You know what I think i'll try this attutude tomorrow at work....I can see it now When my boss asks me for an update, I'l shug my shoulders and say I'll tell you soonTM, then he might ask me what the hell soonTM means and I'll reply that I might give him an answer next week but no promises... He will probably point out that customers can vote with their feet, and do I like my job as if I want to keep it I better start doing what I'm paid to do before he motivates me with his size 10 boot. The only thing I care about as a customer is results....

I suspect we will have to wait until F2P comes out, but we don't know if they will EVER come out. At the moment I'm spending an hour a day doing a hardmode flashpoint for blackhole nova commendations on my main, and because the ONLY group of friends still playing the game is on a different server I'm having to do another hardmode flashpoint on this server with a second level 50 plus as many dailies as I can to upgrade my gear just in case the server transfers NEVER happen. So far Bioware have REFUSED and FAILED to provided any information so their PAYING customers can make an informed decision. Lets say pigs fly and we get an answer. I can see 3 options and how I can then make an informed decision. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN: I bin my main and save myself an hour a day and focus on my new level 50. WE HAVE JUST STARTED AND IT'S GOING TO BE MONTHS AWAY: I retire my main for a few months as by the time I get to move other black hole gear will be out of date. IT WILL BE A FEW WEEKS AWAY: I put my new 50 on the back burner because I'll retire her as soon as I can move my main over. Either way any option will free up some time so I can play my new trooper which I really want to do. But as Bioware have REFUSED and FAILED to provided any information, I've REFUSED and FAILED to extend my subscription after this month because I'm fed up of being treated like crap. See we can play that game too!

I'm rapidly coming to the conlusion if we get the option it won't be until November. It's only natural we are moving to F2P as that's the level of customer service they are offering us, instead of the claimed AAA title.

It's quite simple, we can all QQ for all we are worth on here but they will barely take any notice. Now were they will take notice is cancelled subscriptions where you can put a reason. Each cancelled subscription will be a blackmark against them. Just cancel the day after it renews and you get to play for the rest of the month. You can then make the decision if you want to renew once it runs out. Now I'm sure someone is going to point out if you do renew your not effecting their overall sub number which is a fair point, however I'm sure that people cancelling subs is measured and is a blackmark against someone important at bioware. For the record all i want to do is move my main legacy to the server my friends are on, it's not hard. The other thing I've thought of is they did the moves manually for Austrialians months ago, they can just as easily move others over for a small admin fee.

Same question for me, and for the record I've cancelled my subscription until this is delivered...

I was waiting patiently to see if any meaningful questions were answered in this week's Q & A, surprise surprise no... I think they only way we are going to get those really important questions answered is get Paxman on the case! For those who don't know him.... enjoy! So will I be able to consolidate my characters into one server of my choice before the 1st of September? Are there plans to change the game to F2P? Whose replacing Rich Vogel, if so who with and what's their vison of how to develop this game? What features are you adding to this game which will launch this side of christmas or are you put the game in standby mode due to sub numbers?

When or if will we be able to consolidate our characters/legacy onto the server of our choice (assuming you have a max of 8 characters). For the record this is a deal breaker regarding my subscription.

Can someone wake me up when they allow me to move my level 39 legacy to the server of my choice? I.E. the server with my friends on it....

The other option if you have the spare cash is to buy some shares in EA, and use your rights as a shareholder to ask those questions they don't want to answer. You don't need to spend millions, over here in the UK one of the banks had all their smaller shareholders veto their bonuses a few months back.... very embarrising! Personally Bioware are currently saying play with a lvl 39 legacy on 1 server (on my own) or start from scratch on a server with friends. I'm patiently been wait for a month now since transfers started, and I doubt we will have an answer before they give out the free cookies at the end of the month.... But at the moment there is NO reason for me to continue my subscription at this rate.

They won't even confirm IF there will ever be the option. I know exactly what they are capable of now, I'm perfectly capable of reading. What i want to know is WILL there be the option and a rough timeframe so I can make an informed decision. Exactly how hard is it to do that?

Well the relationship in my eyes has reached an all new low. 1. Those of us on RP PVP servers had to fight over a 200 page thread to get a server transfer. Now those of us who want the option to transfer to another server of our choice, have another fight on our hands. Bioware's response to this? "totally no existent". You can't have a relationship if your not talking to each other!

/signed Don't forget all the things they took out during 1.2 I've got 2 mounts which are discontinued and all the ratghoul event stuff. Ultimately if I can't play on the same server as my friends with the character I want = no sub, and unhappy EA shareholders.

Still waiting for answer....... Can we assume no answer means no future phases of transfers?

