  1. I'm from Hamilton. I used to work in Freehold and I passed Jackson every day.
  2. Aren't Assassins medium armored tanks?
  3. How can you solo heroic +4 content of your level without utilizing yours and your companions CC's effectively? I find it hard to believe, that you weren't horribly overleveled for that content. Your companion doesn't have any CC's? Are you an Imp using Kaliyo? If so, then I can understand not needing your companion bar as you don't need to micromanage her abilities.
  4. How can you control CC's effectively without having your companion bar out?
  5. If you want to effectively control your companions then yeah you do need it open. Mocking someone for their choice of play is a bit rude. What is wrong with having more hotbars and a scalable UI? 2 Bottom-Center hotbars isn't enough. Page scrolling is an old MMO standard. This isn't 2003 anymore folks!
  6. If BW decides to nerf the stealthers, I doubt a lot of us will stick around. Especially if we become less viable in PvE as well.
  7. What BW needs to do is nerf Stims... Lol
  8. So you basically want stealthers to only be allowed to battle stealth once per match? Not sure how well that will go.
  9. 1. SW: KotoR 2. SW: ToR 3. SW: Shadows of the Empire 4. SW: Rouge Squadron 5. SW: Jedi Power Battles YESSSSSS!
  10. Can't compare real life to a video game. A better comparison would be Counter-Strike vs SWTOR. Both have no reward and it's repetitive. The only thing is, I can't see spending time in an MMO just PvPing for nothing. It's counter-productive.
  11. That's the beauty of this game though, there is no truly perfect rotation, aside from - Hidden Strike>Backstab>Shiv>Lacerate What do I know?! lol
  12. I'm assuming it's just the maximum damage output an OP can muster. So the rotation shouldn't matter much as the calc is simply to determine the best mixture of secondary statistics. Right?
  13. This makes sense to me. What you're saying is this: Power = Increases base damage, which concurrently increases Crit damage Critical Rating = Increases chance to hit crits Surge = Increases Crit damage That right there makes it pretty obvious which to stack up. Why put points into Crit Rating, when it does not guarantee a Crit every hit, thereby making Surge pointless as well. I like where this is going. The more information the better! Please correct me if I'm retarded.
  14. Awesome calcs, Phated. This thread has really turned into a good discussion!
  15. All good info here, and it seems there isn't a huge consensus on what to concentrate on, which I view as a plus for this game. It seems almost every combination is viable for PvE.
  16. Very true, I'm just not sure how efficient it would be to mix so many secondary stats. I know +Surge compliments +Crit Rating well, but does it compliment +Power the same? EDIT: I haven't delved too deep into the PvP as of yet, because of the awful ratio of Huttball:Other WZ's. Is it worth it to spend more time getting WZ commendations for the PvP Gear, though?
  17. Thanks for your input guys. I'll try and round up a set of +power gear and see if I can notice a big difference.
  18. As the title states, I'm very curious as to what everyone is stacking on their Ninja Op characters? I feel that higher crits are better sometimes, but that base damage increase in Power does sound nice. Also one thing to note is that ALL of the Flashpoint gear, except for the vibroknife, has the +Power stat, but MOST of the Mission reward gear has the +Crit Rating stat... Have I gone the less viable route by stacking +Crit Rating? As I level more and more I'm getting more and more confused here. Any insight would be much appreciated! Thank you.
  19. Only Level 50's I have trouble with are the healers. 1v1 that is.
  20. BioWare does not condone women being floozies by choice. It's degrading.
  21. You may have read it but you obviously didn't comprehend the satire. And that legos post made me LOL at work.
