  1. I'm sure this is a pipe dream, but a QoL feature for conquest I'd like to see added one day is a character specific tracker for points earned on the character I'm on instead of having to cycle through multiple windows and tabs. Ideally, like an "Optional" (so people who don't care about conquest don't have to worry about it) tracker in the Missions list that lets people know they have x/50,000 conquest points. Or something like that.
  2. You won't find that on the GTN. It's only available via 16m Nim SnV. Which means you have 1 of 2 options: 1. Find a guild/group that's capable of running and clearing it and join their ranks in hopes of getting in on those kinds of runs. 2. Pay a group that sells that kind of run and tag a long. If you go for option 2, just be aware that 62 mill probably won't be near enough with the current economy. Fairly certain those runs were going for twice that much in 5.0.
  3. Thank you all so much for listening to and acting on our frustrations with the PTS gearing system. The changes listed here will go a long way in helping us to gear our characters in 6.0 Adding this toggle to the character portrait is going to be, quite possibly, the best change coming in 6.0 for the gearing system. With 5.0 I would queue up as a Tank/Healer for faster Queue pops and run a bunch of flashpoints to stock up on Crates/CXP packs and then switch to a DPS discipline to open it all to gear up that discipline (or vice versa on the rare occasion DPS was more in need, or doing Solo content). So having this option will make it easier to gear up an off-discipline with out any "Oopsies" involved. I love this addition and think it's a much better choice than the previous setup with % chance of dropping off spec pieces. So huge thumbs up from me .
  4. "Although the quantity is high, that is not where the focus should ultimately lie." And this right here is the biggest problem. We don't want to focus on climbing through 19 tiers of gear to get to our preferred content, but that's what you all have done by introducing 19 tiers of gear. Our primary focus as players is experiencing our preferred method of game play (PvE, PvP, Story, RP, etc.) but with so many different tiers of gear we're forced to put focus on it. Especially if our preferred game play mode requires better gear to complete (HM/NiM Ops and R-PvP) Grinding gear should never be considered content, but that's where we are with this. "Spend the next few months grinding gear out of 19 tiers that's completely RNG". To be completely honest with you, I thought we moved past RNG gearing after the fiasco that was Galactic Command. It took 8 months to finally get it to the point that it was a decent system and now we're going back in the wrong direction with gearing. As is, this system will be far worse than Galactic Command ever was. And what about the concerns raised over crafting? Crafting was supposed to be an integral part of the gearing process and the cost of crafting is ridiculously high. Is there any comment on that?
  5. The MH/OH vendor drops random weapons that can't be used by the character buying it. I got two cannons, a pistol, a tank lightsaber, a scattergun, and an OFFHAND weapon out of 7 MAINHAND boxes purchases on my Combat discipline Sentinel. And when you buy the belt box, it's a toss up if it'll even show up in your inventory. Bought 5 of them and had to close out the Vendor menu for 1 of them to show up in my inventory Honestly, I can't even imagine the bugs that will show up during crafting and reverse engineering. You guys should seriously consider adding vendors to the fleets that sell the new crafting mats and tech fragments for 1 cred each so we can actually test this stuff before it goes live.
  6. There's a couple of videos on /r/swtor showing how to get 2 of the datacrons on Onderon if you want to check it out.
  7. Can't agree more with this. Personal Opinion: I can see the gold/purple schematics at the end of the chain needing this kind of cost, but the basic greens and blues are way too expensive, as is. Especially if there's only a 20% chance to learn the better schematics. People aren't going to want to craft the greens to use for gear, but to R/E stuff to get better versions of the schematics. As it is on PTS, crafting for gear just isn't going to be worth the effort/cost. Since Crafting is supposed to be one of the major ways to get better gear, should really reconsider the cost of crafting. Especially with intro greens.
  8. I got a vibroknife on my Jedi Sentinel off the first boss, that wasn't exactly an expected drop Also got a resistive armoring instead of a Versatile Armoring. Current discipline is Concentration (DPS).
  9. Just a few thoughts: -The Mandalorian Armor quest should have the Armor dropping off the regular mobs as well as the Strong ones. Getting a bunch of people there trying to farm the Armor item objective with it only dropping off the Strongs will cause the mission to take a long time and lead to griefing. -You may want to reconsider using Yellow to outline Mission objective locations. The yellow blends in too well with the dirt and I ended up running around for half an hour trying to do one of the dailies because I couldn't see the objective spots to plant the surveillance stuff. Also, I found a couple of seams in the world map as well (X,Y, Z location above the minimap in the bottom right corner) https://i.imgur.com/qXRNAIO.png https://i.imgur.com/rFhCitJ.png
  10. To answer your first question, if you transfer your characters from X server to Y server, your legacy on X gets merged into Y. So if you have achievements on X that you didn't on Y, you'll know have those achievements in Y. As for strongholds, they do and they don't get transferred with you. If you have a Manaan stronghold on X but don't have one on Y, you can go to the stronghold terminal and pay the initial unlock fee to reactivate that stronghold with whatever rooms you had unlocked on X. But you will need to put your decorations down again because Deco placement doesn't transfer. Like with achievements though, whatever decorations you had X will get combined with whatever decorations you have on Y. As for the duplicate strongholds, that most likely won't happen since you have to reactivate your strongholds from X on Y and since you can't buy two of the same stronghold it shouldn't be possible. The only reason it is now is because the server's were merged which is a different process than transferring characters. Conquest will work the same for all of your characters on the destination server.