It's quite simple stop providing a shoddy, crappy service. Whoever at bioware makes the ultimate decision regarding the server transfers better make their only priority to explain to their paying customers on how they are going to solve the issue, otherwise you will have noone left to pay your wages.

Queing for Tomb of Freedon Nadd for over an hour AGAIN!!!! . Get on with the server transfers phase 2 NOW!!!!

You are not the only one, It's 10 minutes before the Euro final match and there is a 45 minute queue to get on my server. You would have thought it would have been a bit quieter this evening because of that, but I still have to queue! Now the server i wanted to transfer to because the one group of friends who still play this game is heavy but no queue. If they let me move to the server i wanted to then it would balance out of the population, and I would be able to play with the friends I want, with the characters I want. Lets be honest they only thing they care about is ££. If you want them to take notice then take off the automatic renewal off your subcription. Just setup a 1 month subscription, cancel after 1 day which will let you put a reason and still play for the remaining 29 days. You can then make the decision each month if bioware are delivering enough to renew each month. I've got another 2 weeks, I'll probably pay for another month BUT I will cancel after 1 day and my reason will be the unavailabilty to play on ther server I want with the characters I want. i.e. paid transfers and of course the constant queuing. Unless those are both solved, I won't be paying for a second month. Making your feeling know with your subcription, as the only thing they care about is the ££.

If you want to get server specfic transfers it took 200 pages of ranting to get Lord Calypho transfers in. For those who don't know we weren't given a transfer because we were the only RP PVP English server in the EU. If took the first 100 pages to get us a standard PVP option, and it's taken another 100 to get a RP PVE option. If I understand their post correctly as of this current moment in time Bioware have setup the transfers with multiple options for the 3 RP PVP servers (english, french, german). The setup needed to allow choice with server destination is already there, the above proves it. Hopefully it won't take 200 pages!

Do you have kids? the worst thing to do is switch on the games machine at bedtime. I'm only an uncle at the moment, and even I can see how that is going to make bedtime "fun". Queing should be the exception not the rule, and this is coming from someone whose having to wait over an hour if I logon at 8pm any night of the week.

Linky please, all i've seen is the word MAY not WILL. They don't mean the same thing. If they gave us enough information to make an informed decision about characters stuck on various servers then my QQing would stop. Quite simply can i consolidate my characters (less than 8) onto 1 server of my choice (lets say destination servers only, which may or may not cost us money) in the next few weeks. YES or NO?

Currently my 2 50's are on PVP (freedom of Nadd I think) server which has had an 1hour plus queue for the whole of this week. As stated on pervious posts I can only see me playing this game by playing on nightmare lands with a group of friends from the other game. Their server just about gets full and there might be a 5 min queue. It's quite simple let me move my 2 50's to the server I want to, you have a better server balance and I get to play on the characters I want with the the people I want. It's win win!!!! Quite simply by not telling us that there going to be additional options regarding server transfers, means that based on previous experience there we should assume there won't be any additional options regarding transfers. If I don't hear something by the start of July, I'll assume you think waiting over an hour is acceptable customer server which will decide if I renew my subsription.

Dear bioware, Currently my subscription is running out and not on automitically renew. The only way you will 100% get me to renew is if I have the option on moving my characters to the same server as the one group of friends who are still playing this game. In fact you will be doing yourself a favour as the server they are stuck on has a longer queue than the 1 I want to move them to. If you read the front page of the transfer FAQ you clearly had additional phases and choice planned in from the start (the 72 hour rule bit). The sooner you get on with it the sooner you see my money again. Thanks

Seriously Bioware let me explain this... you CANNOT I repeat CANNOT beat WOW at their own game. In order to maximise my gear upgrading your now going to make me do a crappy hardmode flashpoint which assuming I group up with people in the same position we are going to face roll because of our gear. None of really want to be there and it shows. I saw it in WOW for years. You then add insult to injury by making it daily. Seriously I've got to find at least an hour a day to find and complete a HM FP? During the week it's a struggle with other comittments to find the time, however at the weekend it's a lot easier. As I understand it wow moved away from the daily idea to a weekly which is a lot more flexible. Next why doesn't everyone drive a formula 1 car, because not everyone needs to do 200 mph to get to the shops. Exactly the same applies here. You don't need operation level gear to do a hardmode flashpoint, going a hardmode flashpoint in operation level gear just makes it trival and boring. Those who don't want to do ops end up having the content they do want to do trivialised by gear inflation. If this is the way the game is going, something is fundamentally wrong..... it's like you have given up on creating something unique.

Which is why I waited until after the main piece of work on transfers were completed. To be honest I doubt I'll get an answer but I know I won't get an answer if I don't ask. Depending on who else raises an issue on this thread it might generate enough noise for them to consider the option.
