  2. I hate to admit this but the game is really boring. Once you realized it you will lose your will to play and just straight out cancel your acct. not only that but whatever you do it's pointless now since they are making it easy mode for everyone. what discouraged me the most was that after grinding for the BM rank 2 weeks later they made it easy mode to reach BM. Its nice in a way but Im disappointed since I have a feeling that it will happen again and again.

The problem is doing this with pugs. since all they know is to call out for incs. then theres the problem that you are giving away mid without a fight in which all your enemies would just swarm to another node to cap giving them advantage. this always happens when almost everyone follows a player to a right node.

  6. ok before we get too ahead of our selves why are assuming that TD builds are the only one capable of killing a healer? because of bursts? too bad.. even with burst you are still halfway before killing a healer. you still need to time interrupt/stun heals and keep the pressure up to them. not only that but you still need to watch your heat as using too much of our heat abilities you will easily go aboard the soft heat cap and screwing you if another persons show up before recovering your heat. TD less pyro builds could also kill healers since we have the same basic interrupt/ stuns as TD builds have, not only that but our main bursts comes from spamming FB/RP and free Railshots and not only was our heat management better but we can proc more free railshots than the TD build and still deal the same amount of damage within the GCD used by both builds.the only advantage is that the TD less build have more heat to use than it's counterpart one. now unless everything is perfect TD builds high damage bursts is hard to achieve and not only that but its also heat expensive. and with the nerf to surge TD/railshot combo wont hit as much as pre patch. In your argument that burst is better than sustained damage, I agree but disagree. in a 1 on 1 fight burst can help you win a fight but theres a prize for bursting enemies as a TD build, the firsts is once you used TD you need another 16 seconds before you can bursts again. second is that after you bursts you only have heat left to finish your foe, you doesnt have spare heat incase someone else decided to jump in and the third one is even if you kill your enemy if you are standing with more than 40 heat and no way of getting out of combat the only thing you can do is to spam rapidshots. which is no way your gonna kill another guy by spamming rapidshots. now if you specced into sustained damage. 1 on 1 battles you should still do fine because the only thing you lost is the ability to use TD which can be compensated by using more railshots and less rapidshots. utility wise its the same. but in a group fight we can stay longer in a fight which means more kills. and you know what? Objectives are what matters in PVP the killing only comes second -_-

  8. yes because A. we almost have the same build and although I havnt gone past 750k yet Ive done 550k damage in alderaan using single target only so i kind of understand his point of view, and that was in a pug too... and b. although he have 3 healers the other teams aren't bad either so getting 50 kills is low yet quite high and considering his team half of them are borderline bad so he probably have more than half of those as kb's
  9. I guess you cant huh? oh well TD is great in pvp but like the OP said heavy sustained damage is also viable. that you dont need to spec in TD if you want to pvp
  10. you know what? we cant reach a conclusion on this. if you want to prove your point. post a screen shot that a. TD build can break 750k damage singletarget or b. get more than 50 kb in a wz

  12. yes KB is nice and all but can you deal that KB without dealing out damage at all? can you kill a healer without overheating at all?
  13. as the guy above said TD is a 3 point talent. also sure TD can undeniably deal burst damage but burst damage is NOT sustained damage, and this build relies on heavy sustained damage thats why he reached 750k damage. you see the weakness of TD build is that once you reach a certain point of heat it loses its effectiveness in keeping pressure. sure you can kill one player but pvp revolves around having to fight more than 1 person. what will you do if you have 70+ heat? spam rapidshots? id say its counter productive. also raising you mainstats also help. Do you even think why mercs can deal ton of damage? cause they have a built in 9% aim on them same thing for PT's but you have to spec for it. but I guess you can stay with 1200 aim while we get to 1600 aim in pvp, and 1900+ aim in PVE
  14. HM Soa is not that hard, but Nmm Soa... Ill cry, even though we down Nmm Soa weekly it still takes us like 4 hours before we can do it, it's not because that we suck but It's because of bugs and a lot of RNG so the only time we can down soa is everything is perfectly alligned for us. also NMM KP is a joke 1 shotted it without wipe.
