  1. ...and MM traitor -last-droid is a bit overpowered. Stun / sniper / red circle -- tank wiped in 1 GCD. Maybe somebody could do it in 340 gear, but 324 is too low. ...that droid does not do avoidable damage to tank, so tank cannot regen force (also shadow tank has 2 possible new builds depend on shielding which is just not work = 3-4 lines of skill tree wasted). When that FP introduced force - regen skills were added, like "force speed regens force" and ...now all that is removed. ...btw, another one what I hate ...stuns, stuns everywhere. Now I finally back to heroics after 5 years of ignoring it. Well, sooo many stuns. It's just perma stun lock (especially in old-old content like 20-30 lvl heroics). It was ok before, but now players do not have stuns, most skills are removed. And mobs remain exact same as in 1.0 and more annoying. So, update is just bad. I'm sorry I wasted money for sub to get 7.0.
  2. Shadow always was best tank... ...however, I wouldn't trash jugg yet. I was using "no cd retaliation" set during last year and I think it is there yet. So I will check jugg too. ...shadow's skills are broken too, however, once I set old I used for tanking it was like 80% restored. So tanking itself should remain ok, same rotations almost. And there is possibility to make it even more tanking, but completely messing rotations & use.
  3. Sorry if it is already known. I had a break for like 6 years. And still I see on last - tank loses aggro and dps/heal bring boss to fire after pushed tank. No more. Tank must do 2 thing to gain back: 1. guard current boss victim 2. then taunt 3. 2-3 seconds later boss is back to tank. ..so well, tested twice on vets. My dps were free to dps First ever time I had full aggro of this boss. Not being like "near by". P.S. If you just taunt when victim is NOT guarded - taunt gets wasted.
  4. I think it is "yourtube" vision, if something takes more then 15 mins they cannot focus and quit. Not even raged. Just not fun any more 15 mins later, need some new.
  5. Seems like you need new hdd/virus cleanse etc. If redownload fixes, then something in your system breaks it. Try to narrow down what's get broken. For example game does 3 temporary files which can be deleted, named like ArenaCache (1st word differs). Maybe those get broken.
  6. You MUST eat at least 1 sniper hit (.i.e. he must complete his cast), maybe 2-3. Then he will be movable -> move him out of cover doing LoS. Then you can dps it. I do report this each time this FP pops. Join to the club P.S. Last time he double bugged. On 2nd stage I ate snipe, then tried to move him - didn't work + immune for me, however others could kill him while he was trying to hit me 2nd time.
  7. Possible ...but as for now I have 1000's of that thing with no use, just doing cq on couple chars. And all I need to craft I did already. Somebody may sell it cheap.
  8. 1. skank generates too much aggro in pve, not each normal tank can cover without explicit taunts, which annoys. 2. skank does not have proper shielding, so once he got agro, he dies fast. 3. tank build requires to be attacked, if not - no resource/skills/less damage.
  9. I have all those infinite bonus /done /again boxes. I want 1 button - open/sell it off/ except some maybe just with bonus> Yes.. I DONT CARE THIS JUNK When i care - i go to npc anc lick random things - there i could check off Look - latest thing - best u can get - some small chance from random guy + drop from Ixus. Ok... sell off auto what is not that thing., everything - i need checkbox ...not so bad, but u got idea i hope.
  10. Can we have please 'sell all not having bonus set" checkbox or btn? Because i'm really tired - click those boxes, then extra box pop for some and not for others, then click more "consume" ..then click again to sell .... ...that was ok 1st week, NOW I"M TIRED OF IT I WANT AUTO SELL ALL THAT TRASH. so my bag remains just empty. Please fix. P.S. u can include all common sets in autosell as well. Just leave that rare ones u explicit stated rare.
  11. Not sure why you dislike it. It is about 20% of own dps if used on packs, at least for shadows I calculated, just because it works while you stunned/pushed/on cd. Also in 70 content it does 4 times less damage then in 75. For example in pvp/uprising each explosion does 1200 dmg. For 8 targets it is 9000 almost. Each 2-3 seconds with 50% chance shield. Better then that is only retaliation with no-cd. Sometimes I need to spam it faster then i can click button.
  12. Are you sure about leap cd? I can't believe, because my tank jumps much more often then sentinel during fight. Maybe it gets broken if you get more charges there... ....and btw, about time showed on chargeable abilities - it is for all classes, shadows can't see stealth cd now, for example. It's just broken design for all.
  13. Not sure about bugs. Play it 1-2 days/week. Doing CQ - that's like 5-10 fps. Some days can do pvp. See no bugs there, maybe I just used working masteries. Overall seems dynamic and cool tank.
  14. Jug tank is the best tank now. Even better then shadow. Just ... use proper stuff. It shines with 4 pieces of Dxun set (no cd on retalation) and crafted by biochem tactical (30s heal to full cd). Then it is killing - tank - machine. Just moves ahead through nonstop, don't dies, and does more damage then dps on mobs who attacks using weapons. Wish I shadows had something like that. P.S. you will need to balance surveillance by armor bonuses though too, P.P.S If you have problems with keeping aggro on packs - use shield exploding set 4 pieces. This one is good for all tanks with healer. Once you get attacked you never lose aggro - automatic aoe, even if u're stunned. P.P.P.S. Shadow tank has 0 tank-good sets, they just best with those common like shield exploding and 3% dmg reduction tactical So ...Juggs are in really good position. At least they may collect best set.
