  1. Approximately here: http://kotaku.com/309937/ea-buys-bioware-pandemic
  2. Player-formed factions are far more interesting.
  3. It's not just Khem. It's any companion with a behemoth bodytype, like Khem or Qyzen.
  4. Bingo. Patch early, patch often should be the mantra of any MMO development team. However, it seems that even a miniscule patch involves colossal downtimes with this version of the Hero engine. Given that, they're handling patches in the old way that makes sense.
  5. Only if you overpaid for the honda. And all you wanted from in the way of reliability is continual disapointment. It's an 80's Skoda with a Landspeeder body kit.
  6. It's to prevent players from just ignoring their companion until they're 50 and them pummeling them to max with cheap gifts from the market, I assume.
  7. I've said it before and I'll say it again: seperate servers are a dumb idea in this day and age.
  8. NO thought went into the levelling portion either: A modicum of thought about how the content would actually be experienced in-game would have resulted in a much better experience.
  9. SW:TOR's high budget, slick licenced title overseen by two corporate behemoths is obviously a much better recipe for success. So long as you don't mind the fact that the game is bobbins, that is.
  10. A responsive, interested developer with little or no publisher interference.
  11. It's still a sandbox, because you can take the rides back down again if you want
  12. Sandbox, to me, means that combat is only one style of gameplay and that the player has the choice to go anywhere or do anything they want whenever they want (within reason).
