I think alot of gear looks like *** so I just stick to the orange stuff that I like and change the mods around. If I am running an instance and a better orange piece drops I might take it and steal all its mods to add into my current chest. If a better piece drops and its not orange i wear it until I can buy mods for my current orange piece to upgrade.

You are playing the wrong game, consider playing a single player game. If you could just do your class quest and get by then either it would end early at a low level or there would be no point to any other quests or instances. You want to play a single player game, go do so.

Dual Specs do not need to happen, just pay the respec cost and be over it. I hate to throw wow into it all, but when I raided I changed spec 2-3 times per day (sometimes more if I had to change between bosses). At best there should be a reasonable cap on respec costs.

If you DC from a server there should be a 5-10min period where it puts you straight back in if you try to rejoin.
