I remembered when I first subscribed to SWTOR when it first launched I was so excited because of all the previews/developer videos etc... I think I started on on Valen (can't remember the name) leveling a Jedi Knight on a PVP server. I can still remember being ganked on Belsavis by a Powertech who was several levels higher than me and almost beating him/her. What Republic player can't forget and laugh during the Ilum days where the Imperials would camp outside our base....the red sea of death...lol... Fast forward to today (a decade + later) I find myself not even logging on in close to a year I think. I think things went downhill when they removed 8x8. IMO it would seem BW lost interest expanding the PVP scene and a perfect example would be Ilum. It was promoted as a kill-or-be-killed planet but after a few months it was scrapped to the amusement park that it is now. The original battlegrounds were ok but I was disappointed with how slow newer ones were introduced. The raiding aspect was & still great along with the flashpoints. Anyways....the real reason why I posted is to find out what I would lose if I unsubscribe? At the moment I have my own personal guild and l think close to 500k credits. What can I do or not have as a FTP? Is having a Preferred account cheaper because I really don't want to lose what I've worked for playing this game. Besides WoW this is my second MMO and I really hope to come back and enjoy the world of Star Wars. In before some sarcastic comment...pretty sure I can google this and find out on my own but I would prefer first-hand information from players who've left or went Preferred or FTP.

I have a personal guild on a server and I was wondering if the GL quits does the leadership pass to the second in command? I asked this cause I want to use another toon & I have misgivings trusting someone I don't know to the job for me.

After some time...the game booted me out of the instance...gonna try this again hopefully with a different companion.

What a surprise...can't play other toons because of this...

As the title reads for some dumb reason the companion I got stuck with sucks because she never seems to follow; well I performed a "/stuck" hoping I could get out of combat/dismiss companion & once I make it up the ramp (where she stopped) then let her out. Well, I'm dead...can't change phase because I'm inside...won't let me revive to the nearest med center. I've logged off a couple of times & rebooted my computer...STILL DEAD... Help me Obi Wan...you're my only hope...

The "Engine Room" slot is the fourth spot....if you look at the "Guild Window" ..."General" tab you'll see six slot to unlock and add a perk. But the one farthest to the right is something different which I'm trying to find out what it is.

Yeah...I haven't checked my account for awhile...then recently I saw that the "transfer" was free...thought it was tied with the 2XP...thanks for the feedback...

You know when you click on the guild tab (which is on the Social center [as specified by the Interface Editor[) the first page that pops up is the "General Window"; the second block where it displays locked/unlocked room perks there is that last one to the right of "Port Command Room". There is no name for that spot so I was wondering what goes in there? Is their a certain guild level in order to see what goes in there? Or will it show once all the slots (rooms/section) for the ship is full?

When did they (BW) stop free transfers?

Never-mind.... left the area & closed the game... logged in & entered...everything is fine now...

I've reset this quest chain twice and still at the endpoint where you have to defeat the 7 lieutenants; I did defeat the mobs that materialized but the large metal door stays shut. Has their been a bug report on this?

Since this last patch I've been experiencing this problem with "Crew Missions" page. For example, lets say I want to send 4 companions on a high end Archaeology mission and another 4 to a Slicing mission. After selecting the first four to Arch I then select the slicing page... its blank (as if no missions are available for that grade). So if I'm doing grade 6 missions on my Arch when I move to Slicing its still on grade 6 but I'm on grade 3; and when I send out a companion on a grade 3 mission the page is blank again. I have to select the "grade 3" line in order for the missions to show up. Is this happening to anyone else?

Cool... I have raided (SWTOR) in the past but since I was soooo spoiled from the countless LOTLK Icecrown raids, it was hard for me to get excited doing them. You see WoW was my first MMO and I was mesmerized that I can enter a whole new world (even thought its make believe) and have so much fun. SWTOR is also the same (fun factor) since it has a long history with its movie and writings. I'll go apply to your website and can play either play Gunnery or Assault Specialist (whichever is performing best for situations). Plus it would be something different since I PVP (not lately though) more in this game than PVE stuff.

Does your guild specifically recruit experience-readied players? I noticed on your website that all the raid teams are mostly doing HM. I'm sure its not that difficult between VM (knowing your role & not standing in stupid). Figured I'd hold up on applying just to see your answer. Great job on those raid teams though...

The merc ability "Cure" does it cleanse PVP debuff's from other players or is it just for PVE? I've always wanted to know but afraid to ask (didn't want to look stupid...until now)....

Didn't know about the Commando/4 stack...wow... anyways, I'm assuming you're either playing a Merc or one of your alts....would you still believe this tactical (BB) is better than (PI) as an arsenal merc?

"Burning Bright" used to stack 8 times...now its only 4....big difference (IMO) although probably selfish on my part seeing an 80k shot being brought down to a 40k one. So I asked again, are players still sticking with this tactical or maybe going with the other I mentioned (Primed Ignition).

I really enjoyed the "Burning Bright" tactical till they nerfed it some time ago. So my question is: are people still running this or is "Primed Ignition" a better choice?

Not to be perceived as a cry-baby but if that is true (empty augment slots bolstered) whats the point on crafting them? Are they being bolstered to the highest rated purple #74, or the blue #73, or the purple #48? I always believed putting the time & effort on molding/improving one's toon will be rewarded in areas were individuals would showcase their talents be that PVP or PVE. Whats the point increasing the levels, adding new content, anything for that matter if we're all going to be the same in the end?
