  1. i don't think you fully understand the seriousness here. i was told to contact help support. so they could investigate. BUT NO HELP SUPPORT ACTUALLY EXISTS ANYMORE. if you have a problem that cannot be fixed by a ticket then it will never get fixed. i deserve an explanation of where my characters are or went. think about if all your character suddenly disappeared and help support couldn't fix it and your only hope was the help support line.. as for the holidays iv been seeking help since dec 11. idk if your a scrub on ftp or whatever but my account had cartel items on it and since all my characters are missing so are all my cartel pack items.
  2. i started playing again in early December and i couldn't login, i recover my account and my account was previously locked with a key ring sec code(it was deactivated) i didn't think anything of it. when i logged in my character were all missing, so i payed the sub so i could lodge a ticket, 2 weeks went by before i realised they were sending replys to an obscure email this is my fault really. after i got over that hurdle, i was shocked to find out that my characters no longer exist. (no explanation given) so i put together that my account was compromised from all the clues sometime after 2015. this isn't actually surprising. i had a internet stalker that was hacking my accounts back in 2015-16 that was targeting me because of my online handle. his would hack my games and deleted my chars or try to take my accounts etc. it was so bad i had to change my names, all my emails and accounts in most games and social media and forums. after informing the ticket support of this they put it in the too hard basket told me that i had to ring the support line. O M F G! EVERY SUPPORT LINE IS DEAD, inactive,not working bad. its got nothing to do with the time i call the lines. iv called them all hours of the day several times on several different days. its always the same. "welcome, you have reached ea support no operators can take your call" then it hangs up on me. it goes absolutely nowhere. when i ring ea support for the main helpline (tor has its own helpline) they can do zero to help me and give me the same dead numbers, i explain those are dead and they just give them to me again. its like an automatic response of denial. the same thing happens when i lodge in game support tickets. has anyone called the tor help line in the last month? can anyone link me a working number iv tried these USA: 1-(855)-345-2186 (Support available from 10.00 CT - 19.00 CDT) UK: +44 (0)203 0141 826 (Support available from 15.00 GMT - 00.00 GMT) France: +33 (0) 4 81 68 10 51 (Support available from 11.00 CET - 20.00 CET) Germany: + 49 (0)221 8282 9212 (Support available from 11.00 CET - 20.00 CET) and the ones below them for individual counties. is there anyway way to light a fire and get an actual employee in charge of tor's attention to my suffering instead of these useless offshore call centres

Greatest moment for me personally was during early access playing the sith warrior and getting the red light sabre then fishing a combo with ravage for the 1st time and realising how incredibly bad azz the sith warrior looked and feeling like a real villain. (the old ravage animation not the new one)
  4. ty for you suggestion i just checked all the other servers, they said zero characters except the on which i made a character to play in the meantime, when i changed to each server no characters appeared. i was only given the create new character option. I made a character on the only other na server just to be sure but no characters appeared and the legacy was only level 2. im pretty sure the server im on right now is the right one because my legacy is there. also this account as a collectors edition registers and i never made any other accounts so im pretty certain im in the right place and my characters are missing. i checked an older email and found my ticket response from EA. hopefully they reply soon so i can play my characters before Christmas day.
  5. i came back to the game on 12/11/2019 so a month ago, all my characters are missing. i made a ticket no one has replied to my ticket in over a month and my characters are still missing. iv tried make a ticket on the offical game page but it just directed me to an ea page that goes nowhere and asks me to create a ticket in game or seek community help. anyone know how i can get a gm's attention so i can figure out what is happening with my ticket? p.s when i try to reply to the ticket it wont let me and says there is an error?! any input would help here cheers
  6. best solution is oe already used by eve online. have the downtime everyday for 30-60 minutes this sounds annoying but it works well somtimes there is nothing to be done so the server just reset and its back up in 10 mins and othertimes there is unimpotant changes to b made to a patch at last minute however they dont delay the time they just wait untill the following day
  7. thats a great idea id like to see this too i guess its one of those left over side effects of copying a game from blizzard there isnt enough char slots to take advantage of the legacy upgrdes if u make a sith pureblood chiss rakta add red zabrak u only got 4 slot left after that for you to make your republic classes
