the only thing my graphics card say is Internal ® HD Graphics

i understand its not grate and i am getting a new computer built for me but will it run above 15 fps and how should i go about it please help and if its not going to run it say that

It is a duel core processor sorry my main question is about the graphics card if it will meet it or not

can some one please tell me if my computer meets minimum requirements from what i have read some say no others say yes so i would like to put my specs out there and someone with knowledge please be able to help me. Sony E series Intel® Pentium® CPU P6100 @ 2.00 Ram 4.00 GB 64-bit operating system Intel HD Graphics card if need more please ask and i know its not the best im just wondering if it will be run able and more then 15 fps thanks
