Install and set up all 3 Vent,Mumble and TS3. Don't bother with any pug group that require anything else beside these 3.

I'm assuming he was kiting them and not dps them at meele range . If so, tell him to tank them normally , and just run to behind 2 of them when they both start casting their aoe . The aoe is a cone attack and it will not change its direction once started casting . Also, what melted him is the dot i think , having one dps able to cleanse it helps greatly ,otherwise just blow all cd (not at the same time) and kill them before they kill you.

Seems like most cases are classes that have some kind of stealth.

Did you use Force Cloak when you got lost the 1st time? If so, it may be the cause of getting lost multiple times.

What you should have done is tell him it's pointless to have any augments before level 50.

If they add dyes in Collections, the prize would go up as demand will increase .With the system as of now, i don't see many people buying more than 2-3 black/black dyes , i have the credits for to buy them but the thought of having to decide which armor i want to put it on is just painful , i don't like being restricted to 1 armor set (or chest piece) knowing that there may be new armor set coming out in CM that i may like and want to change my main char's look ( and my alts too). Totally support adding dyes to Collections .
