  1. No, just the Tatt place and that's taking over a year to get to 50%! Thanks for the compliment! Appreciate it.
  2. The CZ-98 weekly was epic, super fast with lots of CXP. Voss I have to do cause I need rep for a decor item
  3. My Tatt casa covers 14 months of work, but Im only super active about 4 months a year, so that plays a big role in that. Personally, I don't care aboutany of the bonuses, so for me, its entirely about the world/story I am crafting. That informs everything I do. In the case of Tatt casa (imugr link in a recent thread), I call the theme "The Alliance Commander's Private Residence". Thus, if such a world and person was real, what might that look like? Not so much a given room, at first, but more globablly. I wrote down several key elements 14 months ago #1- There would be a military presence everywhere you went, in protection of The Alliance Commander and the strategic assets within that home base. #2- Based on #1, entry points would have a strong military presence, wherein the interior would a lighter presence. Thus lots of big guns and troops at the outside perimeter and upon entering the place, with soliders sprinkied througout. The recent changes in needed to PvP to buy guardsman really gimped this to a degree, but I still have enough to pull off that kind of experience. #3- An Alliance Commander would most likely entertain high level peeps, so the main living room is totally about that, desgined with that aesthetic in mind. Same with the large cantina. #4- The Alliance Commander would also attract tradesman friendly to the cause, so there are various hubs of commerce to interact with. #5- Finally, the residence would not have might of a full on, front lines base, it would be a minture version of those capabilities. So there is small tech/armory/med center, a Jedi meditation room and small barracks. In terms of the size of the hooks determining anything, the only time that is the case with me are the centerpiece hooks, as they inform the aesthetic all around them. So nearby my centerpiece mando tent, are mandos encamped and ready to roll. Next to my gorgeous floating holocron centerpiece, is my sculpture garden, done with entertaining powerful creatures in mind. Finally, my fountain centerpiece hook will anchor the outdoor commerce areas that I just started. There have definitely been times where I had ideas about a room that, reality, dont work out. So I'll wipe the room and start over to better nail a given theme. I did that with both my tech center and my Jedi meditation room. Hope that helps! Jin
  4. Hey All ;-) Greetings and well wishes for epic color schemes! LOL I just just hit the 50% done mark on my Tatt casa, "The Alliance Commander Private Residence". I am very happy with the progress, although come Jan, wont be able to do much. REALLY wish the female meditating Padawan was cheaper on my server (Harbinger), case I really wanted several for my Jedi room, but I cant even afford one! Like they start at 8M- crazy. But Im the most happy with my sculpture garden just outside the bottom floor elevator, where the hangar door is. Enjoy! Jin http://imgur.com/a/AE3MD
  5. Yep, I logged on and went to one, about 30+ people, very powerful. I strongly recommend searching Twitter with #SWTOR to see some rather epic photos of all the gatherings.
  6. I logged on just to attend one on my server, about 30+ peeps. So I decided to checkout Twitter and wow, some really cool photos and some huge memorials. As long as TOR didnt try and monetize this, cause that would be horrible, it would be cool to get a Leia holo in her memory.
  7. Where is House Organa? It has been forever since Ive been on Alderaan.
  8. So really, if you're being honest, all this has to do with your undying love for the ever so handsome Scourage ... hehe. I married Kira and just really like doing stuff with her, so Im good having her out. I mean, whats beyond marriage? There was a post way back when all this first happened, that if you cheat, there will be consequences, potentially including the companion leaving. So, its like real life. LOL As a result, I have been "Oh, hell no!" to Lana every time she hits me up with her Sith womanly charms. THAT ACCENT is so hawt! Alas, I remain the loyal toon that I must. The struglle is real, people
  9. Im seven levels in, so new the Galactic Club, all crappy green everything. Im in all 228 pinks right now, was hoping for a pink 230, because that all I can hope for until level 85. All the schematics are bound, so like the stupid crates we get from OGRUBGRUB and such, can't sell them. I swear, do they all get in a meeting and obsess over data reports versus listening to real life meatsuits? Its like, how can we make this game more of a pain in the butt than it already is and justify with our spread sheets? Sigh
