Bioware has two easy(ish) options here now... Make solid mounts or leave them as they are. If they leave them as they are, there are some people complaining in forums and a lot more facepalming ingame when buttflaps hang through mount. If they make mounts solid, or even partly solid, they will get drowned in poostorm with all the complains of Dessler & other Big A-mailbox blocker mounts getting stuck in every damn branch and corner. What do you think will happend- will they just settle for these complains or go poke wasps nest with pointy stick?

Could you use your Force Persuade on Dev team and make them apply same mechanic (bug? ninja feature?) to Barrage as is in PPA now? You could also try threats and bribery, what ever works. Those unlucky streaks as you call them kill my DPS when they happend and if that happends in tight DPS race spot, it´s a wipe. Wiping because of RNG is not fun no matter how you put it.

Well as Bioware is already working on another Star Wars title (don´t ask what it actually is, there are just tons of rumours of it in interweb), SWTOR is not the reason they have 10y contract. Biowares dev focus is somewhere else than here.

No it´s not just you. It´s really common to shoot 10+ Tracer Missiles in row without Barrage procs. I have those streaks every raid I do. Barrage is broken somehow.

What comes for Suit FOE, curing myself during certain points in Oricon ops is needed and added reduction to dot´s is something our healers benefit from in many situations. Degauss is basically filler skill in this build but there are some situations where roots may annoy me and as it is part of my opening rotation in boss fights, I think I might just as well boost it a bit. Volatile Warheads is just useless imho because I never use Missile Blast. Jet Rebounder... bah. I have no idea why this poor excuse of skill even is in our talent tree, especially that high in there.

I feel that I am doing OK with it and in certain situations I am out-dps´ing Arsenal spec with ease, especially when there is only single target dps going on. I would like to see what other people are using, and if possible explanation why their spec is better as overall.

Well, I am not entirely sure with these numbers anymore but if you first cap accuracy to 100 Ranged 110 Tech, ~200ish crit and everything else to power (+surge) you are on right track. There are varying numbers especially with Crit for arsenal merc in PvE guides but most of them speak numbers in between 200 and 290. Some people favor pure power, but I am not so sure of that with 78 gear. The optimal accuracy is about 100.4% (110,4 tech) as far as I know.
