  1. The Mercs defensive cooldowns are absurd with their heavy armor. Please nerf how long they last or how much they absorb. They're literally the new tanks w/o a guard. Add even a dps guard and it's practically impossible.

  3. Idk why they're trying to make tanks useless in PvP, but there's a lack of damage and now our one unique thing is a dps skill too.

  5. Once I hit 70 it became very clear that the fastest way to get command points is to just que for PvP. You can get 600+ command points for doing a 4v4 arena that takes ~5 minutes, while doing a SM operation gives you 600 points for completing. The 4v4 arenas also seem to be popping up more than pre 5.0, so the quicker matches are happening more often. On top of that, even if the warzone gets shut down in 30 seconds for having too little people, hey who cares here's a free 300 points for being a sport. And these are regular warzones, I haven't even seen what you get for ranked warzones. It's great and all since I prefer PvP, but it's at the point where its inefficient to do anything else... I've done veteran uprisings and story mode ops, but neither come close to the rate at which you get crates doing PvP. I don't think PvP rewards should be changed, but the amount of command points in PvE should be raised. Getting 15-20 points for killing champion NPCs just isn't very efficient. I know that the developers wanted a balanced way of grinding out these crates, but at the moment there is one that is clearly a better use of your time.
  6. No solo or duo ranked que is just wrong. And no one likes playing the same amazing team over and over again. We need cross-server warzones already this game is over half a year old! Get this done ASAP
  7. There is a ****** vibroblade that you can buy for Taris comms on the fleet. It takes like 14 (i think). It's the one I have for my jugg. Coolest sword imo
  8. I as well am on the Bastion and would like to wreck your face 1v1. My guildies and I usually duel at the ilum dropoff point, dromund kass shuttle, and sometimes nar shadda. I think we should make it the dromund kass shuttle point since it can be reached from the fleet. It has a big area to duel and for people to stand around. It's also a beginner area so new players and people on alts seeing this spot can make it more popular. just my opinion
  9. I'm a valor rank 88 jugg tank. This is the spec i've been running with: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#101RrGkdzMdZ0MZcRrzr0z.2 23/16/2 (in soresu btw) Very good for running the huttball. It also allows for decent peels/guardbot options. Although it is hybrid, the only "tankier" talent your missing out on is an extended endure pain and 4% damage reduction. The unstoppable buff for 4 seconds with 20% damage reduction is far more valuable imo because of the immune to roots as well. *can be a huge nuisance in huttball, especially with force push resetting charge. some other tips: -know how much each stun applies to resolve bar. an example is when someone has really high resolve, its a good time to use backhand (pimpslap). It gives 800 resolve points but if their bar is almost max then you're optimizing cc time. -have a focus target and keep an easy macro for it. focus target a key player (mostly teammate healers) that you can see the whole game. -stack absorb/shield rating over defense rating typically. have a decent base DR though. -use your disrupt and taunts on CD -enraged defense can get you the 75k healing medal. its more utility/survivability than you think.
  10. I was just browsing pvp forums and didn't see enough huttball topics. For those who are complaining about gear discrepencies and such should be asking for more huttball! It's definitely the least gear-required/intesive warzone. Plus, it's head over heels better than the rest. Please bioware!! give us another map or two and let us only que for Huttball as an option. This game would live forever!
  11. So in my first match, one of our healers gets D/C'd. He's still on vent though, so no one knows WHY he got disconnected. The problem, however, is that when he signed back in he wasn't allowed to get back into the game. It's not like we're getting another teammate to replace him, why can't he just rejoin hes still in the party. This was extremely frustrating though we fought valiantly 7v8. How was this overlooked?
