I am currently on Nathema server which is a low pop server and wish to change to a higher pop server. Is it possible or is it coming at a later date?

I have a 50 sentinel and have those cyan crystals in my rakata sabers. I have ran all nightmare and hard mode ops and never seen anything of the sort drop. Maybe they will change it in 1.3.
