  1. Foslab Is'bad / Assassin / Deception / Empire. Not 100% sure if I can attend, but add me on stand by pls.
  2. Your sorc's name turns me on but that's pretty much it.
  3. Yes they did. There are a lot of decent/good players in yolo q, such as yourself. It would be nice to see yolo q heroes like you make teams. Adapting to teamranked might take a while, but anyone who is capable of doing the numberz can do ok in teamranked after some practice (tanking requires a bit more though). On the other hand, I can see why yolo queue is kinda more fun atm. There are only a few active teams that play the same comp all (or most) of the time. It is really boring to face the same guys with the same comp over and over again, even if winning, and especially if getting REKT.
  4. Most deception sins have trouble breaking 1k dps... At the moment, I don't see much reason to buff deception. But if they keep hatred as it is and buff the damage/mobility/survivability of maras and mercs for example, then deception might need a small (burst) buff as well.
  5. Shadow kinetic combat damage is very good. Shadow/sin tanks using dps gear are capable of doing over 2k dps in arena/wz (I've seen as high as 2.1k dps in arena from a tank assassin). Can definitely do 1k in full tank gear, if played well and if the tank shadow doesn't have to switch guard too much. I'm not saying a shadow tank should get those numbers all the time but it can do those numbers. At the moment, depredating volts/cascading debris can crit up to 7-8k a tick (especially with force potency), so a little nerf on its damage is justified in my opinion. 1on1 it is a very good spec as well and should win most fights. You just need to get better at it.

    Cheaters in Pvp

Swagcerer is just too stronk and your team was baaad. Nobody jumps up there unless they are really bored and the other team is bad. Aand btw I think you can get there with the faster predation on mara/sent as well.
  7. The real problem in reg warzones is that most players die so fast you need to run from node to node all the time looking for something to kill and that is kinda boring! Dunno what you are whining about
  8. WHAT, WHAT  To me, this only says that you have not played any other class in the game or that you just do not know how to play shadow. Resolve bar completely useless at least for republic classes????? I guess you are trolling. You can have 17 seconds of immunity to CC as an assassin. You can use phasewalk to escape a bad situation if you get stunlocked and don't have a breaker. If you have your breaker, you can use it and use your def CD or you can vanish. After vanishing, you can usually even go to a place where the enemy players cannot see you and you can exit combat and heal yourself. No other class can do this, except operative. It is ridiculous to argue that deception has "piss poor survivability". Deception and assassin overall has the best or the second best survivability in the game at the moment. Just because hatred has better survivability than deception does not mean that deception survivability needs to be buffed. It might make some sense to buff deception survivability ONLY IF marauders, mercs and snipers get their survivability buffed. As far as burst goes, deception probably needs a small buff. But the fact that AP burst is crazy at the moment does not justify giving some stupid buff to deception. When it comes to kiting, deception is one of the harder dps specs to kite against, if it is played well. PT is very hard to kite against at the moment because of the fast hydraulic override and ranged dmg. But then again, PTs do not have CC immunity or immunity to all tech/force attacks for 5 seconds. Overall deception damage is quite fine in PvP. If I compare it to marauder, deception can pretty much do the same numbers and often more, because it has more survivability, immunity and "anti-kiting" tools. Marauder only performs well if the enemy team has a lot of melee or facetanking (aka bad) ranged dps. Of course deception is bad compared to hatred. Every spec, except AP and sorc dps specs to some extent, are kind of bad compared to hatred at the moment.
