there was false advertising for the one was running around 2 days ago. "Pre order now. you may get 7 days of early access" ok so in no way are they lying. but they are not telling the truth, NO ONE who preordered when they saw the you may get seven days early access actually got seven days early access or had a chance to get seven days early access. there have been lawsuits built out of less.

Nope. I'm still here. the post was about honest discussion. Ppl saw text and decided I had to be complaining ( ok it sucks that the competitive thing doesn't feel great right now), but in reality, just expressing what i feel to be a pretty bug oversight. honestly i don't even want in quite yet. I'd play, but I have a new job in Jan that Im slightly under qualified for and have some learning to do. But more wanted to see the great guilds in a Romanesque Colosseum fighting for first clears. that combat seems less relevant now. And i looked for an explanation why it was overlooked. and thoughts from the community on it. of course most of that was rage begets rage, from thinking i rage, but there was some good talk too.

A) I am the OP B) I think that they didn't think about it to the extent it deserves. they do not want this to feel like a MMO, they want it to feel like an RPG. howver when the dust settles it will only be an MMO. when 1-49 is done the game starts. there are many many people who like that aspect of the game. that is where they get their subs. the lvl 50's taking away from a dimension of lvl 50 gameplay is taking away from the game. that sort of thing has made many many other games fall flat on there going ftp faces. the journey maybe cool(and it is kinda their niche) but some ppl care about the destination. all aspects of it. they would be wise to rethink such things

Calling attention is in no way the same thing a QQ i quit cuz you guys won't let ppl compete. it's really really sad that they don't want to treat this as an mmo and instead insist its an RPG that many ppl play at the same time, but there is the room for both. this is a slip up. point missed, i did not do not have no inclining that i will get a first kill. My argument would be sated if every other person in the world save me got access at the same time. the point is that there is a hidden dimension not explored in the architectural design of the early access, that dimension is competition. ppl enjoy that sort of speculation.

people complain it is nature. i will defer to the minority having options in selection of realms. the stress test weekend allowed for 2mil to play. it worked there was some outrageous wait times on certain servers but again choice comes onto play there. the greatest estimate to date has 1.1 mil pre orders almost half of what we know they can handle. I will concede that fact that people will complain.

so totes missed the point. a lot could give two about that stuff and want to play the mmo. not the single player rpg wrapped in mmo. plus there is room for both here, let the players decide how they want to play the game. do not insist on it. the PvP thing is sad.

by choice or circumstances not handled by the game. however the initial argument stipulates that IF the game was released to all at the same time THEN it would be a persons choice to not powerlevel or PvP.... your argument in no way attempts to complete that contract first and therefore cannot actually hold salt

and that is short sighted for the devs honestly. don't get me wrong i'm not a first killer but i like that aspect of the game. the devs put something in the game they want people to take advantage of, a great ride. then they put in this spacey bary thing. so they obviously want choice. they are taking away much of that choice by not caring about things like power guilds. 99.9% of the people won't be that guild but ost 80% or so will care, that's a big ball drop imo. but understanding that it's one the devs don't care about seems more like neglect

I have looked but I do not believe anyone has brought up the world'd first kills. a day is insurmountable. Any guild that got in after day one will have virtually no chance to compete with day one guilds. "Everyone will eventually be able to get the same experience."- no no they will not. competition is so big for top end guilds that by doing this slow release as it were is taking away a dimension of mmo for hard core mmo guilds. it almost depresses me that you are robbing folks of content. point for idiocracy. "People knew the timeline and the outcome when they preordered"- Maybe, however it does not detract from the fact that friends, and guilds are playing a mmo at differing times. let me just make sure we all get that. an mmo a genre dedicated to people playing together has segregated friends into not being able to play together unless let in on the same wave. if they would play together from different waves that means that the former invitee would have to wait for the later invitee... giving no reason for the former invitee to play. point idiocracy. It has been pointed out but the PvP exploit is more beneficial to those who get to use it sooner "WE will punish the people who are using this exploit accordingly." - will you? and how so? bans? if no bans then its nuts. hell give me two days with the exploit right now then ban me for a week. I will still have 2-3 chars at 50 when i get back, most people who level with out the exploit will be able to get maybe one char to 50... fair trade right? point idiocracy. while we are on PvP let us reiterate the first point for PvP. How much more time will i need to spend getting rofl stomped by PvP-Tier1 geared ppl until i get to a gear lvl i can handle people?
