I have a similar problem to Jasty, i.e., my personal Conquest Points are showing about 7K below what it is showing for the guild. Your response, however, states that this is operating as designed. I am sorry but I must vehemently disagree. Up to this point, this has never been the case. I run several different toons through conquest, in both factions, every week since Conquest has been in the game and, up until now, the points showing for my personal conquest activities has been exactly what was reported for the Guild

This may be a ******* question, (it wouldn't be my first,) I presume the PTS has to be available in order for the PTS Character Copy option to be available. I was hoping to get a couple of toons transferred ahead of the Onslaught build going on the PTS.

Although with the date for 5.9.2 being pushed out to 8/7, I don't know if they still plan to run it for 10 days or the usual 7.

Previously it had been mentioned that the XP/CXP event was going to extend beyond the normal 7-days (I believe I saw it was going to be a 10-day event.) Is that still going to be the case?

Pardon this newb type question but after the server merge it was stated that duplicates did not count for Conquest bonuses, so I deactivated a couple of StrongHolds. Now they count and I can't seem to figure out to re-activate ones I de-activated. Any hints? Thanks.

One of the latest things we are doing is "Mop Up Mondays". We get together and do Datacron runs, Achievement runs, Lore runs, etc, sometimes, time permitting, we do a couple different runs in the same night. Last night we made an attempt to get the Grophet achievement but Big Piggies were not co-operating so we settle for getting the Datacrons. We always seem to have something going on with the team. With the new increased Guild Caps, we have lots of room for new folks!

Just to be clear, you received you grant last month on 04/08? Which is after when the patch was allegedly put into place. My previous grant was 04/04, just before it went in and I received my grant on 05/07, 33 days after the previous one. So, I guess I will have to wait until 06/07 to see if we are back to 30 days between grants. What still puzzles me is that my Security Key grant arrives on what should be my monthly anniversary (I am on a 6 month rotation) but somehow how that managed to FUBAR the normal Cartel Coin grants. (Btw, I stopped getting emails about when my grants arrived over a year ago.)

Or how about when they doctor the ledger to support their "findings". The response to one of my tickets stated that I had received my grant at the end of December. However, the ledger that I had said I had not. I have a capture of it taken on 4/19/16 when I challenged that response. Interestingly, I checked today to see if I might have gotten my grant since my last grant was on 04/04, just before the alleged patch was put in place to allegedly fix this problem. And, lo and behold there is now an entry saying that I received my grant on the 27th of December, where as of 04/19 no such entry existed. In my case, things were going along swimmingly until December. My grants always came in around the 25th of the month, sometimes a day early even. Then we went from 11/24/15, pretty much on time, to 01/29/16 without a grant, and I have the screen captures to back this up. I am not looking to get the missing coins back, I am just looking for someone to take ownership and say, "Yep, it looks like you got shafted and we're sorry." (Btw, my captures show that there was a transaction on 12/27, but it was my spending 200 coins for an ingame purchase, probably one of the worthless cartel packs.)

Indeed that is the thing about The Hammerfist Clan, we are a community. We look out for one another. We also realize that, unfortunately, life can toss you some curve balls. We understand that. Jobs, family, school,etc sometimes will have to take a priority over the good stuff, but we're good with that.

I just went back through my account from March of 2014 and the CC came through like clock work. I didn't really see an issue until this past November/December rolled around. I got my CC on 10/25/15. They came through on 11/24/15, then I don't get another payment until 01/29/16. Then I see the three day creep. The payments after that are every 33 not 30. Payment after the 01/29/16 is 03/02/16 and the one after that 04/04/16. I guess Santa Sith didn't think I had been a boy and withheld my CC for Christmas. Welp, looks like I get to try to explain this to CS. I'll tall you how that works out. (Want to take any side bets on this one?)

@weaverme, if you haven't done so already, swing by our site and take a look around. From what you have said, we fit your requirements exactly. Dragon and the officers of the Guild do a fine job running the show there and keeping any drama at bay. We like to think of HFC as a fairly drama-free zone. For those folks who like an occasional PvP, we are going to try to have a Casual PvP Night, Wednesday nights, between 7 and 10 PM Eastern. We are looking forward to going out kiking some butts, taking some names, but mostly having fun as guild. Me, I will probably be dead a lot...

We always have something going on whether it be Leveling groups, Ops, Flashpoints, or DataChron runs the HFC almost always has something going on. Recently, just for fun we had a Republic vs Imperial PvP throwdown at the Tatooine PvP Arena. (We Imperials are still savoring our Unicorn-burgers.) Come join the fun!

We have also developed a method to help folks that might be under level for Hoth, or seem to get lost in the frozen expanses there, to be able to get their very own TaunTaun mounts, and live to tell the tale! (I still think Xay should charge for the service.)

I heard that in the last round of budget cuts that they had to do away with the rubbing of salt into the wounds. Applying lemon juice is still an option but you have to supply your own lemons.

You guys get paid? Dang! We didn't get paid when I was an officer of the Guild. They made me walk in two feet of snow, barefoot, UPHILL! Then there was the mandatory daily floggings. (Ah, good times...)
