Im stuck on one of those two east coast servers that BW left out in the cold. Ive waited since the server pop tanked after the 1.2 release. Waited for something that BW should have had ready to go from Day 1. Now they are just going to leave us on these dead servers and ask us to wait some more. Thats Bull and is\ts the last straw. I had already c anceled my sub and was going to let it run out because I didnt think they would release transfers before I had to reup. Once the transfers went live I thought I give BW another shot and renew. But it turns out BW just slapped evryone on those two pvp servers right in the face. I will not resub and will avoid BW games from now on.

Im one of those poor souls left on a dead pvp server. Sucks Not going to bother renewing , I cant see getting Fed over and then handing the folks that did it 15 bucks. I joined to PVP but on my server its just not happening unless the D3 server goes down. Or maybe 1 or 2 around peek. To bad I normaly just dont manage to get on around peek.

I agree with most of what the OP said. I would like to add that some gear grinding is expected but IMHO the gear cost as is requires to much grinding. Of course the fact that the servers are empty most of the time doesnt help. But even when they had a fair population I think it just took to long.

Hate to break it to you but your giving BW WAY to much credit. They will not have server merges for 1.3 or anytime in the near future. They screwed up the core game and just dont have a way to make it happen. The fact that they cant even get transfers out the door speaks to this. They havent even done transfers for their test servers for prior releases. transfers should have been basic stuff that they would have from day 1. BW just doesnt plan anything out well. Now they are shedding staff so they will be even slower to act.

BW doesnt do the whole think ahead thing. I wouldnt count on anything until they actualy release it. Remember ranked WZ's in 1.2. Another thing that doesnt pass the smell test is that all this is happening after the mass layoffs. BW moved at the speed of smell before they started handing out pink slips. How fast can they be now? This is just more half cocked throw handfuls of **** against the wall and see if anything sticks decision making. What do you call 200 layed off BW employees, A good start.

Already unsubed. got a few days left. Im in one of the larger guilds and several people logged on lat night main subject of discussion. When does everyones sub run out. most of the guild hase had enough of BW and the piss poor way they hve handled pvp and end of storyline content. Guilds most active talk right now is what the GW2 guild will be called

No they gave us the 30 free days so they could blow smoke up everyones *** and not have to put out the real number of subscribers. Once the free 30 days runs out there is going to be another mass subscription drop. EAs stock will take another hit. After that BW will lay the 1.3 turd, another subscription drop. Then GW2 will be released another subscription drop... But dont worry you will get 1 free transfer around 1.3 so you can move to the next dead server.... ANd about mid winter they might get around to cross server pvp and server merges based on population. Thats if EA doesnt get sick of seeing its stock take hits and pull the plug.

No mention of it in 1.3 thats coming "sometime this summer". In the ING video they go on to talk about the legacy sys additions and pve content after that. So I wouldnt count on it any time soon. By the time they get 1.3 out the door GW2 will be released and you wont need a LFG finder (local server only) because no one will be in the game.

I just watched the ING video on 1.3. Thats coming out next , its the last straw for me. I'm not spending one more dime on this RPG.

These guys (BW) are just clueless. Daniel Erickson is so full of crap. I wonder if hes actualy buying into any of the **** he is shoveling? Im done with this POS. That video is the last straw. I'll find something else to do while I wait for GW2. I dont know if the pvp will be any better it cant be any worst. Im not pay 15 a month to hope they get there **** togather by winter.

Any community of this size is bound to have its share of douche bags. Remember high school? I simply ignore them (most of the time). As far as this being a bioware problem, I dont know. This happens on ever mmo I've ever played. I feel for the women you described and by no means advocate this type of behavior but crying over what some disembodied web moron said in a pvp chat and quiting. Come on sounds like some thicker skin is in order. If she c ant h andel something like this in an online game whats her real life like?

Im not spending another dime on a single player rpg game. Tell me 1. Will you have cross server before July? 2. will you have server merges before July? If the answer to these two questions is No then Im outta here. GW2 should be ready by July and if BW cant get of its butt before its release this game will be dead. No one is going to wait past the GW release for you people to get your act togather. To implement things that should have b een in the can ready to go. :mad:

Your right Bioware doesnt get it. Some times they cant say anything? How about we never say anything. How about Our dev blogs dont address any of the players concerns. Coming this summer, merges should have been in the box ready to go. They should have already happen. Bioware = clueless. Bio0ware = head in the snad . Bioware = head up the well you know. Come on GW2

If you think D3 had an impact wait until GW2 comes out in a few months. BW doesnt seem to give a crap. They are no listening to the comunity as a whole and are not giving out any news. Server merges need to happen NOW. Cross server pvp needs to happen NOW. BW needs to comunicate that they are making these things there number 1 priority NOW. If they had any brains at all they would fire the head of the pvp team and go get the kid from the mail room to head it up, they couldnt possibly do any worst.
