  1. First off are there still relics with proc abilities? and second, does a Merc/ Gunslinger have a better chance to proc them then a Commando/operative?

  3. yeah just played a few games with my 57 mara and did some good damage to some healers. Then I played an arena match 4 dps (my team) vs 1 dps powertech and 3 sorc healers ... I have never seen such a one sided fight.....
  4. Okay... so what class has the greatest potential to take out a healer in a 1v1 fight. My juggernaut seems to do the trick for most same geared healers but anyone else know of the anti healer class or close to it?
  5. I have been playing Madness sorc in pvp and am wondering would it be better to switch to lighting. I dont see much on the forum other then guides for both. What in your opinion is the better spec for Sorc and how much trouble do you have with Advanced prototype spc?
  6. so you have the choice of looking at pebbles hit a player or blasting them with lightning. I played both to level 40 and decided i couldnt stand the sage. his story line was lackluster (you wont have to worry about that), but his animations were lacking. You throw pebbles at someone and then hit them with items out of a junkyard. The sorcerer side gives the feeling of actually doing some damage with some good effects. ( no one wants to be struck by lighting). just to top off the gravy train, to me its easier to find a warzone then it is with the republic and you do have a better chance of winning with angry evil vets. our end game clothes are better then a robe as well!!!
  7. Okay so I just completed oricon up to the last quest and now it asks me to do this op. But unlike ilum I cannot do it solo apparently. Should I get people to join on the imperial fleet and is their a direct line form the IE to the OPS? any help would be appretiated
  8. I am having trouble deciding. I have both at 50 yet do not know which to continue leveling through the story. I am pretty good at Maurader and sticking to targets without being melted yet grabbing someone and bringing them into your team is beyond great!!! I guess if both had all cooldowns ready and same skill who would win? any help for deciding would be appreciated!

  10. I could tell you one thing that would save this game..... Combine most of the servers, instead of having these 40 servers with thin populations, lets cut them down in half and make them all have a nice healthy population where I can actually find a damn group for heroic 4s and Flashpoints.... Their are so many things this game could add to make it incredible, but it seems between the lack of listening to people on their public test forums and those who played in the closed/open beta we arnt going to see any real changes for another 6 months...... Big Woop, I can now play a chiss jedi, yet i still sit in a queue for warzones for a good 20-40 min, I would give up the Legacy system and the new patches balancing act for a cross server warzone battle or a server reduction therapy
  11. your farming undergeared players thats why..... You want a bunch of BM geared twinks roflstomping level 10-40. PVP is **** right now for all the lowbies as it is cause their is always some *** clown 47-49 just farming everyone, now lets put that *** clown in a BM suit....... lvl 49 BM one man team vs a bunch of little level 10s
  12. definitly Tank assassin with dps gear and a shield generator. Not many around thats why you dont notice them, but when you find yourself being hit by 2.7-3.k crit projects you know you just found one. Insane utility slow pull speed knockback deflection they can kite you and drop back into steal mind maze you and heal themselves, so they just restarted the fight yeah they win
  13. shadow will kill sage unless they are healing spec then you can pretty much pin them down. for killing others a shadow still wins 1v1 even 1v2 due to kinetic trees massive dps. The defense tree makes your light armor into heavy armor and mitigates all tech/force/range/meele as well as gives you 19% reduction on internal damage. O ps kinetic tree can heal itself 9% every 12-18 secs while amping up its telekintic throw that the sage uses by 75% and makes it uninteruptable. Dont ask me what they were thinking when they made the kinetic shadow just make sure u stack dps and just keep a shield generator and I guarentee you, you will be mopping up non healing sages just fine ps the others trees are great they just need some fine tunin
  14. im a level 50 maurader half champ half centurion.... I run into healers all the time in warzones with my 13000 health pool. If i run into anything even slightly over my health pool, I wont kill them, and its definitely not even a stalemate because every once in awhile they throw a heal on a friend. One crit heal and they are back to full health O_o trauma + interupt + force choke + charge, what good is my interrupt if they have 5 other abilities that heal especially those dang sorcs tell me what is your strat for these guys or are we just supposed to cancel them out? Any BMS out there have a problem with healers or are you finally able to go through their healing pushbacks slows and all that good stuff

