The tooltip in the legacy panel states that the stat boost is only applied for the first companion unlock. As for why you would want to continue unlocking companions that way, each companion grants a +10 bonus to presence for a maximum of +400 presence when all base class companions are unlocked.

You don't even have to enter the area to complete the GSI quest. While the trip is a little longer for Pubs (if their quest is even the same as the Imperial side), all you have to do is stand at the southern entrance to Outlaws Den. From there you can see and zoom in on the water thing.

I found the Explorer Chassis on Alderaan in the King's Pass Level 55 heroic area. Judging from where all of these things have been found, it looks like any GSI Treasure Site can drop any speeder part. Also noted that the parts can not be sold on the GTN. Haven't tried to trade it to anyone yet though.

It's the Enshrouding Force Headgear and as stated earlier the Supreme Inquisitors Robe. For the rest I'm using Channeler's Sash for the belt, Columi Gloves, Conservator's legplates, and Despot's Boots.

I would like to suggest that the ability to return items purchased using tokens/commendations within a small time frame to be added to the game. A short window of 30 minutes at most would likely greatly alleviate ticket requests and reserve the 3 item per 6 month limit currently in place for item restoration for cases where GM involvement is truly needed. To be clear, this would allow the items purchased to be returned to the vendor and receive the item token or amount of commendations used to purchase. On a side note, I would also suggest that items listed on the vendors should be placed in a more logical format. Having all of a sets items that the vendor sells grouped in a consistent order would be greatly appreciated. Currently when searching for items in a vendors list, while they are roughly grouped by the spec they are intended for, the items themselves are scattered around based on slot and can make finding them take a little more time than it should. It would make much more sense to list the items as the items slots on the character pane are arranged.
