  1. I think you guys are forgetting the fact that the original KOTOR games both had space combat as a teeny-tiny minigame, and still, those turned out to be great, story-driven games. You shouldn't have been expecting anything more, this was supposed to be a KOTOR 3, except with other people playing. I agree, however, that they advertise space combat as something more than it really was, and perhaps that led people to become angry when it turned out that it wasn't actually a huge component in the overall game. Still, I am content with the, er, content of this little minigame, and little improvements are appreciated. Sure, they could be improving the main game, but it's not like these are extremely time-consuming changes. I'd be more upset if they were trying to add more features than what they are adding now, with the current problems that exist in the main game, but this is harmless.
  2. When I saw the Cartel Coins paired with a F2P model, player housing was the first thing that came to mind. As of now, the stuff on the market for cartel coins is maybe attractive to a F2Per, but *meh* for a subscriber. But I'm a sucker for some shiny new furniture for my ship/house, which could be bought exclusively through cartel coins. I'm sure many people feel the same way, and if BioWare really wants to rake in the cash, that's the kind of stuff they should put on the cartel market.
  3. Oh, didn't realize that lol. I feel stupid now.
  4. I agree, that's pretty funny. But it raises a serious question. Why can't we bring other players aboard our ship? Then we could have awesome house/ship parties!
  5. Mercer County here, and I'm on the Shadowlands.
  6. The quests that were originally supposed to give you HK-51 were on Hoth. http://www.ign.com/wikis/star-wars-the-old-republic/HK-51
  7. Exactly. After all, why else would BioWare try to draw attention to this? Why would they want to promote speculation about a companion that isn't currently there? It's because they want to get people speculating and hyped before they release any information. At this point, it's even more than speculation though. It's been datamined, mentioned in a Q&A session, mentioned on many different fansites, and then this thread was promoted by BioWare. I think it may be safe to say that whether or not HK is coming with update 1.3, they will probably add him in eventually. But I have a hunch considering that the Q&A where they brought up HK was specific to update 1.3.
  8. I hope HK-51 will have some sort of interaction with your other companions. This would be awesome for Imperial Agent,
  9. That was in the recent 1.3 Q & A. I think that pretty much proves that they're adding him in the next update.
  10. I saw this in a recent Q & A on update 1.3... I think what they are talking about is a "bonus" companion that you can unlock on Hoth, as discussed on the IGN wiki, I guess they are finally adding him in 1.3... http://www.ign.com/wikis/star-wars-t...republic/HK-51 http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=53864 Do you think this is true? If that's not what they're talking about, what ARE they talking about?
  11. Awesome!!! Stupid question, is the legacy system going to be only for characters on the same server, or for all characters as long as they are on the same account? Also, for the new races unlocked with the legacy system, is there ever going to be dialogue about your race? Like for example, in the Imperial Agent storyline, sometimes people would acknowledge that I was a Chiss. Would the same apply to, say, a Sith Pureblood Jedi? I mean, it seems absurd that no one would question that... If so, Bioware should also add references to the legacy. Like, my Smuggler Chiss could be like "Yeah, I have a cousin or two that works for the Empire..."
  12. I've to drop this quest and re-take it a bunch of times. Everytime I talk to Kaliyo to get the quest, she just says "Agent, we need to talk" and then I get the quest. I don't know what to do, because every time I get the quest this way, it tells me I still need to go to Nar Shaddaa, but the map tells me that I need to go to the warehouse, and meeanwhile, the warehouse door is red. Does anyone else's conversation skip?
