  1. I agree that the leveling is WAY too fast. I don't mind grinding to a point, but what I miss the most from games like EQ is the sense of accomplishment you would have by taking down a hard boss and figuring out the strategy to succeed in a raid which would allow you to be able to progress further due to your/your guild's accomplishments. I miss the exploration and danger aspect of exploring some dungeon, in SWTOR there really doesn't seem to be any aspect of this. I'm not saying I loved finding a group and sitting at some named spot in a dungeon with a group and grinding it out, but it did encourage you to actually group and socialize with people, whereas in SWTOR it feels so disconnected. I'm not very good at explaining myself ! I guess I just always tend to compare MMO's to my experience with EQ1, so far none have really given me that same sense of satisfaction/excitement. I do however love the storylines in SWTOR & the voice overs! P.S. Please forgive horrible grammar, I have bad insomnia and feel like a zombie atm
  2. This thread has a great list : http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=58094&highlight=bondar
  3. There is also the 2 Pants you can get from the Space Vendor on fleet for Fleet Commendations.
  4. That is awesome to hear! I still hope you can learn the schematic by RE, he mentions that MOST will have a chance of learning a schematic. But I am so happy we will get the chance to add Aug slots to existing armor at some point
  5. Tipton by the Dark Temple in Dromand Kaas only ever dropped bracers for me, but unfortunately he never dropped the Saber Marshal's bracers. I think they are on the rarer side, I kept getting BH bracers, but he is the correct level range. I would try him.
  6. Everquest 1 did for Real $ though
  7. According to what the Dev's put in the Crewskill Game Update 1.2 post : http://www.swtor.com/news/blog/20120320 Either RNG wasn't in your favor, or that particular item wasn't an item that allowed you to research the schematics. I do agree though, I wish they would clarify some statements they have made. They are so ambiguous!
  8. I'm excited with Legacy, but have to admit I am disappointed that we didn't get NEW playable humanoid species that area already in the game (ie: Togruta). lol I'd roll 100 characters if that's what it took to unlock that species.
  9. From the Dev blog posted yesterday : http://www.swtor.com/news/blog/20120320 however for synthweaving they don't say whether we can learn schematics off Orange (modifiable) armor like Armormech's will be able to.
  10. From Dulfy's awesome blog: Can read the whole Legacy Preview here : http://mmo-mechanics.com/news.php?article=1-2-legacy-system-preview
  11. I'm a bit unclear whether Synthweavers will also be able to RE modifiable outfits to get the same name and appearance, or if it is exclusively something only armormechs can do. I really hope both crew skills can do that, there's a few pieces I would love to be able to RE to get the same appearance
  12. he does say : Let's just hope they are Orange, and not hideous
  13. From the 1.2 Patch notes on the PTS (not set in stone) : http://www.swtor.com/community/showpost.php?p=3463266&postcount=4 I hope the new schematics we do get will at least have some more variety. I would love to be able to make something that resembles the Supreme Inquisitors Robe
  14. As much as I love the appearance of this Robe, it will be rather useless since in 1.2 you can crit augment slots on orange gear Since they are introducing new schematics, I hope there is something that looks like this. I know they said you can RE armor to have a chance to learn that schematic, but they only mentioned end game gear, so I'm not sure if that will apply to regular dropped gear. Crossing my fingers!
  15. I got both Belt and Bracers from Tier 1 Treasure Hunting Lockbox missions, along with 3 Bounty Hunter belts. The up-side is that at least those missions are quick