  10. Yeah, I was one of those that went through holocron/village hell. The Jedi were always overhyped. I dug on the fact they made it that way (when it was all done), but no one that made Jedi in my guild, stuck with it, because other hybrids were just much better. I left not long after the NGE, the death blow. Still, very good memories
  11. Also, the BEST hybrid builds of any game Ive ever played. -Master Fencer (insane burst and solo DPS) -Master Pistoleer (great AOE DPS) -The smuggler line enough to get one box of Feign Death (Nap Time) -A full colum of Teras Kassi (Could self heal anything)
  12. The one famed crafter that I bought almost all my stuff from, runs one of the two private server/public domain versions, Mobius. Dude had amazing stuff. There were a million awesome things about that game about 50% of the time, then it was boring as hell the other 50% of the time. The most epic moment Ive ever experienced in any game, ever, was in SWG from one of those randomly generated events that you could trigger. It happened on Endor. Also, the best guild Ive ever been in. It was the birth of my game name then, Jinook Phi, a name that remains in every SW game Ive played since. Loved you could click on a player and read their story, which is what inspired Jin to begin with. Remember being so low level ya needed an armed escort to get to the Tusken Fort to level safely? Those red con Womp Rats would two shot kill ya! Or getting high enough to go to Dathomir to hunt Rancors that felt like Rancors, healing up in Ranger's tents that had docs and dancers? I built one of my homes high up on a cliff that was nearly impossible to get to, LONG drive from Dant. When the IMPS raided our player city, it was insane and felt very real. Me and this one imp went at forever by PvP standards. He was almost die then pop a heal, same with me. Finally, both of us tiny slivers of health left, he gets me. I got a text that said, Best PvP fight Ive ever had, MT8Y! I was like, MT8Y? He was an Aussie- lol. If you go back and look at those graphics, so bad but we all got super excited, a Rancor, with horrible graphics, felt very real. And dont even get me started on that super remote Night Sister queen or whatever she was, that would 2-3 shot wipe your entire party no matter how many you had. And Dathomir ALWAYS had you tense, always. That FOG! LOL Good times mixed with boring time. But when it was hit, it was a massive hit.
  13. As I noted, Chapter One was almost 80% bugged until the walkers. It was identical to the bug TOR denied forever then finally admitted at launch, where some people were one shotting the Emperor. So that was CHP ONE. And this is a different computer with a clean install! Its really bad, totally kills gameplay. Chapter 2 and 3, thats all Ive done so far, those two were like 30% bugged, so far less than Chp1. The big issue with those is clicking on something and getting stuck, that kind of floating look. I put in /stuck but even if it pops me out, whatever quest I was on, any clickable requirements (the items you need to click to get into the SIth facility or the power cells with Jette (I really like her), all that goes bye bye unless I logout and log back in. None of these issues appear anywhere else. Sometimes, the fortress will have a tiny bit of delay, of stuttering. But rare. Which is not to say there are not a ton of other little bugs that constantly appear, but they don't mess up the game experience like this. The one thing that is common to doing Fortress runs and he recent chapters is companion AI is all jacked. Sometimes they rarely keep up and sometimes they just focus on heals, other times, they jump out and fight, ignoring healing me. And sadly, my level 15 influence companions are doing better than my level 36 infl Kira, mainly because they stay with me, where Kira is not consistent in her heals. When she is, Im a machine. I have my computer on a LAN line, about 230MBPS. My graphics card is about six months old, 2GB NVidia card. I got 10 GB of RAM on an I7. And I have a Razer app that shuts everything down other than whats needed for the game, so nothing in the background causing issues. I even dropped the settings down to medium and low, depending up which element. And I defrag'd the game and the drive- nada. And as I also noted, I only have one decked out SH, 50% complete. Put a ton of work into it, looks great. Check out Gritz Reevo's place if you're on Harbinger. But the other two SH's I have, dont have anything in them.
