  1. Simple fix: 1. Revert Leap to pre 6.0 non-charge version. 2. Modify Nimble Master's 4-piece bonus (no one uses it anyway). Also, good to see you Bowtie!
  2. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there even a secondary warning saying the item is not refundable, are you sure you want to purchase it? I know personally, when I get this message in game it will prompt me to take a quick look to ensure I'm purchasing the right item. I just can't remember if they have something similar with tech frag vendors.
  3. Sure, I will explain this to you as reading the patch notes can take some time. Sage has four class specific sets, two for healing and two for dps. One of the dps sets is from the new operation, which I highly doubt you've been farming (not many have). The other dps set drops from ops bosses, which makes it more difficult to obtain due to RNG with the multiple classes in the raid group. In contrast, the two healing sets are most often recieved in conquest crates. Conquest crates almost always drop multiple set pieces and since you're not competing with other classes like in an operation, there is a very high probability you get those sage healing sets. It would make more sense to me if they had chosen to put one of the dps sets in the conquest crates and move one of the healing sets to ops. But that's a decision made by the devs, not a bug. At least by doing all that content you mentioned, you'll have been able to buy your dps set from the vendor several times over. Hope that adequately answers your question.
  4. Really?? Do you only read the first line of a post? The only way you people would ever be happy is if the devs decided to just give you everything instantly the moment you hit 75. Although, I'm sure you complain about that too. Read the dang 6.0 patch notes so you know what type of content you need to do get the pieces you want, OR just use the Tech Frags.... I find it interesting that some people just want to complain SO badly that when someone tries to help them they just ignore it because they'd rather be upset.
  5. What you're reporting is not a bug.... Like my previous post stated, check the loot tables listed in the 6.0 patch notes. So maybe read the post next time before getting all emotional. I'm just trying to help you better understand what the devs intended and in doing so, save you the time it takes to create multiple threads on something that is clearly not a bug.
  6. I actually really enjoy the new gearing system. It's nice getting a wide variety of sets and tacticals while still having the ability to choose specific pieces with the overwhelming abundance of Tech Frags you accumulate. I believe getting only spec specific drops would result in too many doubles. I think the problem you're having is related to the content you've been focusing on. From your many posts it seems you spend most of your time in flashpoints. If you read the 6.0 patch notes, the dev team has been kind enough to include the source of each specific tactical/set. Not all are available through simple flashpoint farming, which I think is a good thing. Also, I have to say it's pretty cheesy to provide links to the "numerous" complaint threads, when nearly half have been created by you. But that's just my opinion, to each their own.
  7. Lol at people who still post #nerfoperative threads... On a serious note, that 85k crit you saw is a bug that's been around for ages. What happens is sometimes delayed damage abilities go off at the exact time another ability hits and the system registers it as a single massive hit. This happens with many classes, including VG's (Assault Plastique + Cell Burst) and Scoundrels (Blood Boiler + Back Blast). So in actuality, it requires two GCD's to get that number. Shadows on the other hand can hit for 80k each GCD during their burst window, so it's a different animal entirely. That said, it can be countered and I'm still on the fence as to wether it's overturned or not. At the very most, I would simply reduce the percentage boost on Death Knell set by a small amount.
  8. Go to Interface Editor, select "Enable Movable Secondary Window" and save. You will now be able to reroll Amplifiers as intended.

  10. I agree that stances worked best. DPS drop off with added DR and the extra GCD it would cost to stance dance. As for removing it entirely, it would really make those specs near irrelevant in solo ranked when compared to Mara/Merc/Sniper. It could be something as simple as adding a buff/debuff when guarding as a dps -damage output +damage reduction.
  11. I would totally agree with you if the spec's that can guard were not the most under powered defensively. Take guard out of the equation and DPS PT/Jugg/Sin are usually the focus targets due to lackluster dcd's relative to other classes/specs. So there is a massive trade off when deciding to guard as a dps class, you are trying to absorb damage as a spec that cannot do so reliably. Back in the day when you could actually spec tanky as a dps, I agree that it was unfair, this is where the term "skank tank" was coined and the hatred was born lol. Guarding as a dps, in it's current form is so easily countered that it's a none issue. I aslo understand that I'm in the minority here on the forums but I just wanted to post my opinion.
  12. I am absolutely against doing anything that will dumb down this game further. It seems that many of the people on these forums would be completely happy with a pvp system that is the equivalent of hitting a parse dummy by advocating the removal of guard, off heals, and stuns. The ability to guard adds a layer of depth but is also very easily countered. For instance, if a dps guards their healer, the counter would be to mez the heals and kill the DPS guarding. You could also choose to split dps between the target guarding and the person being guarded. If you cycle hard stuns and interrupts on the healer, both targets will die fairly quick. If the ability to guard was removed from dps classes that have the option to spec tank, the next logical step would be to remove the ability to off heal from classes that have a heal spec. Why should a DPS spec'd Sorc or Op have the ability to off heal, if a DPS Jugg or SIn can't guard? Could you imagine how bland the PvP would be... I usually agree with most of your posts hottie, but this one I just can't get behind. I for one would way rather have an abundance of off heals on my team than several classes that can guard. Also, I love it when I see a DPS guarding someone because they automatically become the first target. A dps guarding someone cannot be guarded themselves and therefore will take 100% of damage PLUS 50% of anything that hits the target they are guarding. Add in the fact that right now, the classes that have the ability to guard are also the squishiest melee in the game, and you have an easy win. Now I will agree that if you have two dps classes that can guard and a healer that are all extremely coordinated and continuously swap guard between themselves, you have a huge advantage. But, really that rarely happens and honestly, if you have 3 or more people on your team in discord, you'll have an unfair advantage anyway.
  13. I for one think it would be a great idea in solo ranked. Each character could have 3 separate ratings for solos based on spec. That way dps PT's could compete for top 3 amongst themselves in the 1300 elo bracket.
  14. If you'd like to arrange a time, I'd be wiling to queue team ranked against you. I will ensure my team is completely decked out in sub 70 gear, just let me know.
