If you are laidback, the dps is bad. If you are serious about your rotation the dps is great. Im not saying that people who play scoundrels are more elite or anything like that, but if you have a more casual approach and want to do operations you would probably be better off with another class. As far as viable, all classes are viable.

/shrug I dont play impside much but from what i picked up in the middle, from just watching imps kill each other and listening to say, I am legend was not held in high regard. Do you mean like i hit a button and all the stuns on my teammates go away, or like i select a teammate and i remove just that stun, kinda like cleansing a cc? The first one seems a bit overkill, but maybe giving a couple of specs a stun remover on a fair cool-down would be interesting. Cutting the personal stun breaker cooldown in half and making sure all hard stuns give the correct amount of resolve would be enough though.
