  1. Has anyone had anything other than rep items drop from this? I thought I'd have a spin and see what comes out so I bought 100 coins, and spun them all away. I hit the jackpot 36 times, (I didn't count the times I just won the coin back) and received: 20 Banned Holovids (green rep item) 10 Prohibited Medical Supplies (blue rep item) 6 Confiscated Artwork (purple rep item) I've already got the max rep, so I sold them for 35,000 credits. I'm wondering if that's all these drop now?
  2. This, please please please! I'm leveling up mostly using Group Finder and class story missions, and I lost count of the amount of times I'd be in heal spec and grouped with another healer. That's fine, but I can't switch to DPS spec and two heals in a group finder makes it go slowww. Please let us change spec while in GF! It doesn't make sense to be able to queue as two different specs, but then lock you out from switching if required. //edit// I should clarify, I'm not even trying to switch combat styles - I haven't selected my 2nd style yet. I am a sage trying to switch from Seer to Telekinetic spec. I used to be able to do it, but if it's a technical problem with the possibility of changing combat styles, then maybe lock it to your current style's specs?
  3. Also, to note, it's not a level 6 skill anymore - it's a level 68 selectable.
  4. Yea, the changes to Whirlwind/Force Lift have hit hard. It's gone from a level 6 skill to level 68, for some reason. I guess it made lowbie jedi too powerful.
  5. Holy necro batman! Outfit designer didn't come in until 2015.
  6. I got sooo excited cause I wasn't even aware of the event until it was over, two years ago. I'd love the chance to play the HK chapter, not to mention get HK55! Bioware...is it possible to look at bringing it back, even if there is a quest chain or if it's locked behind some sort of requirements?
  7. I cannot for the life of me understand why someone thought it would be a good idea to make us pay (using two currencies, credits and power cores) to do dailies. I spent around an hour and a half aimlessly killing mobs trying to farm enough power cores to rent an Iokath Monitor for the daily. I figured it'd be a pretty tough machine, given how much it cost, but no. One standard mob was able to drop me to half health in pretty short order before I managed to get the kill. I made it to 8/10 kills before a gold elite jumped in and destroyed me, leaving me to farm for another ~2 hours to get enough power cores to get 2 more kills. This is one daily that I'm never, ever doing again, as the effort vs reward is just not there. I also had a quest to take control of a mouse droid, but once I spent the coin and cores, I found out that was the entirety of the quest - I didn't actually have to do anything with the droid. What's the point, BW? I'm not even going to get in to the disappointment of finding out what this 'superweapon' which destroyed all life on Iokath was. Unfortunately, I feel that once I've ticked the boxes for the dailies completed, it's not an area I'll ever come back to.
  8. Essentially, PvP is all about e-peen. It's there to prove you're a better player/team/guild than your opposition. Unfortunately, it attracts players with a superiority complex. The easiest way for these players to feed that complex is to belittle other players to make themselves feel superior. No one plays PvP matches to lose. I've just started my PvP journey, so I have a mix of PvE and PvP gear - I'm finally up to getting the armour pieces. I actually got told in /say the other day to ditch the PvE gear and get PvP stuff...I was literally left shaking my head - what did he think I was there for? The only reason I could come up with is that it scratched his superiority complex itch to point out that he knew I needed to use PvP gear instead of PvE, and clearly I didn't. It doesn't really matter which game you're playing, human nature will stay the same across all games and platforms.
  9. Just had a look through the patch notes for 2.7 and noticed this: Does this mean that if you don't have a PvP weapon, you're capped at 1936? What is the effective difference between 1936 and 2018, and would the benefit of a PvE weapon be more than the Expertise difference?
  10. Anything above basic comms isn't really an option, cause my main isn't even in that. It really comes down to arcanian and crafted armour slots vs droid bits.
  11. I really want to use HK and not gimp myself, so I'm wondering if I'm better off making/buying the CZ droid schematics, or would i be better off buying the Basic Comms gear, pulling out the mods and enhancements, and making armorings for the droid bits? I was looking at the CZ bits, but they look expensive for what they are? Did Cybertech get sold a dud on these? How have *you* geared HK, if you have? Cheers for any advice
  12. Drop your graphics settings and the flap disappears. So it's not like that you can't get that straight view of 'panties' if you want to - or you can equip the Relaxed Uniform Top, which doesn't have a flap. Sorry, your argument doesn't hold water.
  13. Ahh, right...he's only an offhand vendor. Thank you to the one person who wasn't an ****** and insinuated that I'm a lazy tool who doesn't understand how the game works. For the sake of the argument, I actually put in enough effort to deck myself out in pvp gear at level 20, and I'm making my own armouring mods and mod pieces.
