Repeatedly tried the launcher, and every time it downloaded and installed one of the assets before getting the 308. After a couple of tries (less than 10) the patching was done. Now it works, game starts for me.

I'm all for more love interests. Male, female, force user, mundane, human, alien? We all like what we like. Bring it on, Bioware. Even more diversity! You can hawk more cosmetic cartel pack stuff after you bring a bit more substance on the love interest front!

Yeah, no, pass. Make another announcement once this feature is not purely gambling adjacent. Then, maybe. Just put one in the coin market proper.

This needs repeating, in my opinion. The companions as they are now feel so much better to me than before. Now I get to choose, before the choice was made for me. Now I can bring whoever I want, and he or she will perform as well as any of the others. Before if you brought someone who didn't match the class, or was underpowered you were gimped because you were playing with a companion you liked, and not the one the game liked for you. Again, this is better than it was before.

Still makes me sad that they decided it was necesssary to put an H4 at the end of both questlines. This really is one of the more questionable design decisions. I really really REALLY hope they change this into something soloable.

First off: That means every single reward item will have something to do with HK-55. So all y'all can curb your expectations accordingly. And personally, I like the helmet. I'll put it on my darkside bounty hunter. And I like that it's not just a HK-55 head but OBVIOUSLY a helmet, with some face showing. If you don't like it it can't be helped, it's impossible to please everybody.

This was a hottly debated topic during beta of this game. The whole debate sucked. Too many muppets that wanted their unique name, and too many muppets that didn't care. And now it's too late, a name change by now? That's a poo storm wating too happen, it was already bad when we consolidated servers and had to deal with duplicates. Yeah no, this is never going to happen, I'm sure. You're so many years too late and even then it was obviously futile. also for the naysays regarding mail: you send it to the legacy name of course, duh. a couple of games already do this successfully, so yeah, you look a bit silly. mail would be legacy wide then, of course. just because you change one system doesnt meant you don't change other connecting systems. But yay, why do I even bother.... I bothered back then, our concerns weren't heard, years later it's all bad. I could say "told you so." but what's even the point by now. And I even answered here.... I blame the booze. If I were sober right now I would've chuckled and moved on.....

Terms and Conditions are the actual legal document. That's what matters. Having a FAQ is cute and all, but without the T&Cs it's worthless. And as it turns out, with the T&Cs it's not much use either.

Yeah, according to the Terms & Conditions you only have to qualify for all four rewards to gain early access, and you only have to be subscribed at the given dates to get the rewards. That's the official word. The FAQ on the other hand is a bit misleading, but the thing is, the terms & conditions are the text the SWTOR lawyers looked at. That's the official wording.

There might just be another server consolidation on the horizon. You never know. Seriously though, the games that didn't bother with distinctive servers don't have these kinds of problems. Looks like SWTOR could have taken a few hints from other games back in development.... Not that we didn't scream these things at the devs back then, mind you....

Also, the first one was getting Nico Okar as a companion, the blasters are actually the second gift. Here's hoping you'll seek the help in reading aid you clearly lack, it will make your life better. Good luck for your self improvement!

Personally, I think a companion is too big to keep it exclusive. Let them buy him. With the blasters, the coat and the swoop bike? Yeah no, they can get recolors, or just be out of luck. That stuff is just fluff. But Nico is substance. They should be able to get a hand on that. In my opinion, of course.

If anything it's "canon", if at all. If it were a cannon, I'd strap it to my ship and shoot idiots with it.

So they are keeping the same lid on things as they did for all the other expansions, but of course THIS TIME, the sky really is falling. Go away, Chicken Little. And your movie was bad.
