I love to find a nice set of orange gear for my characters at the beginning and change the mods as I level. I found a set of gear that I really like but it happens to be lvl 40 PVP gear and I don't do PVP much if at all. Is it okay to mod the gear with my normal Endurance/Cunning mods and wear it to PVE? Thanks for your help!

I am having a hard time finding an armor set that I like for this character. My operative agent is a Cathar and she's named Grumpekat. I like my armor to be nice looking, not beat up metal or chipped paint, with a bit of sexiness. Not too much though....I don't really care for the dancer sets, things like that. I know that we can wear any armor and I don't really even need to worry about it till 50 - 55, I just like to stay true to the class....which is not easy to find all of that for a Operative Agent. Anybody got any suggestions? I will buy stuff off the GRN, Cartel Market, etc., but I don't have millions of credits or anything. Thanks!

Thank you so much! I did like your suggestion of the Adept Scout pants! I agree with your comment about why they are doing the 1 piece items like that. I am having a really hard time finding a set of Agent gear I like, but I will keep looking

I find it interesting that this shirt isn't part of a set. There isn't even anything else with a name that's similar. Does SWTOR do this when they are thinking about making a new set and wanting to see if people will use it? I know that you don't always have to wear a set and soe of the better armor is ones that people put together themselves...I'm just trying to figure it out. Anybody have any suggestions of what pants and other orange items that might look good with it? Thanks!

I have a lvl 21 Sith Warrior Marauder that I have on Carnage right now. While looking for some help with mods I read a post that says annihilation is easier to level and it got me thinking if I should switch. I know that most all of this has to do with personal preference so here's some about how I prefer to game. I prefer to play solo....I will do a flashpoint or pvp every once in awhile, but not often, I don't even do Heroics for the most part. I like to all of the missions on a planet and normally the missions are all green when I do them. I recently got Treek and I love having her as my companion. I would probably have her main function as healing with my marauder since I it's melee dps. I have a great guild and a great group of friends on here now so I am trying to do more of the heroics flashpoints. Also, I was doing Synthweaving for my crew skill, but I have found an orange set of gear that I really like and since I don't do a lot of the social missions I don't get as many commendations, so I'm thinking I should change that too. (which sucks cause I'm over 100 on all 3 crew skills, but I am willing to start over) Suggestions?