  14. I only have 3 and only one of them has much in it, 50% full. The other two have nada. Finished Chp 3 and had to logout several times for hatches to appear, the power coil thingys. Really like the storyline but the amount of bugs are frustrating. I actually got a chance to fight in most cases, only a couple glitch one shot kill (me being able to) moments in Chp 3
  15. I liked the storyline of Fallen a fair amount minus one chapter. Hated all the "in between" chapters that really were not great after Fallen. And tonight, I played 3 chapters of the latest installment. ET. And I like the storyline, cutscenes dramatically MORE than I liked Fallen, and I really liked fallen (esp the HK humor and the personalites of the companions). This storytelling goes deep, has some emotional depth to it. And then the bugs kick in. For a game that is five years in, it blows my mind that this many bugs still exist. I have a decent mid-range rig, nothing awesome and nothing weak. 2GB graphics card, only 6 months old, 10GB of ram, all recent drivers. And yet the amount of bugs blows my mind. Chapter one through the walker, was entirely bugged. Chapter 2 had some minor bugs, but at least was mostly playable. Chapter 3, in between the two so far. I had to log out 3x due to getting stuck with the /stuck command not working. On and on I could go. Then comes my first few GC packs. Nothing I would ever use AND I cant sell any decent loot I get, cause of the TOR "bound to legacy so we can keep you addicted to the Cartel Con" model. Sale! Sale! Sale! Sigh. Super frustrating. It takes too much work just to have fun. I have a job, this should not feel like my job! LOL The storytelling has some incredible potential, HUGE potential, but then the reality of the game itself hits and yep, 5 steps forward, 10 steps back. I just dont get it. I dont get how they could invest so many resources on good storytelling, which keeps get better (once a year), and then throw everything else out the window. Its like having this GORGEOUS AMAZING restaurant, the place looks incredible, but the only item on the menu is Bantha dung stew. The stories, no matter how epic, are not enough. And enough with the sale! Sale! Sale! Its a game, not Walmart. Stop trying to CONSTANTLY sell us stuff! Seriously, you're a game company, focus on that not the latest blue light special on the Cartel Con. So much potential here, stop throwing it away.
  16. This was identical to the bug way back when, which I also got nailed on with a different computer, where you could one shot kill the Emperor at the end of your class story. Chapter One up up to the point I got into the walkers, had the same glitches. Couldnt fight 85% of the time, I was one shotting everything when I could, and it went fast edit like, not real time.
  17. It amazes me how many people have commented on this thread without (obviously) even bothering to read the linked post. Which means you're not so much interested in engaging in dialog per what the OP originally posted, as you are spouting off random stuff and/or hearing your own voice. The linked article zeroes specifically in on MMOs that exploit player bases (the worst). I'm a long time MMO dude, was in early BETA for this and Galaxies, as well as other non-SW licenses. SWTOR is by far the most broken, exploitive MMO Ive ever played. But what other options do I have for a SW MMO? None. And they know this. Although the article does not go into measuring "brand equity", it should, because thats where SWTOR gets hurt the most by their actions. The company culture, the people they choose to employ, have always had a "play the game we want you to play" mentality. And I have never, NOT ONCE in five years, gotten good customer service. Its never once happened. For awhile there, I was on EA's site and they solved some TOR problems. Again, all this impacts the "brand" of TOR and thus their business model. But back to the linked articel. I wrote a long post on this, blasting them for all the same reasons in Jan of 2016: https://moviepilot.com/posts/3737329 There are a lot of really good things about the game, but the bad massively outweighs the good. So I "visit" the game every now and then, to enjoy the experience, then Im gone for long periods of time. I really hope Disney wakes the heck up and intervenes, because this does not help their brand, either.
  18. Yep, I have all the legacy perks, thanks for the info. Some blues give me +416, and the so called epics only give like a 100 north of that, so what you're saying makes sense. I read on Dulfy about the Heroics but I am confused with those four Alliance things are, exactly? Are they like the shield in the Arcann fight or are they buffs you can pop whenever you chose? Thanks for all the great feedback! Good stuff.
  19. I got all my stats very close to yours but the mix dropped my alclarity a bit. I think that will solve itself as I get deeper into my updgrading. Any ideas on how to rapidly level companion influence without spending a fortune?
  20. Yep, specifics here would be helpful, in my case, for my Watchman Sentinel. I do a rather decent job with my interupts, I have a very set rotation. But unclear what the minimum stats need to be
  21. Man, didn't know the loot was garbage. You still get the perks loot I assume, for the various achievements? There are four specific loot items and then the big generator once you do all the Exarchs? My toon highest level companion is 35 and that took forever. Sigh. So Its sounding like I got to get her to 50. Im about 75% done with all the Paladins via solo mode, want to finish that before diving into Heroics. And now hearing this with the loot, which I have noticed game wide, maybe thats a good thing. I want to do the Heroics for my decor fetish- LOL. I really like those items.
  22. Oh and my healer, Kira, I have 35 influence with her
  23. In all the threads I read before 5.0, it was stated that to do SFH mode, you needed to be in 216 or higher gear and have a companion with some decent heals. Is that still the case? Although I noticed a slight uptick post 5.0 in story mode difficulty, I still easily walk through those in 50% 216 and 50% 208 gear. Last night, I began the LONG and expensive process of upgrading my Sentinel, he's now 50% 216 and 50% 228 gear, 35% crit rate, 109.85% accuracy, about 98K in health. Good enough to do solo heroics on SF? Thanks! Appreciate your time Jin
  24. These are great! Thanks for posting them