  11. **Current set bonuses: Weaponmaster 2-piece Battering Assault or Zealous Strike increases damage dealt by 2% for 15 seconds. Cannot occur more than once every 30 seconds. 4-piece Reduces the cooldown of Frenzy or Valorous Call by 15 seconds. Additionally, activating Berserk or Zen increases all damage dealt by 3% for 10 seconds. 6-piece Activating Ravage, Blade Dance, Duel Saber Throw, or Twin Saber Throw will grant Weaponmaster’s/Challenger’s Critical Bonus making your next Gore, Furious Strike and Annihilate or Lance, Concentrated Slice and Merciless Slash critically hit. This effect can’t occur more than once every minute. **Some set bonus suggestions: 1. Reduces the cooldown of Frenzy or Valorous Call by 15 seconds. Additionally, activating Berserk or Zen increases all damage dealt by 5% for X seconds. 2. Battering Assault or Zealous Strike increases damage dealt by 5% for X seconds. Cannot occur more than once every X seconds. 3. Activating Gore, Furious Strike, and Annihilate or Lance, Concentrated Slice, and Merciless Slash will grant Weaponmaster’s/Challenger’s Critical Bonus making your next Ravage or Blade Dance critically hit and increase Critical Chance by 25% for the next 6 seconds. This effect cannot happen more than once every X seconds. 4. Activating Duel Saber Throw or Twin Saber Throw allows Vicious Throw or Dispatch to be used against a target at any health level. 5. Taking damage while Cloak of Pain or Rebuke is active deals constant damage to all enemies within melee range for the duration of Cloak of Pain or Rebuke. This effect can not happen more than once every X secs. **Tactical Item ideas: 1. Force Scream or Devasting Blast and Blade Storm or Clashing Blast grant an additional 15% movement bonus for X seconds. 2. Dual Saber Throw and Twin Saber throw hits only the targeted enemy and deals 100% more damage.
  12. 1. It's definitely most active on the Imperial side. Although you don't have to worry about that in regards to pvp because all pvp queues are cross faction (meaning you'll more than likely end up in mixed groups of Republic and Imperial) 2. Out of the 5 you listed, Imperial Agent has the best storyline subjectively (it's the most widely agreed upon story as being the best) so I would personally recommend that and roll an Operative which can do both DPS and Healing.
  13. For anyone wondering, I'm pretty sure they mean the Cartel Market set Covert Pilot set. You can get a look-a-like leg piece from a vendor on fleet (next to the PvE starship parts vendor across from GTN) but won't finish the set in collections, which is what I'm assuming they're looking to do.
  14. I joined this guild a few weeks ago (Senna) and I'm enjoying it a lot. If you're looking for a fun guild filled with great people on Imp side, definitely check out <Your Companîon>.
  15. When would be a good time to get in contact with someone to join? I'd like to get my Imp characters in a guild again.
  16. No guess works, just maths: SWTOR: DR. Also, here's a per point breakdown of what critical rating adds: Critical Rating DR
  17. Any chance you could finish releasing the rest of the HK rewards as well that you guys were working on at the time? Would love to have the offhand version of the HK Vibrosword at some point

    Eyes

I don't know if this is possible, but could you guys look into having mixed eye color combinations? Like one Blue/one Green, One Brown/one Gray, etc.? I think it would be a cool character customization to have in game.
  19. Are you guys still doing double CXP on the week of October 10th like you originally planned or did that get pushed to the week of November 8th? Or are going to be getting two weeks of double CXP (no complaints here if so). Just looking for clarification.
  20. Do this and leave the daily CXP where it is and I'll consider all as forgiven.
  21. 1) Take Egress, One with the Shadows, and Mind over Matter. Wait for the Force Crush and use Force Speed to escape. It'll absorb most of the damage, break the root/slow, and then slow them allowing you to get outside of 4m effectively neutralizing most of their burst potential in the opener. 2) Focus on using Force speed, your knockback (Overload?) and hard stun first as defensives. If you can force them to use their CC breaker early, you can stealth out and just sap them repeatedly until someone comes to help them, giving you time to call out for help as well. Try to save your real DCD's for sub 50% or you've been ganged up on.
  22. I think this would actually help out a lot. Actually knowing the numbers that the Devs want the classes to be at and what kind of data they're looking at to make the changes. Having something to go off of would be great. Because as of right now, the class changes just don't make a whole lot of sense. And as stated, some of the operations bosses need to be adjusted in addition to these class changes as well. HM Styrak and HM Calphayus are the most prominent in my mind in regards to this.
