Given Europe's historical fascination with overbearing empire's, I don't think you'll ever find a republic server over there.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember right from swg, it was a power crystal, a focus crystal (length/blade strength), and a color crystal. Is that about right?

My humble suggestion.... unless you have run the classes through a couple thousand metric simulations and found a drastic disparity between one and the others .... s.t.f.u. about overpowered anything.

Keep trying. Open a ticket and make your first line "Subject: Seesaw" Then post your issue. Then update the ticket each day. It took them a week and a half to return mine, others have gotten it sooner, some as long as three weeks. Just don't let 'em off the hook, and you'll get it back. Good luck.

To update the good news... I deleted and re created a toon and did a test mailing, it worked. Then I mailed 100k to it annnnd.... that worked too! It seems (at least for my set up) that this problem is fixed completely. I hope the rest of you having this issue have similar results!

I really wish you had made this post at the beginning. Less than a day after, my credits have been returned. No luck on the items as I couldn't remember quantities, but as I said they were never really the issue. So THANK YOU CS for fixing this. I would suggest improving communication with your customers throughout the process. It would relieve much of the complaint threads floating around. Feel free to close this thread now.

You're right. It was a third of what I had at the time, and I have since made a bit more. The principle remains, however, that "money" was taken from me due to no fault of my own... and others have had the same issue acknowledged and rectified. Yes they are few and far between and far more are in the same boat I'm in with going a week or much longer with no response or action taken. That's the issue. Not the credits or the title, or even the wait itself. If they had responded along the lines of " yeah, we have a bug, sorry, we'll get it back to you as soon as we can but it will be a while." , I would've been fine. As it is they have a cut and paste reply to this issue in which the last line reads similar to: "to avoid this issue in the future keep item in you inventory." then they close the ticket with no resolution. So yes, I'll keep it in their face daily until something changes.

Jack and mang need to brush up on reading as well. This happened before the patch notes came out. Way to pay attention though. Yes the bug is fixed, but the issue is not resolved. I'd be more concerned with your inability to read written english if I were you. The items do clearly state scalability in the tooltip. Frankly, the other statements here saying research first are foolish, and nothing more than egocentric gratification. The thought that someone should consider and pre-emptively research all the potential issues before running across them (such as misleading tooltips, broken mail, non lootable heroic bosses, etc.) is asinine. As is designing an armor set to be used by CE players that looks like it belongs on an IA or trooper, yet functions fully only for caster classes. Yes... OP and everyone else should've seen that one coming. Get real.

I agree, but to be fair, I do get that they are inundated with bugs and tickets right now. However, given the number of MMO's that have gone before and had the same issues with bugs and CS overload at launch, I'll not be excusing their apparent lack of foresight (or research). The simple fact of the matter is; that if there was a bug allowing other players to steal our credits, I doubt the tickets would receive such hap hazard responses. Nor would the threads in the forums be ignored. In fact, I'd wager that nearly every thread would have a response, there would be a dev. post on the issue, and it would be listed in the "bug" thread. As it stands, the issue is with their system and seems to be a complete afterthought judging by their apparent lack of communication on the issue. While I understand their reasoning (as stated) on the "taxi emote" thing, the fact that it received more high profile attention than something like this is stupid. Insulting actually. Given that it only serves the player... no one is in the taxi with you, you're traveling too quickly for your emotes to have any kind of context or relevance to anybody but the emoter, it's just ridiculous. The bad part is I have experience in these issues from the server side, and replacing items and credits is by far one of the easiest fixes in an mmo. It's not as if it's a single player attempting to scam the system here, it's clearly a large issue spanning all the servers. There is simply no excuse for the lack of response and action on this simple issue.
