  1. Does the crafting upgrade in 1.2 include a block on attempting to learn a recipe that a character already has? It's pretty clunky to try to keep a crafting window open alongside the GTN window.
  2. Minor annoyances: Spelling mistakes in subtitles. Like the quest that asks me to "diffuse" instead of "defuse" the bomb. Clipping headpieces on miralukas. Social levels required for pilot outfits that you have to purchase with fleet commendations; so you have to grind social points on top of space combat. The jawa balloon de-rezzing after 30 minutes in flight. 2-person required datacrons.
  3. The last official word on Same Gender Romance was a statement in September that said that SGR would be included in the game after release. I am wondering whether 'after the game is released' means an early patch (say the next few months), a major patch or expansion release (near the end of 2012) or later. I would also like to know if that will include the option for same gender flirts with mission givers and other non-companion NPCs. Along the same lines, there is some anecdotal evidence that suggests that there are more [flirt] options with non-companion NPCs for male player characters than for female player characters. Was this a choice, or did some content get missed?
  4. Is there any sort of ETA for Same Gender Romance Arcs to be implemented? Is there any sort of update on whether it will be brand new companions specifically for that, or will the current romance-able companions have SGRA options?
  5. While taking a ride on the Jawa Balloon on Tatooine, I noticed that I was unable to stand still without the balloon sliding out from beneath my feet. The first time, I was chatting on guild chat, and suddenly I was standing in the sky like Wile E. Coyote. I tried running to catch up, but as soon as I moved, like Wile E. Coyote, I immediately fell. I waited for the balloon to come back, and then tried walking to keep up with it, but a slip with my mouse ended up walking me right off. In neither case had I gone AFK. Is this new?
  6. Some of the conversations are dependent on class quest progression as well. You might learn something about a character that forces you to interact with them, and your affection level affects how they respond.
  7. Yeah, I kind of panicked when the Legacy thing came up. I knew I was coming up to it, and I knew it was going to cover all my charaters, but I didn't have a good name locked down before I hit the end of the chapter. I wish that I'd just had the thing unlocked and then could go to a panel to enter it when I had taken the time to think it out. As it is, I have a name that doesn't mean anything, and isn't offensive, but once I entered it, I thought of three better ones. I really like the idea of being able to unlock the option to change it by either levelling a second character or some other quest option.
  8. That works in this game. Did you try it? It is kind of odd that it also drops the name of the item into your chat field.
  9. Why does my companion keep sending me mixed signals? Last night, my Jedi Knight landed at Dantooine. As we trooped over from the spaceport to find the NPC for the class quest, my companion's thumbnail showed an icon that suggested that she wanted to speak to me on my ship. Well, no problem, I'm right outside the space port. So we turned around and headed back. However, before we got to the elevator the little indicator had disappeared, and when we got on to the ship, she had nothing to say. This has happened several times with my companions. What gives?
  10. /signed Also, agree on the desire for an option for hood up/down for jedi characters.
  11. I find from time to time that I would like to be able to quickly tell if an item is an upgrade for my current companion. Particularly when a quest reward is specifically for them, but when I mouse over it, I get the stats for what my main is currently using. So instead, I have to open my character sheet, quickly memorize the stats on the piece to be replaced, then jump back to the quest window. That's not too bad, since you can have both windows open. However, if I am looking as spending some commendations on my companion, I have to close the shop window and bounce back and forth. What would it take to have an extra slot show when mousing over a piece of gear?
