Not always - oranges depends on the mods in them i looted a unmodded orange piece without rolling for it, it was just assigned due tot he round-robin rules

All (current) operation come in 2 modes 8man and 16man - they provide the same rewards So 8 people should suffice

Even if it isnt a DEV confirmation which seems to be all you want i can second what this guy says, our first EV run we did it with masterlooter on, got a total of 4 pieces of rakata from 5 bosses and No Data-cubes since then we have done it on default (round robin) and have EVERY SINGLE TIME gotten the standard 2/2/2 (Rakta / Exotech / Cubes) ALWAYS so either the RNG really likes us, or there is a bug...

I burned through 18 Alloy's Critted my Belt after about 11 and then I tried 7 more times for my bracer, but before I got it I looted a Armoring 25 mod from SoA which made my moddable bracer better than Rakata anyway...

Because Grade 6 materials are 340 the last 60 skill points just makes it less likely you will fail...
