Has it really been two years? Time passes so quickly, and for me, that passage means its time to move on. I really enjoy playing swtor, and I hope to one day return as a subscriber. But I have played all of the story content that there is, and the awesome stories are what made this a really great game. Granted, it is Star Wars, but I have finished all 8 classes and in 2 years, there has not been any thing added to the stories. I hope that this changes some day, but in the mean time, I will be around as a preferred player. So long, and may the force be with you.

I hear people say stuff like that all the time. It is fantasy gambling, there is no real money attached to it. Even the United States outlaws internet gambling where real money is attached, I seriously doubt that any country would ban this game unless it were some hard line Mideast country.

ai don't use the vendors or GTN very often, so when I do, I am there for a while. It is a pain to have to remember to move a fraction of an inch so I don't get logged out. And I always get logged out when I am in the middle of something that I am really concentrating on.

A simple solution to that would be to move the GTN planetside.

Agree that it makes no sense for my ship to auto take off. In KOTOR the ship didn't take off until I wanted to leave, I could see the planet outside the window while I was docked still.

True that traveling is essential to an mmo, but it should be meaningful travel. Take for instance when you finish your chapter 1 class quest. You do a bunch of running around with absolutely no rhyme or reason. The orbital stations are exactly the same, they make no sense, and eliminating them will not ruin the game.

I miss slicing from KOTOR. Being able to slice a console and fry everyone in a room was so cool.

Well the rebels didn't need an orbital station, if a ragtag group was able to function on Hoth, why can't the Galactic Republic establish a spaceport planetside? Quesh I can understand, since the whole planet is toxic, but that is about the only planet that would require an orbital station. Hell, Mos Eisley had a planetside spaceport, so there really is no reason for there not to be one, even in KOTOR all planets had planetside spaceports, even the wookie world had one built into the trees. JMHO

Well I agree with it completely. We don't need orbital stations, especially near contested planets. I mean come one, all it would take is a quick strike to blow the damn thing out of orbit, it is not practical. Just revamp them to be planetside bases already. They are a complete waste of time.
