  1. uh oh real information from a sorcerer.... believe me most will just never read it xD
  2. as i've said countless of times, exaggeration is the key to all things regarding pvp balance. like sorcerers with more cc than any other class, lightning killing me 2 seconds, i got stunned 4x by a sorcerer.
  3. because in voidstar a lot of times ppl are huddled together, sorcerer's 31 healing talent is an aoe hot, so if everyone stood in it he gets crazy numbers like that. it isn't really that good of heal outside of that warzone. those who think big numbers == op are misguided. edit: this is also another reason how you see dps sorcerers with crazy high dps numbers, it's always in voidstar where the room to move is small and players tend to clump up, and dps sorc/sages have the best aoe in the game. again this doesn't mean they are op, it just means they are the best at padding meters. imagine a 2 teams where on 1 team sorc/sages are aoeing their faces off, while on the other team, a sorc/sage is using that aoe heal. do you see how it just becomes a big circle jerk.
  4. yes i realize this is pre 50's only bracket, but the power of a merc healer cannot be denied. not to mention the amount of damage a merc healer (lol) can output btw i'm not calling for a nerf of any sort, but to say a merc healer is weak in any way is just ridiculous.
  5. you were doing nearly 4k damage with adrenals every 1.5s now nerfed to 3.1k which btw i dont really believe because surge was only nerfed by 10% what you claim now is basically a 25% nerf, a more realistic number in your gear would probably be 3.5k. if you think sorcerer's damage wasn't hurt drastically like everyone else's you are dreaming. sorc/sage stacked surge just like everyone else. i went from 1100-1200 force lightning crit ticks (with adrenal) to 1000. so in 3s of time you've already dealt almost twice the amount of damage i would have done prenerf. non-crit force lightning hits most targets for around 500-600 damage per tick crits for about 800-900 (without any adrenals/red buff) clearly 1 tick is doing more damage than most abilities in the game force lightning which has 4 ticks over 3s let's just assume 2 of those 4 ticks crit, that's 2600 damage over 3 seconds...yes that kind of damage is obviously ridiculous and need a nerf as well. as always exaggeration is the key to all points in regards to pvp balance. real numbers will be ignored per usual.
  6. yes that logic is definitely flawed. given premise which should be everyone's premise "game is balanced for all classes" if you start with a premise that claims a class is already imbalanced then nothing you say really matters does it? it's called begging the question
  7. i can answer this question for you. guess what is the only ranged class in this game that doesn't have a resource free ranged attack?

  9. a class is only far better than others when "others" don't learn how to play against that class. sorry if you consider a sorcerer's tool set a "cheat code". but when someone tells you how you can make those "cheat codes" useless, you come back with why should i do that? i can only give you a big lol
  10. i am giving you logical solutions to problems which you claim to be overpowered, yet you come back with apparent judgements on how poorly my pvp skills are. you can disregard proper pvp strategy all you want, but any real pvpers know los is the #1 way to beat a ranged. and fighting a losing battle is utterly stupid, and expecting to win in that sense is even more stupid. given your logic, i fail to see why a sorcerer even has to kite you, they should just stand there and tank with their "op" bubble and kill you anyways. i'm sorry but sorcerers or any ranged class for that matter will dominate you unless they are absolutely nerfed to the ground.
  11. this is only true if there is absolutely zero LOS in the area, i'm not sure which warzones has areas like that.
  12. so instead of 1 person shutting down the healer and the rest killing something else, it's more preferable to you that all 3 melee all clump try to kill a healer only to get aoed and die? how in any world is that strategy smart? if the entire team is melee in voidstar then yes i agree that your argument holds merit. pvp = positioning, that is the #1 skill to learn. and again i understand the actual area of FiB is bigger than what the ridicule shows, that doesn't mean you can't learn the actual area of the effect.
  13. yes, i fully believe when you are fighting and losing, it's better to run away instead of fighting at a disadvantage and just die. it's kind of like when a operative or assassin uses their vanish when they are losing and run away...instead of just keep fighting until they die and blame the class they just died to about how overpowered they are.
  14. running away is an option... if you continue to chase while having no success = letting the sorcerer kite guess what happens when you stop chasing? you aren't being kited anymore kiting requires 2 ppl not 1.
