Did you know SW has open world pvp where hundreds can fight in the same area with out lag and full character rendering? And cross server pvp? oh no.. hold on.. not SW I meant.....

oh sorry i forgot I was not allowed to look at the server page!!!! I am not even sure what "being out of my element" means.. talk sense. As for "other factors"... maybe it's the sheer boredom of the same 4 wz has made players quit.

So SWToR has 4 wz. Thats it.. nothing else for pvp. GW 2 has wz (type) tournament wz and open world WvWvW 2 weekly cycles. How the fck you can even compare the two is beyond me. Only the most blinkered Sw fanboy would even try to argue that SW > GW2 pvp. The sheer scope of customisation in GW2 makes Sw pvp builds look pathetically limited. I understand you like SW but to use this thread as a GW2 bashing exercise is laughable. If you think pvp in Sw > GW2 explain why the Sw servers are now dead? Explain why my guild that ran 2 ranked teams per night has had to merge with 2 other guilds?? Explain why ranked never pops now...

No one claimed gw2 to be the wow killer!! Why even say that? Swtor was the rift killer .. And swtor is rift 2.0.. Stand in one place waiting for the same tired old wz to pop... Rinse and repeat. I understand those of you slagging off gw2 because you want to keep some people in your beloved swtor. Unfortunately anyone even remotely interested in interesting varied pvp will be leaving swtor. So gw2 won't kill wow but it will kill swtor. players are not quitting for the "next new mmo"... They are quitting because swtor has currently THE worst pvp in any major mmo. People will play gw2 because it is not swtor.

Jumping is to increase the range from your attacker and hopefully stop melee attacks from being in range. If it works in swtor I am not sure. I find myself doing it as i seem to be perma snared/slowed/stunned and I think it's just a natural reaction...like "f***.. has my movement keys stopped working??? let me mash the space bar.. maybe that'll get him moving again".

No way can any unguarded Op healer facetank 3 equally geared competent players. Even out gearing the other 3 i highly doubt it is possible. THE biggest ability an Op healer has is their ability to move and heal.. creating a gap while kiting with los. I think what a lot of people of don't realise is when their is cross healing or guard. And not wanting to give too much away (being an Op healer) but this is obvious rule no 1 in pvp... while stunned you can't heal.. while over 15m fro tank their is no guard. Simply... pull them from the tank.... stun with no resolve and kill. As a healer I know when I am up against good players... and I know when I am up against bad players. The bad players simply chase me trying to hit me hard.. the good players use more than brute strength.

But my sarcasm is several pages back... Now... I am beyond humour. BW Have stun locked my funny bone.

I am sad to report BW has done their finest and now these teams of stun locking Ops have unsubbed. Yesterday I merged a few days worth of logs just to see what sort of figures Ops are hitting me for. I think it was about 5 days worth.. now remember I am a healer so tend to get focused. I took a total of just under 5m damage. So how many times do you think I got hit with Shoot first or Hidden Strike? 200? 300? oh no. A whopping 5 times. Yes.. 4 shoot firsts and hidden strike a massive 1 time. Averaging 2265 on me. Lets just give this some sort of context..... Hammer Shot hit me 1412 times. How about smash? Rage spec is not "that" popular yet I took just over 500 smashes. Bad luck maybe? Maybe the the ops had a night off.. well to get to 10 shoot firsts on me I had to load up 13m damage to me. The op concealment spec is well and truly dead on ToFN.. I would be very interested to see others stats.

All pvp - 1. How do you think your Operative spec is perceived by other classes? Healer - Viewed as near un-killable and the best healer class. Concealment - A joke and any other class preferred in a wz group. 2. How do you perceive your own spec? Healer - Nearly very good - mobility is the absolute key here compared to other healers. Un-killable is usually misjudged due to having guard. Too much reliance on TA's. It's a random proc, nothing more frustrating than trying to help some one and your TA's have not procced and your other heals are either far too slow or too small. Energy management is on the slim side. Concealment - It's more of a joke than it is perceived. Zero utility combined with low sustainable dps paired with poor energy resources makes the class totally and utterly pointless. Anything this class can do can be done 30% better by other classes. No self respecting rwz team would/does include a concealment ops.

so the short version is.. you didn't kill him 1v1. Logs of a 1v1 posted here other wise it's just you saying "I can kill them". And i think we all know you won't. Until you post a log of this actually happening (1v1 a healer as you claim to be able to and not a 3 min fight with the healer being attacked by other people or what ever other excuse you want to use- logging hurts performance - I just laugh) I am not going to bother to respond to you on this subject. You have been called out... and you refuse to post real evidence.. I think we all know the truth.

No logs you say? ahhh ok.. thought as much. Enough of that. My prediction is when a "certain other mmo" comes out you will see a lot less ops - be they healers or dps - in swtor. Why? How many play heals like me because they have to because dps is so cack? They will leave. How many playing dps will leave because dps is cack? I don't really want to turn this into a "another mmo v swtor" or some goodbye post but I for one am at the end of my tether with BW and how they have treated our class. Not to mention once you get to 50 and fully modded WH gear there is nothing at all to do for a pvper.

@Ryemfoh well.. I am rank 87 now I think,,, full remodded WH... have played both conceal and heals extensively. I can not remember the last time I had any difficulty with an ops conceal 1v1. I know people on here claim to take them down and I would love to see a log of one of those fights. With my 20k health pool and hots probably ticking at around 1k hps I'd love to see an ops burst through that. (well i wouldn't obviously ) And thats with out ta's up.. I have popped a 6.8k heal on myself in pvp. Ops just do not have the sustainable dps (and energy) to get even close to that. I am not saying this as some sort of brag of my uber pvp abilities as we all know gear is king. As I have said before i run with another op - who usually runs heals and he also has zero problem with ops dps. We even have a good chuckle in Team Speak when there is an op in dps on the opposing team now. All said and done I am happy to concede that there are gifted ops pvp ers on this forum but just to make sure.. please post a log of killing an op healer.
