I remember when that website that tracked PVP stats in SWG came out for the very reason of the "what is best server" threads. Yeah I specifically remember Chilly being at the top of kills per week and most generals or w/e (base busting duh) I could still name a lot of the players from that era as well. I think like Bria and Bloodfin were pretty close, this was before the game truly died and everybody played one server of course I forget the name because I had already left but I'm sure you guys remember. Anyways yeah whats a Fatman? That place where kids who got rocked came from?

These sort of threads make me yearn for the old SWG days, now THOSE threads delivered. Just so much forum trolling PVP ect, not enough activity to really get that feel it seems; also the Nazi Mods that apparently get paid to look at the whole 10 new threads this game has per day.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Also, I'm gonna use this opportunity to inform that I can no longer justify paying for this game. I came back for (what I thought) would be a month played some rateds because I didn't really get enough before, then the rated scene died (also teams put up no real resistance) so I find this game boring. The 2.0 changes are underwhelming and mostly uninformed with random additions like operative roll just making the meta game even worse. I don't see any interesting changes to the future of this game or anything in the current game to keep me interested. I don't want to speak for Casual as a whole but many of us are taking a break or dialing our play back a **** ton so we each have a hard time logging in. Unless some massive change or REAL class balance (see: Merc Healers not ****/ can use all classes in rateds comps interchangeably) happens I won't be subbing/playing. I made sure I had the first post in the PTS warzone feedback thread and made reference to Mercs overall lack of HPS comparatively to the other healers as its barrier for entry to becoming viable for ranked warzones. I'm sure they will probably not understand that escapes aren't going to be what fixes Merc so at this point it seems like a lost cause, minimum 1 more year before they touch the class again. Luckily my sub runs out in April so I won't have to deal with the headache anymore. Bottom line: they make Merc healing output = op/sorc and the class becomes viable, until then having leap/sprint/roll/intercede won't make merc viable

I actually don't even have rating I just beat all the people who do have it, I like how you pretend that this is about "prevalence of hacks" when really its about "I'm bored of the game, lets try to make it seem like I'm a pariah and slander a bunch of people on my server then deny it". I've seen plenty of teams pick up rateds and have both success and failure using the usual methods of their mice, keyboard, and brains. And apparently there isn't a rated scene to you (one who does not participate) and there are no "leet teams" (aka: groups of good players) because if one guy has a 1 button rotation then everyone who is beating him must also be hacking. If you can't see how ridiculous your assertions are then I fear there is no hope for you and even Bioware coming up with auto-kill button for every client side program wouldn't be enough at the end of the day.

I have played MMOs for quite some time and I'm very aware of what "hacks" are capable of, thats why I am aware that they mean jack squat for competitive rated play. "Just look at all those bot arena players in WoW that all used a program to achieve high rating!" - said nobody. Sure people probably do cheat in normals and in other relatively non-invasive areas (see: space botting) but the post you quoted was specifically calling out all players on POT5 for cheating and you supported it without any previous knowledge of the people this post accuses. I'm not even worked up just have time to blow, I stream actually along with many other people who could claim to be "high level rated players" so I'm sure none of them are worried either to be accused of hacking (something every bad player in the game does to anyone who beats them constantly). I guess the point is that all you have seen is where you think "scripts" are rampant, they aren't, but people who believe in ghosts jump at shadows a lot so...

OP is owner of the thread and anything they post is subject to scrutiny including posting others posts. And I didn't say HE made it up, but he posted a made up story and then supported it.

Because the thread devolved into a "take it out of RWZs" and "who cares leave it normals" which is fine, but some think its just dandy for rateds and others come in here to say nothing. It has an impact on people trying and playing and thats the issue. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter because its too much coding for bioware to change how it works for just RWZ so the whole thread is bunk.

Oh wow even better. So its just COMPLETELY made up then. Do you even know how to present a valid argument? It uses example and facts, not hearsay and made up stories with imaginary (and arbitrary) numbers to prove an example of ub3r 1337 h4x0rz'ing.
