.1? If not, when? You did say more bonuses to guilds would be coming this year. Can you give us a hint on what it woult be? Thanks.
  23. For the Imperial side, I felt the Makeb story was some of the best content yet. I didn't even care if it wasn't class story content. I felt very connected to the conflict as an Imperial Agent, and it was a reasonable transition from my class story. The missions didn't always it the mark, but when it did, it beyond a doubt did. Lord Cytharat was a true ****** character and I do appreciate the Same Gender Romance. Katha Niar is without a doubt one of my favorite game characters yet, and no spoilers, but her ending was really emotional impactful. The Archon was a really fun villain, and the main story had some really good fights. I also liked how in Makeb, the story was more focused. The main story is voice acted and given cutscenes, and instead of wasting time and resources on monotonous conversations constantly spacebarred through, the voice acted side missions and heroic missions given cutscenes are more focused and of a higher quality, and they do well to contribute to the main story. Lesser quantity, but higher quality. I would take the two voice acted side quests, The Lurker and Retribution From the Skies, and the two really good heroic missions with great stories, scenery and film sequences, The Observer and The Specialists, over a million and one sh*tty quests with voice acting for the sake of voice acting and little effort. I know I stand as I minority, but this is how I would like the storytelling from now on. Focused and high energy, and a few side and group missions that do have cutscenes should contribute to the planet or the main story, and just have effort put into them, instead of ten minutes of learning how to kill a womp rat. The rest being terminal is fine. As I said, quality over quantity, and Makeb represents that better than anything. But it was a bit too short I do suppose I should try the Seeker Droid and Macrobinocular stories now, I hope those are good. The Shroud seems like a really interesting character. Peace!
  24. So I was just through watching the Republic version of Makeb's story, and we all know that Makeb has daily and weekly content in it. So my question is this...
