The guild I am in on both pub and imp sides only have 5 players. We do small yield on both sides every week. Each of us only have to do two toons each side to achieve this and we get most of our points from operations on Friday and Saturday night.

Would be nice if you could not only save different ability bar layouts but also save the positions of your abilities within those bars. That way when you respec, you can load the bar layout for that spec instead of constantly having to move your abilities around in the bars every time you respec.

Read somewhere on the forums that as long as you fix the issue within 24 hours, you should be fine. But I do not know that with certainty.