  9. In b4 "the other team must have been retarted" :D
  10. Wonkanerd I will give you ONE MILLION CREDITS if you tell everyone who you are! :):):):)
  11. Hey big boys. Feel free to continue, but I don't really know what the argument is about xD. IMO there are about 3 "top" teams on the server, which seem to be pretty close to each other skillwise. Roudy+Osdo+Stjart+somebigboy, House/Terrikus/Marrat+somebigboy, and Mannovai+bigboys (meaning that Mannovai is maybe the biggest boy with the biggest carrying power xD). Since the 4th, or the 3 other players in these teams seem to be kind of random, I just decided to call them bigboys. These big boys are usually Larsson, Xolav, Gerikke, Keubro, Yanan, Igor etc. Sometimes nonfactors like myself, Myzran, Firestorm and other ppl get to play with the big boys too, or we do fine by ourselves. And ofc people who came from others servers; FOTM rerollers, Zherio (marauder BEAST) and his team are pretty good too, semi big boys. On another note, there are a lot of good players in yolo q (yolo q heroes), it would be nice to see them play team ranked more. It will take some time to adapt ofc. Maybe they could evolve to the BIG BOY LEVEL. I don't wanna be too diplomatic here, feel free to continue and also trashtalk me.
  12. If they are equally skilled, the operative healer should win. Interrupts don't really matter, the operative doesn't need to cast too often and can cast after stun/flash/sap or rolling behind something. Vengeance is a bit harder to deal with, but I would still favor the operative. The only dps specs that are very difficult for a healer operative to deal with, are shadow balance and pt pyro.
  13. Vitra what's wrong? We used to be friends and now you are ignoring me y u do dis
  14. That is good dps. Probably only around 5% or less of players can do those numbers. Regarding objectives, running to west node might have won you the game or it might have not, if the defender was decent and calling properly. The other team also happened to cap mid first, which is not something that you could have necessarily done much about. Also, if that mara or sin was able to dps properly, you might have won the game. Regs are quite random and much just comes down to coincidence, and that is why I personally just enjoy doing high numbers (instead of tryharding objectives all the time). That wins most warzones anyway. I mean, let's say that the OP would have gone west in that game and killed the defender in less than 8 seconds and then capped the node. Would that have been such a great accomplishment??? IMO, doing 2.7k dps is far more impressive than capping a node from a bad player . And it's also a lot more fun. Players who are capable of high numbers can play more objectives if they wish. In the good old ranked 8vs8 days, there wasn't a single player in the top teams who couldn't do high numbers. Actually, with very few exceptions, all of the former good 8vs8 ranked players seem to focus mostly on maximizing their dps/hps on warzones
  15. Long, even fights between two good teams. Long fights against team that consist mostly of healers (if I'm dps, so I can dpswhore properly). Number whoring generally. Tanking with good healer/healers against a good team is fun too. Winning or losing does not concern me too much unless it's a Huttball or a game with even, skilled teams, both with good nodeguards. Winning against a bad team or losing because of a bad nodeguard or stupid tactics by pugs does not really mean anything, so why care? Objectives are quite boring nowadays. A strong premade that usually just derps around focusing on numbers (and playing their class correctly) wins about 90% of the time. If a strong team loses, it is usually because of a bad nodeguard, or because the team is too lazy to run between nodes. As far as I've observed playing this game for a long time, interest in objective play on normal warzones decreases the more you play, for most people. Seeing someone rage in chat and then do like 4 times less dps/hps than me is quite amusing too . Oh yeah and being against this type of people and stomping them is kinda fun too. Wonder why they are losing Good, challenging 1on1 or 1on2 or even 1on3 fights are fun too of course, they are just quite rare. But the most enjoyable thing is an evenly high-skilled Huttball game, especially if playing guardian or shadow tank. Nothing beats a good Huttball where players on both sides position themselves well, pick up the ball, firepull, intercept, do good & smart passes and support the carrier. Too bad these games are very very rare. Often my teams prevent firepulls by mindlessly filling the resolve of the carrier, letting them score freely. I've lost way too many Huttballs because of this . Seriously, dear agents and smugglers; do not use flashbang on the ballcarrier unless that will somehow for sure help you kill them (inquisitors and consulars seem to be smarter; they use force lift on carrier very rarely )
  16. This true. Besides, high numbers win warzones most of the time.
  17. U WOT M8.... omg, u got me. FAK. Ok, u are the besttrashtalkerEU then... and perhaps stronkest in RL .... I haven't done any squatz in like 4 weeks. Such chickenlegs Yes indeed. Good old Mike'dtox himself.
