I don't think so, unless I'm missing something.
SWTOR uses the same mouselook as Lotro, EQ1 and 2, AoC, GW 1 and 2, etc., basically the same as every other game.
In WoW, if you're running with your movement key, the mouse automatically looks where you point it. If you touch the right mouse key to look around and let go at any point, you immediately stop moving and have to release the movement key and press it again. However, if you're in autorun, you must press and hold the right mouse key to look around. It's extremely clumsy, especially when you're used to how every other game does it.
Unless there's some binding I haven't found in the game that's messing with my movement, I can't get used to that. Makes pvp damn near unplayable for me, constant start - stop, start - stop
