  1. Well I'm a subscriber so I should be able to do what I want, like being level 55 as soon as I start.
  2. So, here's an idea. I'm tired of leveling in this game. I just want to be level 55 after I make my character so I can experience the end game stuff without spending months trying to get there. This is what I propose. For like 1,000 cartel coins make a consumable that can be purchased that will instantly make you character level 55. I think this is probably the best idea I've ever come up with. Anyone else in for this?

    Lag

Is anyone else experiencing increased lag post-2.0? Or is it just me?
  4. So here is a question then. Should I hurry up and use up all my daily comms then? Since the ratio of them is 4:1 when we turn them in, shouldn't I spend them now? Like in the daily commendation vendor, something that costs 120 daily commendations now, after 2.0 will it cost 120 basic commendations too? Or will the prices be fixed to where it will cost just 30 basic comms?

    Bad Luck?

I have come to figure that this may actually be a faction issue of repubs being better than the imps on my server (as a whole) because I decided to level my commando healer thought WZs this weekend for the double XP. I'd say for every game I lost, I'd win three. It felt pretty nice to win again lol.
  6. So I need some help guys. I have quite a bit of a ton of different comms (planetary, warzone, black hole, columi, ect.) and I wanted to know what comms should I save until after 2.0 and which ones should I spend now? I understand say spending comms on columi will be a waste since they will become obsolete. Is there a guide for this stuff anywhere? I want to be as prepped as I can be for once 2.0 hits. Thanks!

    Bad Luck?

12 losses in a row. I just don't get it. It looks like I need to quit trying super late night PvP and try a different time. It's either that or the Republic is just 100x better than us Imps on ToFN.

    Bad Luck?

I'm kind of venting here. I know I'll get the l2p noob and all that, but has anyone else had strings of bad luck in PvP? I do PvP every night (level 50) and I do four games a night. Well I haven't won a game in the past two days. Yes, I've lost eight matches in a row. Now I know I'm probably not the greatest PvPer out there, but even if I am below average, I'm just one out of eight people. Eventually you'd think I'd end up with a win. Think is the key word there. I don't know if we're just always bad, or we keep facing pre-mades (I did notice we were facing a lot of the same people each warzone). I don't mind losing at all, but when I never, ever win, it gets a little frustrating lol. Anyone else have a run of bad PvP like this before?
  9. Ding ding ding! We have a winner. Obviously this isn't the truth, but it's to prove a point. We can create whatever threads we want as long as it's lighthearted fun! Yay for us!
  10. This just came off the wire. I am friends with one of the developers over at BioWare and he slipped and told me it will be coming out in the fall. Who else is excited?! I know I am!
  11. OK guys, I really don't understand it. This is extremely frustrating to me. I'm level 50, so I'm in the level 50 warzone bracket. I've played four games the past two days, so eight total, and haven't won one. Now, I understand I'm not very good at PvP, but I don't think I'm horrible either. Besides, I'm just one of eight people on my team. I play very late at night so I keep seeing the same people on the other team. Do we keep running into premades? I am seriously at a loss. Warzones quickly lose their fun when you constantly lose. Hell, two minutes in most of these warzones people start quitting. Anyone else have this problem? I would expect to win around 50% of my warzones, but at this point I'd be happy with 20%.
  12. OK what do you guys think of this one? I'm very proud of it. I wanted an elegance yet intimidation to my Imperial Agent, and I also wanted a very unique look with a color scheme I never see. Thus, I came up with this. What do you guys think? http://i49.tinypic.com/21j23pu.jpg
  13. That's grey generic gear on random planet's armor vendors I do believe.
  14. I have this problem where when I go to view other people's character sheets, it lets me, but it always puts mine on top of theirs. Thus, I only see my equipment and all my stats. I know it's on top of theirs, however, because I can make out some of their numbers behind mine, but only a few. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a work around?
  15. I don't see one question in that post.
  16. I loved this thread. The OP told everyone how their opinions sucked until one person agreed with him and then he posted the above. The OP isn't looking for a discussion people, he just wants a pity party.
  17. When you say they will be gone, do you mean they will poof if I already have them?
  18. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but it's starting to irritate me. Every time BioWare comes out with "new" equipment, all it ever seems to be is existing armor/weapons, but now they have particle effects. Take all of the Gree items, the weapons and the armor, it's just old armor with lights and particle effects on them. This continually seems to happen and my question is, are they really even designing new armor/weapons/speeders? Or are they just going to continue to rehash all of the old stuff by adding different effects to them?
  19. Umm yeah, the first night that happened I would have burned that house to the ground. I got chills reading that.
  20. LOL or other Stabilizer sellers will take advantage of your market absent and make more to sell?
  21. It's all about supply and demand. You guys do realize that if these super rares, such as the throne and Nihlus's mask dropped more often, they would be worth much less? If all you want to do is make money off of your credits, do what I do. Just buy major valor bonuses. They're 50 cartel coins a piece I do believe. You can buy 10 each month, and they go for about 45k a pop. That's a safe 450k each month from the cartel market, rather than gambling to find something worth money in the packs.
  22. Stop whining already? I'm sorry, look at my post history. I don't see where I've been whining before this, and I'm not whining now. This is merely a discussion of trash mobs. I don't care for them. To those who say "what, do you want everything handed to you?", no, no I don't. However, I don't find trash mobs particularly fun. Yes, on occasion I get that satisfaction of a crit hitting and I take out an NPC in one hit. However, the problem with mobs FOR ME (I understand many of you like the heroic feeling of wiping out tons of enemies with ease, and I understand that) is that they pose no challenge and are a nuisance. An example of this is yesterday I was fighting in a cave system that branched off into many tunnels. Well the quest had you go through some NPCs to get to an objective. Then you had to back track into another set of tunnels, and then go back to fight the main boss. This led me, due to NPCs respawning so quickly, to have to fight the same group of enemies as much as three times. I clearly understand that trash mobs are part of the MMO culture and the game would be empty without them. However, I just wish they were more varied or more challenging to keep things lively. As of right now it seems to be more of a chore to me than anything else. This thread has enlightened me to the other side of this argument and I completely understand where you all are coming from though.
  23. I've asked myself this many times while playing this game. Why are there so many trash mobs? It seriously drives me nuts and it's why I can't play this game for more than an hour at a time. Do they add to the challenge of the game? No. Do they make the game more fun? No. Do they provide valuable loot or items? On very, very rare occasions. My question is this, why is there so many trash mobs in this game? I've never heard a single person go "Oh! I can't wait to go and fight these 50 NPCs that are all the same! This will be great!" No, everyone does their best to avoid them. They provide no challenge at all and are just a nuisance to defeat over and over again. Why not make less NPCs but make them more challenging? Or make trash mobs have unique mechanics so each experience is different? As of right now, SWTOR's excessive trash mobbage sucks the fun out of this game. Just sayin'.
  24. Because a game is dead and gone doesn't mean we shouldn't learn from the positives that game had to offer.
