Hello, I purchased the Shroud of Memory from the cartel market and completed the alliance alert 'Arma Rasa'. However when I used the Shroud of Memory item in my inventory, I did not get the alliance alert to acquire ZO-OM but the item was consumed upon use. I have submitted a ticket and am awaiting a reply. This is different from the usual bug that I have read about where the conversation cannot be continued but I am unable to even get that far.

They are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it asap. (post was made on the swtor twitter acct according to a guildmate)

I'm having the same issue. (Not a steam player). I have tried to close the downloader/client and no change.

Are you using STEAM or the SWTOR client? I read another post from STEAM users having this issue but it resolved itself after a short time. I don't play through STEAM and my download is stuck as well. Not sure if the problems are the same between STEAM and the 'normal' client or just coincidence.