Comon you healers out their you know we need a nerf, I have loled so many times when someone interupts my one skill as a sorc just to fall back on 3 others force slow and run away and start my healing up again. Lvl 50 healing sorc half champ/half cent and the only one that can take me down is a battlemaster maurader, even then they have a problem with trauma and damage dealing... LOL cleanse every few seconds, so much for the anti healing class. I write this because I have a maurader as well and I know what a pain a healer is, It takes one amazing person to cancel out a brain dead healer that knows how to deal with an interrupt. Heaven forbid you attack someone with better gear then you that is a healer, it does cancel you out and a bit of their heals until they cleanse.......
  16. Holy crap do I agree with this. You can dot them up go berserk and hit them with every interupt u have but they will always heal through their damage. Its basically negating two people in a warzone and heaven forbid they outgear you and your team, then they can heal themselves, heal others all the while being beat on by two average players or one good and one terrible.... Maurader is supposed to be an anti healer with trauma and a six second lockout of one ability, but since they have 4 other heals to fall back on and a forever replenishing system of energy..... we boned until our help arrives or theirs does
  17. like i said I am very undergeared, I see it as going to be a very long grind to get myself back up to doing damage like a truck as you say because im so undergeared, and no matter how well a person plays their class if you have all pve gear mxed in with two or three pvp pieces and you go against people champ or better you too would feel like your hitting like a wet noodle so lets actually hear from some intelligent people thanks to the rest of all of ya, I did in fact buy the earpiece implants and even got myself a nice little relic I guess the grindins gotta start somewhere and best skill ever hands down is undying rage - force camo god does that piss people off

So i Farmed level 10-49 warzone so I would have 1000 warzone and 1000 Mercenary +1 champ bag, I hit my level 50 and only got commendations but I got enough expertise to do 5%, I go into a game and now My lightsaber hits like a wet noodle and the first thing i notice is that i have 12000 health and everyone else has 16000 to 19000 O_o not only do they hit harder but they have more health at the low levels at least you would do more damage the lower you were, My question is is it worth it to continue for the hours and hours of grinding and contributing to my team like a porcupine in a balloon factory or level an alt and wait for the 1.2 patch to hopefully address this frustrating pvp dilema?
  19. i just have problems with equal geared juggs and kinetic combats and their mirrors, I got half my life taken from me with one shot from a jugg due to smash and kinetic combats will outlast me in the healing department but it will be a close fight.
  20. okay so I finally got my Maurader to level 49 and I work my butt off to get kills, Ive run into a few combat kinetics out their and they seem to negate much of my damage while still being top of the list in damage kills defense and sometimes healing. Im not gonna lie, im a amazing maurader player that will use all his cc and defense skills on all three of my skill bars, I feel as though im not getting the bang for my buck, How is Maurader DPS compared to Kinetic Combat? thanks for the help

  22. my god does this skill have a hard time getting stacks up if they took that 15 sec and turned it into 20 maybe i could keep up with reapplying it. It seems viscous strike paired with brutality completely dominates annihilator talent in pvp. not only can i just keep spamming viscous strike and get more damage from it I get a 15% extra crit chance. Using low rage abilities lets me micromanage the rest of my damage dealing abilities alot easier. It is fun watching the animation for it but the fact that i have to fill my bar up almost half way to use it is a pain. Whoever came up with the formula of 2 slashes is greater than 1 annihaltor didnt put into account the extra 15% crit or trying to stack in pvp, or the fact that it gives you alot more control on any battle situation because you always have some left over rage to stun, stab, gank and choke..........also im finding predadation so much more usable in pvp then berserk
  23. SO MANY knock backs. Today playing huttbal was a real pain in the ^&*. Every range stays on the levels like they are supposed to do and everytime I jump up their I just get knocked back to the spot i just came from. Anyone have any idea what other gap closers they could possibly add for maurader? my idea Let me pull people to me or lower charges cooldown and rage gather I would rather have charge up every 6 sec and generate no rage then wait their for 12s after i put 2 points into the force charge tree skill Edit Spend 1 rage for 6 sec immunity to knockback completely situational and spammable our dps goes down to the ones with knockbacks but we are able to stay on them Other then the constant knockback this class has to be the most balanced if played well and I look forward to see what 1.2 brings
