  1. 8765.81 exactly ... Which makes me 341,866.59 hours old, roughly. Overall average life expectancy in the US is currently 78.57 years 78.57 years X 8765.81 hours in 1 year = an average life expectancy of 688,729.6917 hours (NOT adjusted for leap years, plagues, flues, raptures or Mayan apocalypses) Only 346,863.1017 hours to go, roughly ...
  2. """First, you can continue as a subscriber, which gives you unlimited access to ALL game features and future Game Updates at no additional charge."" Where exactly in that post does it say "access to ALL game features and future Game Updates at no additional charge excluding bla bla bla"
  3. http://www.swtor.com/free ""Subscribe Now to Get Full Access to Game Content and Features"" Well in actual fact subscribing DOES NOT grant me FULL access to the game's content and features. And a little further down ... ""Enjoy access to the full spectrum of character races in the game"". Well, no, subscribing evidently doesn't do that either ... Wouldn't that be considered false advertising?
  4. Well ... technically ... you don't! http://www.swtor.com/free Scroll down to ""Subscribe Now to Get Full Access to Game Content and Features"" The title alone is a complete fallacy considering subscribing DOES NOT grant me FULL access to the game's content and features. Nor is the statement a little further down ""Enjoy access to the full spectrum of character races in the game"" true. Soooo
  5. Start dates are in the sig ... pre-day one beta tester. Unsubbed when it went F2P ... came back around January and since my "subscription" is being devalued with every patch (as I expected the first time I unsubbed), considering abandoning ship again at the end of this cycle ... 10 days to go, give or take. Love star wars, love the game itself ... severely disappointed in the direction, management, and pricing models.
  6. 1. 500cc is a precise calculation of just UNDER what it would take to buy anything thus inciting me to "buy more" so essentially it's a slightly "dirtier"mirror of every know tax revenue system ... I will give you 5 back but charge you 10 for something else along the line. ""Oh but you just have to save up your ""free"" stipend and get whatever you want"" Bu||****, I subscribe so I don't have to wait, or save, or deal with micro-transaction crap ... it defeats the entire g0d damn purpose of subscribing. 2. Anything added to a game is "content". Stupid Farrah hair or a shiny new 52 Op, doesn't matter it is still ""content"" and purchasing a game from the store and subscribing to it for a monthly fee should in an ideal "non-douchbaggery" world cover my access to all of it's content. It's not a "sense of entitlement" as people here are so apt to label, its the entire reason I preordered and subscribed ... So I would have access to the games content and I wouldn't have to "nickle and dime" my way to the $hit I actually want to access. Currently almost everything included in our subscription is available in some form on the Cartel Market and thus on TGTN, whilst the reverse is NOT even remotely true ... and yet I'm a "founder / subscriber / preorderer" My subscription is being unarguably devalued with every patch.
  7. Almost everything included in our subscription is available in some form on the Cartel Market and thus on TGTN, whilst the reverse is NOT true ... Not hard to see where it is heading.
  8. Almost everything included in our subscription is available in some form on the Cartel Market and thus on TGTN, whilst the reverse is NOT true ... and here I thought actually buying the game at launch and subscribing to it monthly entitled me to access all of it's content. You know what they say, "In the long term, buying is cheaper then renting". Or in the context of the cartel market ... Subbing is quickly becoming less valuable and less advantageous then "coining"
  9. EA / BW's Cartel Market is a scam designed specifically to weasle more money out of us ... sadly it's winning. For what I am actually taking advantage of that is included in my subscription, It is quickly getting to a point where I would be better off ditching my sub and spending that money strictly on cartel coins since almost everything I "rent" via subscription is available through a one time cartel market purchase. Then I could one time purchase what subscription features I actually take advantage of, and the new Cartel Market Only stuff I actually want and save myself the recurring bi-monthly expense. Subbing is quickly becoming, if not already, less valuable and less advantageous then "coining"
  10. For what i am actually taking advantage of that is included in my subscription i am quickly realizing I would be better off ditching my sub and spending that money strictly on coins ... then i could one time purchase what sub features i actually take advantage of and the new CC stuff I actually want and save myself the recurring bi-monthly expense. Subbing is quickly becoming less valuable and less advantageous then "coining"
  11. And J3sus wept ... /tear You win, seriously ... utterly, totally, and completely the current state of affairs. It all boils down to one simple question each individual must ask themselves ... Why should I continue to sub when half of what I want is not included in the subscription? I currently run off game cards, $45 dollars for 2 months. For what i am actually taking advantage of that is included in my subscription I would be better off ditching my sub and spending that money strictly on coins ... then i could one time purchase what sub features i actually take advantage of and the new stuff I actually want and save myself the recurring bi-monthly expense. My subscription ends in 15 days ... time to do some analyzing and calculating. Subbing is quickly becoming less valuable and less advantageous then "coining"
  12. It would be even better if it didn't clip through armor, and Customization Vendors weren't a blatant insult to every subscriber ...