  18. Ok. Since these forums are getting boring, I'll try to post something meaningful and create some DRAMA, hopefully. All the entertaining posters (House, Gerikke, Corvineus, Basaz) are banned from here I guess. Oh yeah and Wonkanerd I miss u too. There are some terrible players I would like to mention. Pls don't get mad. After all, I'm the #friendliestplayertofn. Larsson: Everybody knows this guy. He can't play any of his 16 (or more?) characters at all and is bad in ranked. Somehow he beats my teams like 95% of the time, I don't know how. I blame my team members (like that Idon't guy guy; kurwa mac, usuk bro). At least Larsson has a sexy Stockholm accent... But Basaz has even sexier accent, Stjart the YUGGENAUT doesn't have a bad accent either. Speaking of sexy accents, I miss Dhaima jumping around the rep fleet Then I would like to mention the best objectif (pvp) player in the game: Gosia. Even Unconscionable and Darkshadovv are better than u. Every mara/sent can easily outdps you. LoL. (Sorry I wrote your name wrong on teh tofn pvp records site, pls forgif me Korribani (Targaryen... Lul). What can I say. Almost bad as Larsson... Without the sexy swedish accent, even though u live there, nub. Get outdps'd by Tyrannosaurus Flex... #umadbro? Then the worst numberwhores this server has ever seen: Trs and Bonsai (or Bru... Whateva). U lose to Jedai Siths of the Black Darkness Kingdoms while getting outhealed by Seguns... While he's in scrapper spec. Lol this was bad. And the worst saychat trashtalker/emote troll on server: Vitra. Silver'moon is 10x the sage/trashtalker compared to you, hohoho. Gxy hx fk, rproted tobw lw hman sucm...... FK. On a serious note, Corvineus: I miss u. Rommer: worstHuttballplayereu. Victory is guaranteed when playing Huttball against Rommer. Can't do firepulls, firepushes or intercepts for sht. Even Foslab 1.0 (keyboardturning, clicking, not having any idea how to play shadow) was better then u. Honorable mention (while talking about bad HB players: Vorez... you are trying very hard to take Rommer's place as the main Huttball regs***... Maybe that will happen sooner or later. Last but definitely the least: Idont. Nothing is more entertaining than listening to your polish wannabe posh english accent when someone CCs, pushes u back and stuff when you have your 4 stacks for annihilate and u lose them. HA HA. Kurwa mac..... And pls stop making fun of my accent. And l2 heal. There are more people that deserve to be mentioned. To be continued...
  19. Well yeah... that's what I said right?
  20. Just remember that losing does not have anything to do with yourself, even if you lose 100 times in a row and make 400 dps on average (as a dps), keyboardturn, click and have no idea about objectives. It's always the other players fault. Or the other team/side is using hax.
  21. Do you have keybinds for all your abilities that you use in PvP? Do you turn with with your mouse? Do you keep backpedaling (moving backwards, which is slower than strafing or moving forward) to a minimum or not backpedal at all? Have you studied your skill tree and do you know your rotation? Assassin tanks have the best dps of all three tanks in the game and are also strong 1on1. Do you focus on pulling ballcarriers to the fire in Huttballs (especially the old Huttball, where it is easier), picking up the ball , carrying it and going to the line for passes, while taking advantage of your phasewalk in positioning and resetting the ball if needed? This is your main job in Huttball and makes darkness assassin the most fun class/spec to play in Huttball (mainly the old Huttball). In other warzones, it is sometimes best that you do not guard nods, mainly if your team has dps stealthers and doesn't have another tank. When tanking, you should obviously focus on switching guard to however is taking most damage, of course guard healers over dps if they are taking damage. Use taunts on cooldown and try to figure out the biggest dps of the other team so you can taunt them.
  22. All of them are fine if you can play. Yes, guardian/jugg is probably slightly better than the other 2. That said, a good shadow tank is a lot better for guarding healers than a bad guardian tank. Mostly depends on your skill.
