I played MMO's for many years now but this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had with a company... yes BIO I'm talking about you... I pre-order but might get 1 day OHH TY, TY SO MUCH REALLY GREEEAT... (worst pre-launch) in the history of MMO's

Optimistically, I'm going to shoot for 16th. I refuse to believe if Bioware can possibly make it happen, they're going to not give preorders the whole weekend.
Besides, I don't think Bioware wants to pay their staff overtime to work on the weekend.
It's either going to be 16th or 19th, I think.
Im sure they will be there all weekend because they won't be here next weekend!

Early December pre-order here. While I get angry at times knowing there are people having fun while I sit here and watch my energy bars fill up on various facebook games, I know that I'll forget it once I actually get access. I'm optimistic. I'm hoping for sometime after my final on Thursday.

That's only for the class specific areas for your story line. If you have group members, they can go with you.
So a large part of this game is a free for all in an open world where people are all trying to get the same objective off the same enemies?

Same. Got to level 14 on my assassin and had a blast. No crowding or competing for mobs or quest objectives. Too bad I'm at work today.
I was under the impression that if you entered a 'zone' to do a quest there would be no one else there that wasn't in your group?

Yeah, but again, it's going to be the same situation at launch. Starting zones are going to be packed, some people are going to move ahead and some are gonna make tons of alts and keep the starting areas full, that's just how mmo's are.
The servers are not big enough at the end of the day. Most of them are saying full and im sure they still have more people to invite than they had done so already.

On the server screen almost 3/4 of servers are full, whats going to happen when alot of people finish work and want to play. Seems that they have completly underestimated how many people want to play?

3/4 of the servers are full anyway so even if you get an email now you will still have to wait a few hours to play.....

Im very annoyed that they can only be bothered to let in 4 waves a day...What else have they got to do all day? Their home time should be put on hold! Sleep in the office ftw

What happens if a server my guild friends are on becomes full? Does that mean I have to look for a new guild?

When i go under My Account, I only have a tick on the 5 security questions and contact information complete. I can't enter my product registration code again to get that box ticked because I have already used it!
Anyone else have the same problem?
