  1. For some reason I'm really having issues with the accent. It's really off-putting for me when I'm running around as a Sith Inquisitor being all bad*** and whenever I say something I sound like Lord Ponce of the Ponce squad. I'm not arguing to have it removed, this is just my opinion, but I just find it to be a bit irritating. Anyone else?
  2. I'm all for the average player to be able to see all the content with a bit of work, I'm one of those players coz' i simply don't have the time to spare anymore. But there should be a mode above all others with a disclaimer saying, WARNING: You will not succeed . Done, Average Joe (me) and hardcores can be entertained for a while
  3. I'm all for making the endgame hard. I'm not hardcore by any means but seeing the guys in really ****** gear made me want to be. I got there for a while but don't have the time for it now. Another thing I'd like to add, is maybe a daily/weekly/randomly timed invasion of the opposite factions base, or a capitol ship or something. Something pops up to defend or attack, do you accept, blah blah, have a whole bunch of people with NPCs to fill out the balance. Rogue like (random map generated) capitol ship with open areas and tight corridors, you die and your dead either laying there, or back to your faction's fleet/planet/wherever, and one or a couple of major players to kill/save. I'm going to shut up now.
  4. I'm probably one of the people that the original statement applies to. I solo most of the time, I queue solo for PVP and accept the occasional group when i know I will be there for long enough to see the quest through to complete. My reason for this is that I am married and have kids, they need help with different things and randomly put my son back in bed through the evening. I solo so that I don't impact on others by having to leave halfway through a 4man quest or a flashpoint. I'm all for grouping, but not at the expense of other peoples experience of the game.
  5. This sounds good, I'd probably go for legacy level.
  6. Agreed, I'm already struggling to decide on which AC to have on which faction.
  7. I think a good idea at this point, since people have done the basics and want something more, when the next op comes out, ramp up the difficulty a bit, make people work for it, and make them only drop 2 or 3 pieces of gear at a time. Sounds like this would solve a few issues with people running out of things to do. Cheers.
  8. Not to nit pick but shouldn't this be in customer service, or at least in suggestions under general? They also have an email address as well. Your point is valid, but would be better directed towards the areas that deal with this sort of thing.
  9. Just a question, which class/spec is the most irritating. Not most effective, just one that you find irritates you the most, say when going for the objective or something?
  10. I was thinking of a mod that would be kinda fun if they don't implement cross server PVP/LFD. An addon mainly for PVP to be used within a guild. Put a bounty on a player of the opposite faction, if a person from your guild Kills them you get a notification saying you need to pay up. You could put it on say a specific world boss or whatever i guess aswell, just for fun. What would you want put in, just for the hell of it? Not re-count or something for quality of play, just something different, like a notepad to record your adventures (maybe for RP or whatever).
  11. Thats is oh so true, but for the moment we will have to make do with what we get. At lease there is a built in quest helper from the start, i can remember running around near Undercity asking general chat where things were and they didn't even know, sigh.
  12. Thanks for that, you just got me a whole lot of dirty looks from Co-workers, I could see it coming but still I lol'd
  13. I actually tried a few of those addons during my time playing, i found they didn't really work that well for me on their own though, the one I ended up with was "Spellflash" I think, which was similar to what i described above. Just seemed they were going for a similar effect.
  14. My suggestion may have already been said but the search function does not work on my work laptop due to conflicts with proxy. With the new... spellflash? feature that has been upsetting people (I'm ok but i rarely look at my actionbars), it seems to be linked to the global cooldown. Is there any way that a toned down (transparent version of the current effect) could be applied just to the ability that has just come off cooldown. This would make it easier to see what has come off cooldown and what hasn't rather than having a rolling effect on covering the action bar.
  15. I wouldn't mind if the cut down the amount of side quests and had majority class story quests to next level cap. but thats just me.