  15. Any new normal set/tactical for tanks please? All that proposed are trash. Tank have to use 2 commons and swap depend on task. While other 2 tanks have pretty fitting own class sets and when use it do much better then shadow (however, as for jugg that set supposed for DD ). Or well, you can compensate it by canceling "evade restore" on mobs. I.e. if shadow stealthed mob looses aggro yes, but does not restore health Then we will be ok with what we have.
  16. fanged god -- only. Masteries to provide defence/speed/heal. You can just spam this 1 button and free cast transendence each 10-15s (mainly for raid wide 10% defence) and be top dps or close to it (at least 1 who takes agro from tank in whole OP). Also each hit heals you for around 2000 (mastery). Also Rebuke is near infinite, you have around 10s when it is not active. With that one which resets camo on trans use u can be effective stealther - solo MM FP Cademimu in 38 mins with 302 gear/no set. ...about sets ...i think "victor" (which heals on kill) is good addition to all it. However, I didn't dig here too much. This one allows just move ahead in pve without stops. Remember, dead dps does not do dps.
  17. I use exploding shield set 4 pieces. And 2 pieces 2% dmg reduction on below 50%. It allows to get aggro on packs fast and does lowered damage in 70 scales. However in pvp it is pretty deadly when 5-6 melees attack you - suffer all For low healing scenarios like veteran FP randoms, or huttball I swap 4 pieces to 1% healing set and absorption relict to healing proc relict (got by sork). Why explode shield is good? Well, usually shadow tank has something like 50% shield chance (it is average between ward rised/next ward rised). So each 2nd incoming attack does around 1000 melee dmg/target. So each 3 seconds (2 GCDs of 1 attacker ) you do 1000 - 8000 extra damage in worse case. That overperforms any boost you could have from other sets in long runs, like 2 mins fight. SImple calc: my melee hits something like 8000, so 20% boost will be 9600 for 30s? That is 15 attacks boosted by 1600. That is 3 shields explosions if attacked by pack of 8 which takes 3s. But ye, there are none good set/tactical truly designed for shadow tank. Other 2 tank have "class set" which fits. For example juggernaut can use "no retaliation cd" set. It is a beast - near 3kk heal/damage/protection in single WZ each. Now jugs can solo kill MM-FP boss with no heal at all, well, 1 skill enabled on companion only So shadow tanks need a boost >: good one. And tactical - I use luck changes or that one for 3% dmg reduction at 80% depends on task/healer. Luck changes works perfect in pvp, as u're stunned /pushed alot, so it have time to rise between hits.
  18. I was suspecting something like that - lowering settings makes it worse. But I'm not sure yet as FPS drops randomly on same machine for long time. Usually something after 8 pm GMT it will be extra laggy. P.S. There is explanation though, "lowering" means using ANOTHER shader with lower quality designed output. Nobody said it will same good optimized as another "better" shader. So it is possible to have situation when "lower" quality works worse then "bigger" quality for many reasons. Simple example: on modern CPU per 1 byte looping will be slower then per 8 bytes looping.
  19. Maybe I said not clear... In 1.0 shadow tank was single one who could win next: boss has like 15%, all party is dead and tank finishes boss alone. Because shadows had self heal. Later, it was removed because was "too OP". During next 5 years they started to add some heals to other 2 tanks. And today we got a situation that jugg can heal to full each 30s. So they removed that ability from shadows 5 years ago and now it is added for anothers. It seems not fair at least. Same thing about dps. All classes has direct healing skill witch guaranteed do heal 1500+ without long cd, except shadows. And not sure about snippers ...but they're healed in cover.
  20. I made jugg tonight .... i was shocked. I was doing MM FP by shadow solo, well, had to think each fight, had some problems on packs etc. Jugg - with that new tactical - just moves foprward through. Comp has all healz off except 1 to boost dps. No problems. No thinking - jump & kill, go next. That reminded me old 1.0 shadow, that times they could do so.
  21. So.. long ago shadow tank had nice self heal. Then it was nerfed to ground. Now, we have PT who can self heal alot + heal from incoming aoes. Jugg can self heal to full each 30s. Shadow ... 20% chance to heal 1000 ? On hit? During limited time with big cd? ....dps builds shadow dotter was nerfed heal, like 200 per tick? ok - sentinell - combat build can spam "focus spending ability" and have self heal 1600 each hit + 20% dmg reduction = tank without taunt ... So, can we have some gear for shadows which will add some self heal as others do please? Instead that trash sets. No one is really good there. Somebody may say - u have stealth ....well, EVADE! If shadow tank will stealth in op he will be ignored by 7 players at once
  22. Yeh, Hammer stations are automatic speedruns those days. Also everybody expect using corner LoS, i.e. aggro pack, hide behind corners and wait them to come for aoe (that's why dps run too much away, so mobs could keep moving). As for tank doing vets - preserver set will do a job with no healers around. Also it works in masters when healer is not geared enough.

  24. ...well, yday I tried 1st ever time uprisings ... of coz i started from master Well, I was able to do 1 of whole list only alone. Those are NOT scaled - so you have all ur 75 stats and gear. And 3x more enemies then FPs. And ... some BAD loot at the end. This thing should be fixed. Overall, if somebody look for a challenge - go try uprising master. Also as mobs are 75 you can gather there mats ...like old days - droids, monsters etc.
